Scotty's on University at 1st Ave. has been the best repair shop! The work done is fantastic; it looks brand new. They are all kind and helpful when you have an accident that brings you to the shop. The office folks dealt with my insurance without any difficulties. My car was even finished before the promised time frame. I recommend Scotty's for any repair needs. The first place I called, at the insurance company's suggestion, never returned my calls, so I returned to Scotty's. I know they will do good work for you!

Worth the wait! I was in a car accident back in February. The earliest they could service my car was mid March. I was kind of sad that it was going to take a month, but I am so glad that I decided to use Scotty's! They had my car for about six or seven days, and it looks brand new! So very impressed. You might have to wait a few weeks before they can service your car, but you won't be disappointed!

This is an excellent company if you have autobody needs. Their drive up estimate is extremely convenient for those that have inconsistent schedules! I came in today for an estimate on hail damage and they got me in right away. They closed at 5, but continued to look over my car even after closing. I greatly appreciated them staying after hours. They were all very professional, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Scotty's Body Shop!

What can I say, rating them excellent again. Easy front office, put my car in secure parking, check out was efficient and the car fix was good. I did ask for some touch up paint work and they forgot that but that's pretty small given they fixed what I went in for and they are a joy to work with overall. They are definitely my preferred shop.

Stopped in to get some stains that some fallen leaves left on my Subi that would not come out with normal car washing and INTENSIVE cleaning. Tucker helped me out and got the stains out of my car in 30 minutes with their wet sanding, and buffing process. By far the best customer service I have experienced at a body shop. Shop looks clean, and also has very nice staff. Five stars, highly recommend!

There are reasons some businesses stay around forever and Scotty's exhibits all of them. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the work being done there. I came in on a Saturday for an estimate and Robert had me set up with a quote, filed it with my insurance company, and helped me get set up with a rental car within 30 minutes. The work they did on both of our cars was immaculate.
The service was so far beyond what we expected that we were blown away by the experience. Above and beyond expectations doesn't happen often but when it does it really makes you appreciate a business like this. Hopefully we won't need their services very often, but if we ever do, we will be lifetime customers.

I've used Scotty's twice now and found the service to be nothing less than exceptional. Most recently I went to the shop to get an estimate to repair a small scratch on my SUV. To my surprise, they pulled my vehicle in the garage and repaired within 15 minutes all at no charge to me. The tech even provided some touch up paint to take with me for when it happens again. Great family run business.

My insurance adjuster said that the repair would take at least two weeks. Scotty's had it done in one week and it looks better than new. Paint matches perfectly. You could never tell anything had happened to the car. I can't say enough about Scotty's Body Shop and I would both use them again should I be so unfortunate as to have need of additional body work or recommend them to anyone who is in need of such services without hesitation. They also provide very friendly and cheerful service.

I can't say enough good things about Curtis at Scotty's Body Shop on Linden St. He did more than just fix my truck. Curtis saved me when I was out of luck, out of truck, and out of options after GEICO valued my ride at half what it was worth. That's what you'll get at Scotty's. A lot of body shops can get your vehicle looking right.
But what sets this family-owned local body shop apart is that they have YOUR best interests in mind. NOT the insurance company's. And NOT just what they can put in their pockets. Last year, I spun out and hit a median on the interstate driving home from Chicago to Denver. I was broke and stranded. I didn't know a soul for 300 miles or the first thing about cars or insurance.
I walked into Scotty's thinking my 20+ year old Chevy truck in perfect shape with less than 100k miles was a goner. GEICO valued it at only $1,800 because their valuation is based off of similar makes and models listed for sale in the area - all of which happened to be rusted-out 250k mile junkers on Craigslist. Curtis told GEICO their valuation was BS and wrote me out a plan to get every cent I was owed.
Then he stretched EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR of that money calling through 4 states for the best prices on parts to get my truck back on the road. I love this truck and I'm only driving it today because of Curtis and his crew at Scotty's. Their work was top-notch. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Outstanding Service Had insurance and noninsurance body work done on my Ford Escape. The staff at Scotty's are very professional in dealing with customers and explained everything in the estimate and repair process clearly. They handled everything with the insurance company, including getting approval for some damage that the insurance estimator missed. The body work looks terrific. Would recommend Scotty's in a minute.
