Work was done quickly, efficiently and without problems. Facility was clean and well-maintained - a good barometer of how they will treat my car. They had a lot of knowledge on Mercedes autos, which was a key for me - I didn't want people guessing on how to fix my car. I'm very happy - excited to have located a local group to keep my car in top shape.

I highly recommend this shop. Our truck broke down less than a week before we were planning to take a long road trip. We were nervous that we would have to cancel our trip as we didn't have another vehicle to tow our trailer. Most shops couldn't fit us in but when we called Silverdale Autoworks they did everything they could to get us running in time. A big thank you to John for keeping in contact with us and making sure we would be ready to go.

I've been a customer of Silverdale Autoworks for years, always treated fairly and professionally. I had a couple things of concern for this visit, Check Engine Light and a "noise/rattle" coming from the front of the engine compartment. Brian and his staff diagnosed the Check Engine Light and corrected the issue, the "noise/rattle" was determined to be non-mechanical - most likely a rattle from a heat shield as all engine and associated devices checked out OK. Quick and professional service.

Silverdale Autoworks is consistently top notch. The office staff down to the clean work bays and timeliness. I went to them last year in an emergency situation and they really eased my stress and found a solution. We have now had all our cars worked on and they continue to do a thorough job. Giving us the best of them. Thank you to all the staff.

I lived at in Germany for 14 yrs where BMW and Mercedes mechanics are top notch. Moving back to the states, I was hesitant taking my BMW here as we in America don't have a good reputation WRT to honest, customer service oriented mechanics. but NOT ANYMORE! They are truly FANTASTIC! I had a "right light malfunction" indicator come on. I knew it was likely a simple fix with wiring and/or a change of a light bulb.

I also knew they could've said the entire light box would need to be replaced which would've cost about 1k total w labor and tax. It was a bulb. That's honesty and they have my business for sure. Additionally, the customer service was A++++! If you want honest service with great customer service, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE else with your foreign automobiles! Thanks for a great job and experience!

Got in on time and out in a timely fashion for the 45,000 service. Had to return to repair facility as they neglected to reset service reminder light. Also had to take maintenance book in to have them fill it out. Had left it on seat for maintenance tech. to fill out and stamp. Will probably return for next maintenance check. I have been using Silverdale Autoworks for about 3 years now. I had been searching for a quality mechanic and lucked out with Silverdale Autoworks. I wanted a mechanic that would do quality work without upselling me. The work they have performed on both of my vehicles has been fantastic. They are not the cheapest mechanic I have used, so if you are looking for the cheapest mechanic look elsewhere. But, the price charged for the work done is absolutely appropriate. I will continue to use Silverdale Autoworks for years to come.

Had a great experience after taking my car in for the first time. I had been taking my car(s) to the dealer (Nissan), and after this experience and finding out that some of the techs have prior dealership experience, specifically Nissan, I trust that they have the knowledge and know how to take care of my car with the same if not better care than I had experienced before. They finished the servicing earlier than anticipated and in under an hour. The waiting area was welcoming and a comfortable area to lounge while I waited.

The customer service here is excellent, and their work is even better. I highly recommend Silverdale Autoworks for your foreign car needs. They went so far as to check and see if I still had a factory warranty (which upon purchase I was told I did not), and saved me a lot of money and headache by doing so. They really went above and beyond and I truly appreciate them.

We're new to the Silverdale area and brought our car in for an oil change and a trip check. They were prompt, courteous and explained in detail what they checked and what the found. They did recommend a brake flush and a restoration of our very yellowed headlights. I knew we hadn't had a brake flush in years and our headlights had bothered us for quite some time. We are thrilled with the way our headlights turned out and feel nice and safe for our upcoming trip. They have earned our future business.
