Must have learned there trade in Prison. Not qualified to paint tires! Minorities do not take your business here they have problems with you. Skill Craft really does not know their trade! Not an I-Car body shop they do not do bodywork to any industry standards. Disgusting attitude, not customer friendly and make you give the insurance check to them before any work was done.
When it came time to repair our Nissan Armada they were given the simple job of repairing a small dent on one of the rear doors and match and blend paint. This shop sanded down the stone proofing texture below the front and rear door giving the the rocker panel a partially sanded in and out texture. There are sand paper marks covering the damaged stone proofing.
This shop then painted over the sand paper marks the stone proofing giving it a the car a Tijuana or Backyard Body Shop/ Driveway paint appearance. This shop then reassembled the rear door, however the rear panels and trim were all scratched up, because they worked off the ground and did not use a bench or shelf to safely store parts while the work was being done.
We called and asked to talk to our estimator and they stated he has died of a drug overdose. We asked for our money back and they want us to bring our SUV back and they want to redo the job as per there warranty. We stated we do not want do business with you anymore, and would like a full refund $2800. They refuse to refund you on the attempted body work this place slings out.
If you are SMART you will not do business with this shop. In addition to attempted Body Work that does not match I-Car Industry standards they are way way way overpriced. If you must do business with Skill Craft, tell your insurance company you will be doing business with the body shop on a cash basis and get at least two estimates. This means your insurance company will cut you the owner of vehicle a check for the damages.
Once you come to pick up the vehicle fully inspect the paint and for damages and any other inferior repairs. If all looks good then write them a check for the bill. The CON they are using is to have your insurance adjuster pay them before any work is done. They then give it to the untrained employees that are not properly I-Car trained and they fast track the vehicle to the door, with a really poor job that does not match any given trade standard.
No Standards or quality control. Pay ME NOW! Then the excuses start coming one after the other when you want a refund so you can take to I-Car trained SHOP! NOT TRADESMEN! BOYS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP IF YOU ARE SMART! THEY EMPLOY WORKERS WITH DRUG PROBLEMS!

I had the pleasure of working with Skill Craft when my car was hit at work. They fitted my car to my liking and they helped me with my Insurance company. They were great I hope I don't have to use them again but if I do, I will diffintly be back and I have no problem referring a friend to Jim and the gang at Skillcraft. They made it easy. Oh also J I'm m kept me up to date on the progress and improvement to restoring my car. It was a great experience.

I can not speak of the quality of the repairs this shop does I can only speak of the prices they charge and they are outrageous! I was quoted 7000-8000 to repaint my car Toyota, it is a Supra that is a small coupe, didn't ask for any special colors just the basic 202 black that came on the car, no repairs just respray because the car is older and needed a fresh paint job.
I was quoted by other quality shops in the area all between 3400-4200. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years, have worked at at body shop in the past for several years and know what goes into a quality paint job and can honestly say that if a paint job was work 7-8k I would happily be painting cars right now. This company has some nerve trying to charge that kind of money for a basic paint job with no body work or crazy paint schemes.
If this was a crashed car or I wanted some wild show car paint job that has a lot of different colors in it maybe but this is a black car that was to be repainted the same exact color. THESE GUYS ARE INSANE!

Over the past 20 years or so my family has used Skill Craft probably about 6 times. We have never had a bad experience. They have always been professional, performed the absolute finest quality work, and kept us apprised regularly. Most importantly, they do this fantastic work as quickly as possible, as if you are the most important customer they have.
Shout out to Andy for his great management of the project. That was especially important this last time since my wife's car was struck from behind by a motorcycle while parked, and the damage was almost $11,000. Andy got it done in a timely manner, and it looks like new. We very much appreciate the work you guys do!

An exceptional auto body repair shop. Andy, the estimator was terrific, very competent and considerate in all phases of the vehicle repair. I also appreciate all his updates on the vehicle and the parts that had to be shipped here. The repairs done to our 2017 vehicle had the same quality appearance as when we first bought it.
