Fuller Automotive Tire Center & Pitstop in Auburn is your one-stop shop! We offer drive up, no-appointment service for most maintenance needs, as well as offer traditional service appointments. I received wonderful service and everyone was incredibly kind, was very happy and will be returning for any future services needed! My husband's truck wouldn't start so he called AAA for a tow. He asked me, "What's the name of that place on Rt 20 that you liked so much?" and he told them to tow it to Fuller's.

Bad experience overall, sold me low quality parts and did a poor job with that and charged me an exorbitant amount for that. I got my brakes replaced at Fuller's last year and they got me a very low quality part which was not my manufacturer spec and charged me a very high amount for it. The work was shoddy and had to bring it to my dealer to get more work done to make the car drivable.
The parts were rattling in the assembly and was having trouble with that, and within one year and approx 20,000 miles, the front rotors warped and is not drivable now. Will not go back here, and I do not recommend.

I brought a company vehicle in for some minor repair work, customer service is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly staff, took excellent care of the car, and they have an Enterprise car rental on site, so it was very convenient to get a rental car while the work was getting done. Great, family-owned operation. Highly recommended! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I could sit here and list the multiple issues I have with Fullers, but I do not have the time. They did not fix my car completly and they took their sweet time. 6 months to find a engine, but it took them 2 months to even put in a order. I only know this because I have close friends who were watching my account. They drag their feet no if, and or buts about it. Fullers did not let me know that they do not have the tech to take care of the issues I had with the vehicle either.
They wrote it off as fixed, but I left with additional issues that was not wrong with the vehicle before. The Auburn location and the enterprise next to it are worth staying clear of. I would rather walk my butt everywhere before I go back to either of them.

Coming here was an absolute breeze. I called and spoke with Rob who had me come in the same day to discuss options for tires and found the best price range for me. I had my toddler with me which made me incredibly stressed out but Rob made the process easy. We ordered tires, they came in quickly, and my car was serviced ready to pass inspection!

I have been taking my car to Fuller's for almost 10 years, and they have never done me wrong. They are the best example of the kind of service you get when you visit a local business that really knows what they're doing. They are consistently friendly and honest, and on many occasions have suggested low-cost solutions or simply said "Your car looks good!" rather than squeezing me for every dime. Highly recommended!

Fuller's has taken care of all 3 of my Mustangs, repainting my 2004 Mustang GT Convertible and installing all new decals, fixing the front of my 2006 Mustang after a bike ran into the front of it, and will soon be repainting the side of my 2013 Mustang after a punk keyed it last week. They are the BEST body shop I've ever dealt with!
