I can't give enough praise to this place. I was rear ended in September and unfortunately due to everything going on in the world, the necessary parts for repairs wouldn't come in. It took three whole months for me to get my car back, but Duncan made sure to call me frequently and provide updates, and everyone was extremely friendly. When parts were finally received, the repairs were done promptly and the car looks absolutely amazing! The inside was clean and smelled nice, and I had absolutely no issue picking it up. Thank you guys for everything!

Took my Honda pilot here after the storms took down a large tree branch that dented my door and shattered my window. They always kept me updated on the progress and when the first clean left behind small pieces of glass they did a 2nd deep clean. Got my car back today and it's as spotless as it was the day I bought it. Will definitely come back for any body work repairs.

CARSTAR did amazing with painting my rear hunper after a minor accident - they got me in very quickly and with ease. They were great at communicating progress along the way and made sure I didn't have any questions unanswered. The staff is very friendly and my car was extremely clean when I picked it up. I hit a deer and had pretty bad damage to my car. This place was excellent from time of drop off to pick up. Tom was excellent and kept you updated every step of the way (via text message which is even better). The office ladies were pleasant and helpful. The car took longer than expected, but they offered to cover what my insurance didn't cover for the rental due to the extra time.

Car came out beautiful and cleaned from the top to bottom inside and out. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for work done on their car. Thank you so much for everything.

All I can say is WOW! I've had to have multiple cars fixed over the years and no other company has provided the level of service, detail, and customer support as Duncan Auto has. It was so easy and i was kept up to speed throughout every part of the process. Pickup was simple and only took about 5 minutes. Plus my car looked absolutely beautiful and was cleaner on the inside than when I left it with them. All in all, they're a great company with great people working for them. They're a real gem in the area and have gained a lifelong customer. Thank you Duncan!

Duncan CARSTAR is amazing! I was updated on the progress of my car and it looks like new after being repaired. I highly recommend this business for collision, bodywork, paint, and welding.
