I am a returning customer because the first time I purchased a vehicle it was Great! This time around has been an absolute nightmare! I traded in my vehicle on 04/16/2022. It took well over 20 days to pay off my trade in to the point of the prior finance company calling me for the payment. Second, my temp tag expired on 05/16/2022. I made multiple calls to my salesman about this concern with nothing but excuse after excuse. and I just got in another temp tag today 6/9/22! After almost two months I still have no license plate.

I have to say this is the best dealership I have dealt with in El Paso/Las Cruces area. I absolutely love the vehicle and the ordering process was easy. Our salesman, Ronnie, kept us well informed. And, the buying process was even easier. The service department has also been fantastic. We will not hesitate to buy from them again.

We were passing though and had a battery failure that led to keys being locked in our pickup. Adam Michels and Denise Maturino were fantastic! Very helpful, worked really had to get us back on the road. Both stayed after closing and were happy to do it. Can't say enough about these two. They care and it showed.

Consistency! i felt as if they were more concerned with my budget than i was and that is very comforting. I told them my situation and they kept with me every step of the way. Although i didn't get a vehicle from this business, i recommend them 10/10. If you're looking for someone to not bs you on prices and hassle you then this is the place. I took my 2019 Acadia in on a Monday for a stick shift issue and had my car back by Wednesday of the same week. Adam and the service department did a great job getting my car serviced and in a timely manner as well! Can not thank them enough!
