Update: June 17th 2022 Another great experience at BBack. Bobby and Kevin let our son watch cartoons and have lunch while we waited for a fix a flat! I can not say enough positive comments about the customer service and automotive service from BBack car care. Kevin, Bobbie, Andrew, Dillion and all the guys in the shop are fantastic, professsional, and prompt. I wouldrecommend them to anyone. Also great conversations about internet algorithms and the Beastie Boys!

Recently had BBack inspect a car I had recently purchased. Very nice people, reasonable pricing and work was done quicker than I expected. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Officially the only auto shop that I will actually trust. Not only did we randomly call in (husband works in same complex and figured we would give them a call to see if they could help us replace a hose, that our normal shop was way too busy to do for over a week) and actually receive services, but they were patient, kind and extremely helpful. I understand why they have such high reviews and I'm just here to add to that Very genuine human beings- a quality you rarely find in businesses any more. Thank you! I have 4 cars- sports luxury x 2, Ram rebel and a Tesla. The team here is excellent every time I bring my vehicles in for routine service or repairs. I have used many mechanics over the years. I find this group to be the best, reliable, offer great communication, honest, fair and offer great advice.

Great service and guess what? you only pay what needs to be paid. Why? because they only fix what needs to be fixed. Simple. BBack values your time where dealerships and others waste it. Loaner car available at no cost. Yes! but don't forget to put back the gas you have used.

I have been going to these guys for years and you won't find a more professional customer service oriented business in our area. The employees that answer the phones were sent to school for this business. They are about getting the job done and will never overcharge and always treat you fairly. Their recommendations are spot on and Bob Back knows how to run a business and keep his customers. Thanks for an honest automobile repair business!

I love South Main Tire/BBack and went there from the mid-80s until moving to RI in 2007. I never had a problem with any services they provided. They are the best! I have yet to find anyone as honest and reliable as BBack Car Care. That is why 2 + years ago when I needed tires, and I was visiting PA, I went to BBack for 4 tires and again this past August I asked them to check my car before I drove to and from Texas. I trust them completely and highly recommend this company!

We just moved into the area and received their "Welcome to the neighborhood" letter - what a great idea on their part! Because of this, I decided to check them out and give them a shot. I am SO glad that I did. What a clean, professional and knowledgeable shop. Additionally, their loaner car service is fantastic! Not having to coordinate schedules, rely on others, or use ride sharing was a very nice touch! I look forward to doing business with them again. I'll definitely BBack!;
