After 5 years, Al began to include total auto glass replacement as well. Jesse has 18 years experience as an auto glass technician. For the last 10 years, Jesse has operated out of Kill Devil Hills, providing mobile service to the Outer Banks and Manteo. Jonny has 5 years experience with auto glass.
In North Carlolina, you have the right to choose any glass company to do you repairs or replacements. We are approved by all major insurance companies. Windshield SOS was extremely easy. I left the keys and my card in the car. I came home to a perfectly installed crack free windshield. I've used several other windshield services in the past across several cars, but this was by far the easiest and best installation I have had yet. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but they will certainly be my first and only call if I do.

I had 2 windshield chips needed to be filled. Started making calls today at 1130am. Al, the owner answered and advised his daughter Amy would call me. 30 minutes later, called and said she would be by my place in 1 hr. At 1230 she arrived to my home and did the job in 30 minutes. This was hands down the best windshield service I have ever had. I am using them for windshield replacement as well. These guys rock! Highly recommended. Thank you!

I was a car accident yesterday, a metal bar went though my driver's side windshield going down the hwy at 70mph. Luckily no serious injuries. I spoke with AL Curtis from Windshield SOS and by time I got home next day at 3pm, my windshield was replaced. It's looks great. My husband and I was so happy with his work, his kindness during this and going out of his way by cleaning the glass off my dash, putting my things back up on my rear view mirror. And the price was less than any other place I called. I highly recommend them, thank you AL Curtis and Windshield SOS, this experience was made less painful thanks to you.

We needed our entire windshield replaced due to a pretty bad crack. We communicated our appointment details through Al and Matthew was the one to replace the windshield. My 2012 Toyota Prius needed a new windshield, so I looked around for a while and SOS windshield inc was my top choice based on price and reviews. I called on Tuesday, and Al showed up next morning! Al did a great job replacing the windshield on my 2017 VW GTI and repairing a chip on my Volvo. His price was the lower of two quotes I received, and I'm satisfied with both the windshield itself and with the attention to detail during installation. I'm a picky car enthusiast and can't see any obvious signs of replacement (other than not having an OE windshield anymore.) Thanks!

Great service, and excellent communication. I needed a windshield replaced quickly, but rain was in the forecast, threatening to delay their on-site installation. They were also running a little behind with an earlier customer. They called me to let me know they would be late, but would be able to do the work if the weather cooperated. It did, and they called me again to confirm their arrival time. They gave me a good price on a replacement that looks identical to the original Honda glass they replaced. It looks like new.

I called SOS Windshield about replacing my broken windshield in the evening, and Al was quick to call me back the next morning. He was willing to work with my schedule and was able to fix my windshield two days later (other places couldn't get me in for a week). His prices were the same as what I was quoted from Safelite. Al is very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. I would highly recommend SOS Windshield!

I called SOS Windshield after one of the rear windows on my car was shattered during the night. They were able to come to me the next day and replace the window. Quick service, no hassle, reasonable pricing, and my window looks and works like new. They did a great job and I would definitely call them again.
