I am really really bummed out at the pizza from this restaurant. I ordered gluten free and asked for extra cheese and ricotta. They didn't give me extra cheese and if they did this is a joke. With extra cheese you shouldn't see the sauce underneath at all. I asked for ricotta and they barely even left a quarter size dollop. Two of the pieces didn't even have ricotta on it.

The pizza was $20 which I don't think it was worth that at all for what I got. The sauce was probably the blandest sauce I've ever had in my life unfortunately. Pizza sauce should have herbs and flavoring. It just tasted like bland pasta sauce. Pizza was awful but I will say that It did come out fast and the person that gave me my pizza was very nice.

Stopped here on a whim with the kids the other night. This restaurant is so clean, really nice/ attentive staff, food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back (looks like there is a great deck with water views in the nicer weather as well!).

Update on how much of a scam this place is, everything they' said they did to my car, was horrible and almost giving out, they use cheap / used parts bc you'll never find out or know, I took it to the dealership along with the invoices and wow, I feel so stupid for wasting so much money think they had my best interest.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worse enemy. I took my BMW there to get a diagnosis they didn't come up with anything for two weeks. They still required me to pay the diagnosis fee which I was fine with because I was thinking of getting work there later and they could put that money on a future project. When I got home I noticed my front passenger rim was beat up. I've had my rooms for three years and I've never gotten a scratch on them.

I went to see him and he said that it was none of his guys and that it was probably my fault. Also the guys talked about how fast my car was and it sounded like 2-3 people dogged it.

I went here for an oil change and after an hour of driving my car was reading oil level half full. I went back and they looked at my car and said the oil level looked full. I thought it was a computer error so I drove 30 minutes home and let the car settle for several hours. I recently checked it again and now it was showing that I need to a quart of oil. I'm baffled by this I've never had oil problems with my car.

Nothing is leaking and at the shop there was no mention of anything in need of repair or maintenance. Which also makes me skeptical because on my receipt it shows they were supposed to check all fluid levels, brakes and belts. Well I know for a fact my brakes need to be replaced soon and there was no mention of that at all. Also they did NOT top off all my other fluids. It's a shame that I cannot trust this shop.

Came here for a quick bite and it was fantastic. It's been around for a long time and my dad was thrilled that the pizza hasn't changed! I had the chicken parm calzone and it was massive! But so good. Great local stop.

I have had great experiences with Sam and Joe's up until now. This has been by far the worst experience ever. I dropped my truck off for a battery change. I picked it up and now my radio functions back up cameras or sensors are not working. There were no issues before, and they want to charge a fee to take a look at it. I have spent thousands of dollars with these guys, and am in utterly disbelief that they would not take the initiative to at least make it right. I have referred several people to them, and we will all take our business elsewhere.

What a hidden gem! Great lobster rolls, friendly staff, and good ravioli. We went two days in a row and enjoyed the outdoor seating.

Do yourself a favor.call other foreign auto shops to get quotes. These guys have a really high overhead and their customers are paying for all of it. I received a quote from S & J's which was extremely high--I called a competitor in FTW area and received a lower price by 63%. Joe (co-owner) will give you the impression that he is giving you the best price--not so!

They are very good at identifying other areas of the vehicle that they claim needs to be addressed in the very NEAR future--costing an additional $500 to $800+.Im speaking from experience alone. Unfortunately, it took me years to realize that I've been taken advantage of.when Joe or Mike (Fl. Mgr) start out by saying, "this is what we can do for you.because you've been a loyal customer" LOOK OUT. you are about to be swindled.

I am late with the review but, ,, kind of expensive to have car looked at, charged me around $15 bucks for a (1) plastic door clip. I purchased the item below on ebay for 8 bucks shipped. 500PCS Mixed Auto Car Fastener Clips Bumper Fender Trim Plastic Rivet Door Panel. I will not be returning. I see a common theme on most of the reviews gauging

I really thought they were great, but spent 6 grand last year, just for another establishment to tell me all the things I had repaired and replaced, needed to be replaced now. It was like they didn't do anything, accept swipe my card.

