You may think you need to bring your vehicle to the dealership when you need repairs, but it's simply not the case. Dropped my vehicle off here because it was shaking very badly every time I put my foot on the brake. Easy to figure out when you know a little about cars rite? Wrong they told me they checked the brakes and I needed brakes rotors and calipers 800 bucks and they didn't guarantee the issue would be resolved which almost never happens (they didn't actually check they looked from outside and you could see one rotor was bad but the other wasn't) they assumed the caliper because of that.
I did the brakes and rotors for 150 and no the issue wasn't solved. I changed the rotors in the front 200 bucks and boom problem gone! I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Also charged me 50 for misdiagnosis.

My husband brought his truck to Scott's for an issue. It was diagnosed the day he said it would be and completed the next day. He was available a few days out versus other shops who needed a weeks notice. I have since brought my car twice and still they did an awesome job. Great service and will absolutely return for any other car troubles. Highly recommend!

I went there for a Post purchase inspection today. every place I called had a week lead time, and I needed it done within a week, not only were they able to bring me in today but they provided a thorough inspection for me, and allowed me to inspect the vehicle on the lift myself. I will not disclose the price because I do not want to inundate them with requests, but I promise it was incredibly fair, and beyond competitive.

This place is great! I scheduled an oil change ahead of time but ended up being 30 minutes early. Scott took my car in right away and changed my oil super quickly. The price was great too. I also asked him to check another part of my car that another mechanic said I needed replaced very soon. Scott told me I don't need to worry about it and just to check it next time I get an oil change.
He could have charged me $1000 to do the work that day, but he was kind and honest and recommended I wait. I will definitely be going back here for all routine maintenance! I'm glad I found my new car care center.

I had a funny rattling noise coming from underneath my car that I needed to get checked out. I saw Scott's good reviews so I brought my car here. If you're looking for a local mechanic you can trust, this is the place. The people at Scott's Service Center are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was very impressed with the customer service. Not once have I ever felt pressured into purchasing supplemental work to my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. Why go to a chain like Speedy's/Meineke/etc. and get bent over backwards when you can come here and pay for the services you actually need? My wife and I are moving a couple towns over and will still drive out of our way to bring our vehicles to Scott's.
