Brandon was very helpful when I stopped by last week to inquire about a UTV for sale. I test drove two and liked one in particular. Brandon explained the differences and I came out of our conversations trusting him with what he was telling me. When I called him today about not being able to pick it up for several days, he said he could deliver to me that day! Very impressed with Slaight's desire to work with and please their customers!

I Bought a beautiful '15 900 HO from Brandon in Dec 2020. His team was great. Delivery guy was great. I called in late January and told them the 4 wheel drive didn't seem to be working. It was a very snowy Feb and before you know it I was bringing it back in early March to have it looked at. The bat faced service tech comes up to me and says "You must be the guy who thinks warranty service is due three months later".

I said "What?". He said nothing. Never mind.and proceeded to look over my ride while I waited outside. A half hour later, I was told that they were going to charge me $45 to plug in the 4x4 wire. They said it was my fault and I must have "rubbed up against" something to dislodge the wire. Um. ok? But, I paid the bill and left, giving everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Who would rip off a guy who just spent $16k with you, right? Long story short, when I got home (1.5hrs away) the indicator light on my selector switch illuminated in the one wheel and 4 wheel positions for the FIRST time. This tells me that the plug was unplugged the entire 75ish previous days of my ownership. I guess it would look bad to the boss if it was reported that, during the "inspection", some tech forgot to check if the 4 wheel drive system was ready for use by the next customer.

I paid the $45 to fix their mistake, but I encourage you, the potential client, to double and triple check that your machine was properly vetted to be sold. Two stars is solely because Brandon did his job very well.

Excellent customer service. We came in to get everything to service our machines. The young man answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely recommend them.

Fast tax service! Right the lady couldn't stop texting long enough to do the licensing of a trailer. I was there 40 almost an hour, no line, no customers, and when I said something they acted like I did something wrong. The service department is a whole other joke. I call and ask about getting my POLARIS serviced. The answer I got is you can bring it anytime.

We will get to it eventaully.lmao so u take ur stuff there n play a guessing game of when it could be picked up. Worsted place I have ever been to period. Rude, inconsiderate, and horrible services at this place!