I've used Sam and Joes for three years and have been completely satisfied. I appreciate their follow up after the service and they stand behind their work. Auto service is not always an exact science but they do a good job of setting expectations. We take all of our cars there and sometimes they don't get it exact the first time. However, they do make it right and strive for excellence. I like nice cares and I like for them to be maintained well. That's why I frequent this establishment.

These people posting one star review have no idea, I've taken my BMW here for years and always received great service and prices. It cost more to operate a Euro car, deal with it.

Pure scam. 2.5 times the price of dealer if you tow and they know they have an advantage on you.

This place has some fraudulent employees and owners. I left my car there a few days ago because it was leaking oil. When I picked it up, I drove it 51 miles and it broke down in the middle of the highway. What happened was these guys left metal shavings in the engine, even though that was never an issue to begin with. Then these people have the audacity to want to charge me extra fees when I already paid them $1900 for the oil leak issue even though the car broke down the next day after I picked it up.

I literally paid them $1900 for nothing. My car does not drive anymore. Then they want to charge me $6300 for a new engine even though they cost around $1500 anywhere else, so right away I knew these people at Sam and Joe's were cheats. The mechanics are incompetent. These people are frauds. Do NOT do business here.

As with too many businesses, it seems they have learned how to manage social media space - to post "reviews" that many take as credible. The truth of the matter is that you need to run, not walk, away from this spot. - If you think you'll save money over a dealership, think again. Why? - Expect to be told that you need work that doesn't need to be done and probably actually isn't even performed. - Expect to be given a low "estimate", to be replaced by a smack in the face with overcharged baloney. A happy place for folks who don't know better. Service with a smile - yes. Honest work? Hahaha - not even close.

I cannot say enough good things about Sam and Joe's! I have had my car there a couple of times now for different things and they are a delight to deal with! First, I had a control arm that was bent and had to be replaced. Not only were they fast and efficient, when I picked my car up, the tech showed me some cool features on my car that I had no idea existed (I bought it used).

He sat in my car and answered every single one of my questions. Today, I got an oil change. I noticed some drops of oil in my garage when I pulled out to get my son from school. It freaked me out, so I called S&J's. Sam got in his car, along with the tech that changed my oil and drive to my house to check it all out (at 5:00 on a Friday). It turned out to be no big deal, just a few drops of old oil from when they changed it.

They cleaned it up out of my garage, put my car on ramps and wiped all of the underneath of the car down. Wow. What customer service. No attitude. No making me feel bad. I even tried to tip them for coming to my house and they wouldn't accept it. One other thing worth mentioning, the entire staff at their shop are so friendly and take time to answer questions without a condescending tone. They've never tried to take advantage of me or tried to up-sale in any fashion. Thank you Sam and Joes for being trustworthy, efficient, honest, and going above and beyond for your customers!

I've been a totally loyal customer for a long time but today will be my last time taking my car there. I had my battery replaced on my 328i 461.00 dollars. That wasn't the problem for me. Today the owner Joe rubbed me the wrong way. There was a 3.00 miscellaneous charge on my bill and I asked the owner Joe why was this on my bill, he said " it's for disposal of your battery and if you don't pay it I will have to pay it "! I'm thinking to myself he's the owner and it's just 3 dollars. He gave a whole 3 minute reason why he wasn't paying the 3 dollars. Sometimes customer service go a long way.

After having some bad experiences with mechanics, Sam & Joe restored my trust. Thanks to them, a dealership was not able to defraud me by not honoring a recalled part. Thanks S & J and I will be back - excellent customer service.

I have done some business with Sam and Joe's in the past (oil changes) but never again. I recently took my 2009 Mercedes Benz E350 in for a checkup because of strange noise when driving. After a diagnosis, it was determined by their mechanics that the rear differential was going out and additionally, I needed a rear brake job (rotors and pads). Well, the quote given to me for the complete brake job was a $110 more than a quote previously given to me at the Mercedes dealership in Arlington (Park Place Mercedes).

