Awesome sauce! They told me 2 hour wait time. I got a call in about 30 mins they were with my car. I left as fast as I could to meet them. 10 mins into my drive they called me again said to meet at the drop off location. I met them and they were both super nice didn't catch their names but my car was parked and the driver was kind to put my key in the center console for me. They did the job and it was done. Thanks so much!

Called this morning for assistance. Sat on hold for 3 minutes without speaking to someone. When I finally hung up the "gentleman" who called back was incredibly rude when I asked which company he was calling from as I called a few. When he finally identified the company he stated that I just hung up, I told him I hung up because I waited on hold for 3 minutes.
When I went to ask him my initial question he decided it was a cool guy move to hang up on me. Quite unprofessional and not a great way to do business with other businesses. Would not recommend

We got into an accident on the long road highway going from Houston to San Antonio and called this towing company, they told us 40 minutes and charged us about $120 for moving us to a nearby hotel, we were fine with it because it was better than waiting 2 and a half hours for our family members to help us, not only was the 40 minutes a false statement, but it took them 2 hours to come to our location and told us an hour into waiting for them, if we were told a 2 hour wait we would've just waited an extra 30 minutes for our family members and saved $80 other than that they took us from point a to point b fine with a little complication

I called this morning spoke with Isaac. He was very understanding and helpful. No hidden fees. Easy to get ahold of. The Tow truck guy that went to pick up my car was very nice. Had to wait a bit more than the actual time given but it was well worth the wait. I even received a courtesy call before the tow truck arrived. Highly recommend.

After my insurance company made me wait 1 hour and ended up sending a battery jump start, then telling me it'd be another 2 hours before a tow truck arrived, I had enough and called Shield Towing. They had a truck out to me in a bit less than the time estimated and kept in contact while en route to me. Excellent customer service from the dispatcher and the driver. 10/10 hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I did, they are the first one I'd call!

Was originally told 240.00 for a local pickup and 1 night of storage, never informed that they charged 45.00 a night for storage. was given an address on where the auto would be stored. When my driver showed up the next day to get the auto they were told the auto was not there and no one knew where the auto was. was told 2 days after the auto was picked up it was at a different address.
My driver went there 3 days later and again, was told no one knew of the auto and was turned away. Finally was provided a contact person and phone number. Then when my driver showed up I was contacted for an extra 210.00 for another 6 days of storage. Was told they were giving us a 10.00 a day discount and was told they never turned our drivers away.

This was the most horrible experience i have ever had with a company. From the start they were always at least an hour behind what they said as far as ETA and then they dropped my trailer off at the wrong address, even though the driver was told as he was dropping the trailer that it was the wrong place. They said theyd come back at 8 am the next day to move it and didnt show up until 11. they were shown in person where to put the trailer and still parked it at someone elses shop. I have now been waiting a little over 3 hours for them to come back and correct it. long hold times and bs excuses every time you call

I called Shield Towing in San Antonio last night because one of my family members was in a one car accident. Alex, the person who helped me from Shield, was so polite, helpful, and very caring. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I would in a heart beat because they are awesome! And thanks, Alex, for being so helpful!

After waiting 30 minutes for the tow truck driver (phone number ending in 9911) I received another call saying there was traffic that prevented him from showing up for another hour. Please be honest with me. I want to trust the people I gave my card information to over the phone. I asked the driver to put my car where I needed it and he refused. I insisted and he refused and offered no reason why he couldn't put it where I needed it despite having several tow truck drivers do this before.
He dropped my car off where he decided to put it, clearly blocking other cars from leaving my house. My mom called him and he offered another truck that could arrive in 40min. It's too late for that! We watched the tow truck driver leave the neighborhood while we struggled. I had to wake up my family, after midnight, to push the car to the road I needed it.
It was easy when fueled with anger. Please have a serious conversation with this driver. And please be honest with your customer about delays. Also, no care for COVID protection, despite there being a pandemic.

Terrible. Driver was very hard to understand due to speaking broken English and was very "short" over the phone. He dropped my car off at body repair shop instead of the maintenance side of the shop. My car was "lost" for 4 hours while the repair shop tried to locate it. When I called to Complain they blamed the dealer and defended the driver. Never even apologized. I paid $175 for them to drive my car about 2 miles down the road. What a racket. I will never use them again. Terrible terrible service.
