I just wanted to let you know, I finally got to install the exhaust parts this past weekend. All your parts were excellent! The fit, the bends, everything. Owner was very condescending, acted like i did'nt know what i was talking about. had my radiator in there 3 - times for same repair area and never did get it right, radiator still leaks, was not dry rotted or anything should of been simple. where are all the good repair men gone? everybody tries to do everything insted of one thing right!

Overpriced. Went there to have an AC line made 1- first off they said the guy who makes them lines went out for lunch and we don't know when he is coming back (that was a ridiculous answer) stay away 2- they made half of the line and reused the other half from the old line that I gave them and they still charged me for a whole new one. It is a rip off.
So disappointing, stay away Make sure you get what you need before giving them money or go somewhere else, stay away. On top of that customer service is so horrible you don't see any kind of respect as a customer. Absolutely Will NEVER EVER go there again

Great service. Fast turnaround time. dealership was going to take 3 days to even look at my truck. Southpointe got me in the same day and charged 800$$ less then the dealership. they even drove me to the hotel(two hotels really the first one was run down) where I stayed while the work was getting done.then my truck got stuck in the mud hooking back up to my trailer and Southpointe towed me out saving me a 500$$ tow bill. this place goes above and beyond for their customers.

I would not recommend anybody to use southpointe radiator. I have use their services twice and have been extremely disappointed both times. They are very rude and immature and will sabotage parts of yours to get more business or to act like children. My boss took an air-conditioning line in to have a new section a rubber hose installed and he was making small talk with them talking about the project that we were just finishing up by installing a new radiator in one of the company semi tractors.
They tried to sell us one of their radiators even though we already had a radiator that we had purchased from a competitor he started to argue with my boss telling us that our radiator that we bought was junk and would never last. Because we would not buy a radiator from them he got mad at my boss and intentionally bent and twisted part of the steel air conditioning line while you had it in his possession trying to make it to where we would have to come back and buy a brand-new one from him but he does not realize that I am not an idiot and I am able to fix such a thing and he will never ever get business from us again.
