I cannot say enough good things about this comapny. They do fantastic work, another big box brand told me my windshield couldnt be replaced, so I called Seminole. Instantly, the process was easy. They took care of the insurance side of it, and got me on the schedule the very next morning. They even folded my tarp nicely and vacuumed the car. Seriously, there is a reason you hear their ads on the radio all the time. Don't bother calling anybody else. Thank you for your help Seminole!

I had an issue with the glass in my son's truck so contacted Seminole Auto Glass. As it turned out, what I thought was the issue was something else. It would have been easy for Seminole to take advantage of my assumptions and charge me for services not needed however this is not what happened. With what was obvious expertise, they assessed the situation and took care of the matter.

I had been using Seminole Auto glass for a few times now and every time it went well. Last time they came out to my house and replaced my front windshield. This time we had to take it to the shop and got it done. Overall it was easy and quick. What they did for me this time was a bit different because my wife's BMW x5 had a big crack and state farm was giving us a trouble at first. mainly due to the pricing difference etc. however, Seminole auto were able to match the competitors pricing so we were pleased with that. what we loved was how Sara were able to convinced the state farm agent to give us the OEM glass and Sara was very responsive and knowledgeable in her fields.

Very positive experience, it felt very welcoming. The place was very neat, organized and professional. When I can cam in there was board that said "Welcome *Insert Name*". The people that work there really know there stuff.

Entire experience, from beginning to end, was quick and easy. They showed up when expected, were courteous, and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Saved my weekend and maybe even my month. I unfortunately broke a window in my work vehicle two days ago and was facing a busy fully booked next couple days of which I was going to need the vehicle and the appearance to be all in working order and copacetic. They were super fast in their response timing to my calls and questions, They were super flexible in location of repair and without even me asking for a price break or anything they simply flat out crushed the quote of all the other companies I called.

The best part is that they were able to fix my window a day early and saved me a weekend full of having to work around and deal with my need for repair. Would not deal with Seminole Auto Glass again. They sent their tech to the wrong address after claiming we were not home. Would not come and fix glass after I told them they sent their tech to the wrong address. They would not pick up their phone, had to message them. Not worth the trouble.

Good luck getting them to call you back. I talked to Sara twice about getting a price quote for windows and she never called me back. I called several more times with no answer. Left messages and no one bothered to call. I guess they don't need the business. Went to Safelite. They did great and exceeded my expectations. Saw other reviews about no return calls at Seminole glass. Should have listened to them in the first place.

Nevermind the cheesy adaptation of "Seminole Wind" on their webpage, Seminole Glass are some real professionals that offer great prices and local accessibility. After a piece of door glass on my car received damage on the Interstate, I contacted several companies around Tallahassee for quotes. The worst was Safelite. I could hear the call rerouting from the local number I dialed to a call center somewhere.

They wanted to know everything but my blood type before even giving me a quote. "For my convenience to save the quote" they told me. Bull. I don't want you to have my first AND last name, address, telephone number, and home address BEFORE I agree to do business with you. I was on the phone with them for about 10 minutes. Then I called Seminole Glass.

First time went to voicemail, but I tried again, and a nice person answered and asked the relevant questions. Within a minute or two I had a quote, plus it was a little over $100 cheaper than Safelite. Yes! I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They arrived in the timeframe described, did a good job on the glass (can't tell it's ever been replaced), and it cost exactly what they had told me on the phone. Bravo! Now let's hope I don't have to use their services again any time soon!
