I just had my car in after hitting a deer, and their team was fast, kept me up to date on everything, and my car frankly looks better now than the day I bought it from the dealership. These guys do really fantastic work. My family has been doing business with Schroeder's for years and we couldn't say a bad thing about them if we tried.

We had a problem with one of our lug nuts not coming off, we made an appointment, Austin was able to get it off in a matter of minutes, solved the problem, and sent us on our way. WHAT SERVICE! Let me preface this with Schroeders does GREAT WORK! But don't expect your vehicle in a timely manner. They quoted my work at beginning of November - put me on schedule Jan 10th. took over 3 months to complete the work! And then rushed the job & didn't complete part of the job. I had to take it back for "2-3 days worth of work" which took a week. Whatever timeline he give you, triple it! Worth the money spent, he does a great job, but not worth the time it took. I hope they get more organized to make other customers' experiences better.

If you have ANY question about using these guys, stop it! I have never had such amazing service. From the first phone call speaking to Chad was amazing. Got us in, super knowledgeable. Christian was our Tech and I would trust him with any RV I own! Came out and spoke with me. He taught me so many things about my RV and even went on a test run to make sure it was safe. Seriously go check these guys out! They have a customer for life! Just don't be Karen and say I sent you. Nobody likes a Karen.

As a new RV'er I have been very impressed with the service I've received at Schroeder's. I have worked with Chad, Christian, and Tom.all have been great to work with! I will be back!

Took a fiberglass airplane cowl there to be repainted. Matt made sure it was done right and at a great price. I am really happy with the quality of the paint work and attention to detail Matt made to make sure it was done right. I would recommend them for any paint project

Matt (owner) is a very personable guy, and I believe he's knowledgeable. In the end, I've just not had good experiences with this shop. I took my older Bounder to Schroeder's a few years back to have them quote new windows; they had it for 5 weeks and never was able to quote it or find windows? I recently took a truck there to have them quote a frame fix to no avail.

I called later that day to see if they could send my quote to my email and the receptionist replied "oh he didn't send that to you? I will do that right away" Crickets. Never received anything or a call back.

Nothing but great things to say about Schroeder's!-Matt and his team do great repair work. Gabby at the front desk is extraordinarily nice and keeps things rolling with the insurance work and updates. Even had a loaner car for a few days-the repair took a few days longer than expected but that's not their fault-parts were delayed. Picked up my clean and vacuumed car. Matt is always appreciative of the business and I appreciate his thorough work and great team!

Back in September 2018, I had two puncture holes in my 2017 Lazy Daze Class C RV. Schroeder's Body Shop patched the holes. They did excellent work! I returned again in December to have them fix a warped/bent side entry door. In 2020, I had two "OOPS" situations on my 2017 Lazy Daze Class C RV. The first was when I swiped a cement pole pulling away from the pump at a gas station.

The second occurred at a Ford Truck repair place where I was getting an oil change. When they were lowering the RV on the rack, it tilted and scraped the front of the overhead cab. Schroeder's Body came to the rescue again for me. See attached pictures. Nov 11, 2021: Had an oil change and tires replaced on my 2017 Lazy Daze Class C RV. Another great service experience.

If you expect great results from auto body repair, head to Schroeders! Matt and his crew were professional and courteous, and had my vehicle in and out in a matter of days. This place is top notch! I brought my RV to them for an oil change, chassis battery reinstall and de-winterization. They were not only able to accommodate us before our trip, but when we experienced a last minute emergency window fiasco, they let us bring it in right away. Christian was able to repair it in less than 2 hours, and we didn't have to alter our trip. I have never had better customer service! They were great to work with and very personable. A million thanks to Chris, Tom, Christian, Matt Schroeder, and the whole crew!

Where do I begin. I have now had both mechanical work and body work done by Schroeder's and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! Matt, Ben and the rest of the crew are incredible! When a semi backed into my beloved car at a gas station on Grand River, I realized I had no idea where to go to get my car fixed. I googled around and Schroeder Body Shop had good reviews. I nervously drove it over and expected the worst. What followed was a great experience. The employees at this shop are so professional, patient, kind, thorough and clear.

Even though I am a young(ish) woman who knows nothing about cars, body work, etc. they treated me with total respect and made sure I understood all my options. The price was so much better than I thought it would be, too! I'm so glad I came here!

Good as New! Had some minor body damage to our RV and was somewhat skeptical that anyone would be able to repair it as good as it was before. Took our Navion to Matt and he exceeded our expectations. Not only was the repair completed to perfection, Matt and his team also completed the job within a week (including parts delivery from Winnebago). Great job guys, you've got a customer for life!

I've used Schroeder's many times for body repairs and they've always done an amazing job. I love using local businesses and they never disappoint.

Have taken several vehicles here and every time have done good work. Always in the time frame and worked with options making out of pocket repairs work. Have used for insurance claims and there was a big difference in that they were looking out for my concerns. I would insist they use them.

Matt and team did a great job fixing my car. They were fast, friendly and my car looks great. They'll be my first choice for any future repair needs.