When I mentioned the high price to the service rep Steve, he lowered the quote by $75 but wouldn't match the price from the delearship so I declined. Futhermore, my extended warranty on the Benz covered the work needed to repair the car as long as I paid my $100 deductible and up to $1370. Well, Steve told me to fix my car it would cost $3000 because the labor was $900 and part was $2100.

I visited the Park Place Mercedes and they quoted me $2600, $1200 for labor and $1400 for the part. That is a BIG difference in price gouging from an independent mechanic shop vs THE MERCEDES DEALERSHIP! Plus, the warranty company told me that they offered to ship the part to Sam and Joe's because they could get the part wholesale at $770 but the service rep Steve failed to pass that bit of info to me.

That would have been a massive amount of savings for me due to that fact the warranty company would only honor $1370 for the complete repair. When I addressed Steve about price gouging over and above THE MERCEDES DEALERSHIP and the fact that he could get the part from the warranty company for $770 and save me money, he didn't have much to say.

At the advice of a friend, I took my car to Huggins Honda and they filed claim for me as well as received the part from the warranty company. My only expense was the $100 deductible for repair. And, I purchased OEM Mercedes brakes and rotors from the Mercedes dealership and the mechanics at Huggins Honda installed them on the car for an additional $100 (still $200 lower than Sam and Joe's lowest quote for a complete brake job).

In summary. Sam and Joe's overcharges for parts and labor. When your prices are more than Park Place Mercedes, you are really gouging customers. I WOULD NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Don't believe all of the negative reviews here. These guys do a fine job, at a price that is about 30-50% less than the dealer charges. Don't like paying a lot for repairs? Then either learn how to work on it yourself, or sell your twelve year old Jaguar and buy a Hyundai. European luxury cars aren't cheap to maintain. That's not Sam and Joe's problem.

I found that I was served a plate of high pressure sales. They were also very dishonest with me as well. I brought my M3 in for an oil change as regular service and the person took my car and performed a courtesy check and discovered that i only had three percent of brake life left and demanded that i leave my car and said that the car was not safe to drive and recommended that this was a safety hazard.

I had the car to Moritz where the car came from and they were doing some other checks to the car and inspected the brakes and they had 85 percent brake life left. I went back to Moritz and had them re-inspect the pads the technician took a picture of them and had the shop manager show it to me as proof that there were no problems with the brakes or rotors at all.

The brake quote was for $885.00 With new rotors they said that i needed. It pays to be aware of your car and keep the maintenance record handy especially when you encounter people like this. FYI- Do yourself a and your wallet a favor and steer clear of these guys. Poor business practices and very poor ethics and very pushy sales team and they are not honest people.

I know its not an american car. But they are not american owned and i think that is where the poor practices come from. They force the employees to sell to keep their jobs, =those people need their jobs their bosses force them to lie to you!

Maybe a new Yelp site but the same old price gouging and poor service practices. Do yourself and your wallet a favor stay away from these guys. They overcharge on parts and labor. I was in a tight and had to use them but after spending $1005. With them to find oil and grease on my hood and on my mats and interior the over pricing was bad enough but to leave a mess that I have to clean up after not so much. Long and short stay clear of S&Js place if you don't want problems after the service and being over charged to boot.

They seem to do a fine job on most euro cars. but I'm not taking my Infinity back. Newer cars have a ton of vacuum hoses and it's easy to reverse one. but after getting my car back, noticing a misfire at idle, taking a back and getting the "there is no engine code, no trouble" answer I took a look for myself. One vacuum hose was not connected at all, three were not clamped, and a pair was switched. Seriously?

They did replace the sensors and the other work was done just fine. but missing that many hoses is just a lack of attention. Next time I'm gong to the a dealer, costs more, but I think I'll make up the difference in time.
