Another thank you for my last repair. Not sure if, it's a better radiator, think an accidental, flawed, one, previously. Part, not repair. Or, bc I added a fuel filter.but, my old car, is GREAT! This last repair, put a spring in her old step! Thank you. Wish I had always come here. But, for last years, here.excellent care!

I've always had good experiences here for various car issues. They're honest and straightforward. They'll actually show you the issue instead of just telling you that things are broken.

This is by far the best reasonable price auto repair shop. I came back to this shop after ten years of driving lease cars. Because I bought a used Camry 2005 from Craigslist, That needed air condition service and Freon gas. It was nice surprise to find this shop again. Back In 2010, I had a 2003 Nissan Sentra. This shop provided me great services that helped me maintain it. I use to come here for all kind of repairs. They are good people and they provide good service.

These guys are the best they installed a starter in my car they did excellent service they were very very prompt NAPA Auto Parts store was very econominating to get the starter to him I can't say anything better about the service I received

This is my go-to place for oil changes, smog checks, or any general workup that my car might need. They're very transparent with pricing and very affordable. Very friendly specially the billing lady at the window. And super fast which is one of the main reasons I go here even though it's not necessarily the closest to my house. Call ahead to check what the wait time is. Sometimes they are busy and its a small waiting area.

LOVE THEM! Do yourself a favor a call Jennifer here first. I have lived in LA for over 15 years and drive all the way from Van Nuys (lots of auto shops here) to Saticoy Auto because I trust them and all of my friends do too. They do a great job at a fair price and never have tried to sell me or any of my friends unnecessary repairs. I wish their shop wasn't a 40 minute bus ride away when I have to leave my car (a Mini Cooper) there but it's worth it.

When you find a dentist or a mechanic you 100% trust and they do consistently great work, you stick with them. This team has great reviews and they deserve every one of them. 5 star service all the way!

I initially requested a quote for a clutch replacement for my Toyota 4Runner using Yelp. I was given a quick response with a reasonable quote (approx. $750). The quoted price was on average substantially cheaper than all other quotes. Im glad i went with this business! Job was completed efficiently and customer service was top notch. The business updated me with everything as the job progressed.

I ended up paying around $800 with a new flywheel along with a nationwide warranty. If you an honest business that you can trust, look no further. Reasonable prices, efficient turn around time, friendly customer service and great communication is what you will get with this business. Can recommend them enough.

Just like you old school garage, friendly knowledgeable manager, fair price, up front, they fix all cars including my Alpha Romeo. Real deal place!

2 years later I'm baaaack! Just as smooth as the first time. $40 smog and i'm out the door in less than 15 minutes. Call Jennifer ahead to schedule she's super accommodating and super busy so just get to the point & you'll be in & out in no time at all. no hassle just great service. we bring all of our cars here for smog and we pass every time.

I stopped going there and referring people to them because they do not value customer's time, even though level of work is good at a labor rate typical for this area ($95/hr). Having people wait 2 hours for AC service only to tell them that their brake pedal is too soft and therefore AC cannot be serviced is not what I am looking for at a shop I would recommend.

My husband and I moved to Los Angles from San Jose four years ago. During these years, we haven't found a reliable auto service. Fortunately we finally found Saticoy. After searching online around this area and text message communication, my husband visited the facility to fix our BMW X1 2014. They are so great and extremely honest and professional even the garage looks not that kind of elegant.

Their customer service is excellent. Their price is reasonable. It's a pity my husband forgot the white young boy's name who helped to fix the low beam light and replace the battery. He is so helpful. We even want to send a Christmas gift to all of them to appreciate their honest character. It's very hard to find such an honest garage in this evil and dirty world. We should cherish this kind of honest nowadays. Anyway Thanks a lot and God bless this business!

As always. Seto took care of me. I just was going to do a drive-by.to check for appt. They squeezed me in.and, even tho, they were sure, all was good. They did do a fix. I actually can really tell, the difference.even if they think, my imagination. Ha! Hope no more issues. All is shiny new and refreshed, with this task. No doubt plenty other tasks.with my old car! I went to Saticoy Auto Center for a smog check. I needed a Star Station and read the reviews. I'm really glad I went! Not only did I receive courteous service, but I was out of there with a pass in less than 10 minutes! It was so convenient, I will absolutely be using them for all my future smog checks.

Spark Notes: they're trustworthy, fairly priced, efficient and friendly. I had to get my car fully serviced, as it's pretty old, just hit 100K miles and I was planning to drive it for 10+ hours straight during my move to New Mexico. Naturally, I needed to go somewhere reliable. In a perfect world, it would be someone who would tell me what should be done on my car, and what NEEDS to be done on my car--and as a first-year DO candidate, I didn't have cash to spare on anything that wasn't essential.

To my surprise, Saticoy Autocenter did just that. I was recommended to come here by a friend, read the reviews and decided a 40 min drive was nothing, even if I passed 100 other auto shops on the way there. I told them my situation and they took my car in despite their completely full schedules. They ran diagnostics and gave me a call soon after I dropped off my car.

The lady at the front desk is genuinely sweet AND knows what she's talking about when it comes to anything car-related. She listed the long list of overdue maintenance, but only provided me an estimate for the REQUIRED maintenance. For the quality and integrity of their work, I believe I drove off with a steal. I made sure that I got away with the amount of maintenance needed until I'm back in California to visit them again! P.s. my car ran like new, absolutely zero problems for the entire 700 miles and 11.5 hours, even while driving in 118 degree heat. 15 years in LA and I'm upset I didn't know about this place sooner! Very affordable place for oil changes. It is walk in friendly and they are extraordinarily fast for the basics. Very small waiting room, but there is a leather, 3 seater, couch. You'll have to partially walk through the auto shop to get to the counter. The woman working there is thorough and filled with advice.

Great place friendly service & honest! Been dealing with SAC (Saticoy Auto Center) for over 5 year's. Bring all my vehicles here if anything is wrong. Tune ups oil change etc. Best In the Valley!

Seto is a very good mechanic and very good person. I am a regular customer from last 3 years. I had Toyota corolla earlier and recently upgraded to Honda Civic. The main advantage I noticed here is the 'Excellent' service at 'Minimum' cost, which you can't find anywhere else.
