These guys were not great. Took our car in for a clutch replacement a few years back and when we got it about a mile away, it was not drivable. Fluids leaked all over and their mechanic had torn the exhaust manifold. We had to have it towed back to them after arguing with them about it. Then they "fixed" it but our second gear has been grinding ever since. They said that wasn't their doing. Awful.

Used them for towing my vehicle to its new location while I build a new engine. Prices were awesome, driver was great, even helped me push the vehicle in the garage when it got to its destination. Will definitely recommend to others!

They lied just to get our business. Our suv went in for a body and paint repair from an accident, they made us feel comfortable about there workmanship by stating that they would fix everything and any rust in that area by getting it done correctly, with a warranty. 3 weeks later when rust spot began to bubble through paint we took our suv back to them and they said that they could not help us, they blamed it on the vehicle maker and said they were known for this problem and we were hung out to dry. It would have been nice for them to tell us this before they took thousands of our dollars to fix it. No guarantee. Please stay away from this business.

Great mechanic shop! They completed a range of issues I was having with my truck at a great price! At 138,000 miles the truck feels new again! They even fixed a wiring issue I had for years with the headlights at no charge. They also had it done a day ahead of schedule. I will definitely be back and I'm confident they will be able to address any need in the future!

Great operation. Excellent mechanical and body shops. Work is thorough and reasonable. Both my wife and I take our cars here for everything from routine service to major repairs. Highly recommend!

I'm so impressed with Sirl's I had to give them a strong shout out. I needed the tailgate spoiler repaired/replaced on my Honda CRV due to a run in with a low garage door. Doug, the manager of the auto body shop got me in quickly and completely understood what needed to be done and presented me with a couple options. I was impressed with their comprehension and honesty.

We decided to go with a complete replacement of the spoiler. Prior to going to Sirl's I wanted to see what the local Honda dealer's new collision center would come up with so I got an estimate from them. Honda's estimate was 3X what Sirl's was for the same work and Sirl's was going to get the job done in 90 minutes where Honda wanted my car for 3- 4 days. So, choose wisely out there. Sirl's Auto Body is an excellent choice!

They did good work and had good service overall, but I would have appreciated them updating me when it became clear that my repairs would take longer than expected. Instead, they failed to update me about changes to how long repairs would take, and then dodged my calls asking what was going on until when it was done, later than expected, they told me it was done. Basically, I'm happy with the work, and I'm not mad that it took longer than expected.

These things happen. I'm upset that they didn't update me that it would take longer than initially expected until it was done. Very professional overall, but very unprofessional in that respect.

I picked this business from other reviews and I am glad that I did. I was in a small car accident and have not had had an accident in over 30 years, Not sure how this works and Doug and his team did a great job. They explained everything and what I had to do. A rental car was ready for me and all repairs were done perfectly. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Keith Kotris

The body shop at Sirl's fixed my damaged beetle just like new. Can't tell it was ever in an accident

Sirl's did a tremendous job on my car. I had an insurance claim through State Farm, and they replaced the hood of my car and removed dents promptly. The work looks great - you can't even tell that there was any damage there. I worked with Doug, and he did everything he could to make it easy on me. He took the time to explain everything to me, and was very approachable and easy to talk to.

Everything about the process was a piece of cake, including picking up and dropping off the rental car. They even allowed me to come after work to drop off the rental and pick my car up. Extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for your car repair needs. Thank you, Doug, and thank you Sirl's!

The tow truck driver was very professional and so nice. I Had a bad day and he cheered me right up. You can tell he cares about his customers. Kudos to Nick! Thanks for making a terrible day a little better! It was nice to hear an employee brag about how great the company he works for is and how they take good care of their employees!

My hybrid car's 12V battery failed and the car needed to go to the dealership for expert work (a simple battery change isn't simple in these cars). On the dealer's recommendation, I called Sirl's for towing. The truck arrived promptly, the driver was helpful and courteous, even the ride in the cab of the truck was not unpleasant.

The tow operator was quite skilled and took great care so as not to damage my car as he assisted in getting past my driveway's steep apron. At the dealership, with the tow truck, he backed my car into a parking spot that most people would have had a hard time parking with a car under its own power! The charge was fair, credit card reader with the driver, and my car safely at the dealership ready for battery replacement.

If I need a tow in the area, I'll call again! Only wish: Even though the front-end tow was skillfully and carefully done, I'd have preferred a flatbed transport; simply a preference.

Roadside Assistance contacted Sirl's to tow my car They predicted arrival in 2 hours. An hour after confirming they would tow it with roadside assistance, they suddenly cancelled with the service. Thankfully it kicked my request to customer service who scheduled another company to come out. I don't know if it was because the tow was not to their repair shop (it was going to my mechanic) or if it was not profitable enough (likely a longer drive to get to my car than the milage from my house, the car stopped working as I pulled into the driveway, to my mechanic who is about 2 miles away if that) but they could have left me in a bad position.

At least I was at home, not on a dangerous road like a highway. And thankfully the other company got to me quickly, arriving around 11am just as Sirl's had promised. And I know Mondays are busy. But it was very irritating to have been left high and dry by them, even under the most ideal circumstances (given my car shut itself down while moving which just made my day crap right from the start). Sirl's.

Understand that when someone calls roadside assistance, our day just got shot all to you know what, don't cancel on a tow to top off the horrible day someone is already having.

I am particular about my car and was nervous to have it towed tonight. Rob treated my car as if it was his own and did an excellent job getting it loaded on and off the wrecker. He was courteous and put me at ease. Hopefully I never need a tow again, but if I do, I trust Rob at Sirl's to do it the right way.

I've never had an issue with Sirls. They do a quality job and do right by their customer. In a recent repair it was around a holiday weekend. I set up my rental to pick me up there and was told not to take the rental because I would be charged for the weekend (out of pocket) and that I should bring my car back when they had the parts. I found them to be very responsible to bring this to my attention. My car always looks and run brand new after leaving.

Car repairs. Ugh, right? Sirl's made it a not so bad time. They were able to look at my car rather quickly. They were pleasant to interact with and explained what the issues were. They didn't try and fix things that didn't need fixed. They quoted a fair and reasonable price. And they completed the work quickly. There really isn't anything else I expect from a automotive repair joint which is why they're a 5-star place. I'm hoping my car never requires repair again but if it does i'll be taking it back to Sirl's.

I used to always go here untill they replaced my radiator, valve cover gasket, and thermostat. I only needed the radiator and valve cover replaced because of an oil leak and the radiator was shot. Well when I picked up my car on the receipt it said my cam seal was bad and there was still a oil leak. I don't why they didn't tell me this when they called me about all the other stuff I supposably needed.

But after I got it back my heat didn't work. And about 3 weeks later my radiator literally blew up so I took it back to them. And they replaced it no charge. Then an hour after driving my car starts smoking and the temperature was rising. So I turned around and took it back and they rigged some part to work untill they ordered a new one. And when I dropped it of to get the new piece put on they didn't even order it and had no forsure answer why my car was overheating but wanted me to spend 650$ on a new water pump to see if that would work. My car never had problems overheating untill I took it there I will not ever go here again.

Do not use this shop, Laura is rude and there are plenty of other shops that will love your business and treat you with courtesy and respect!

Best car repair I have run across so far. Even though the lady at the front desk isn't always the friendliest, they do a great job. It's the first place I have taken my car to where they didn't try to talk me into fixing ten other things. They fix what is broken, and that's that. They seem to have fair prices and work pretty fast. I gladly drive quite a distance to have these guys fix my car.
