They were great and got a turbocharger replaced in just a couple days after the dealer quoted me a month due to backordered parts. It runs great and it's good to be back on the road! My advisor, Chase was super friendly and they did some extra inspections to let me know what things might need attention in the near future. Thanks and I'll be back!

I have personally used Sallas Auto Repair for about 15 years. My adult children use their services and I have referred dozens of friends and business associates over the years. Chase was my service writer and kept me informed on how my F150 repairs were progressing. I had extensive work done from rear seal problems to ball joints and 4 wheel drive adjustments. I am very happy with the service performed and their eagerness to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone there was polite and helpful. I really enjoyed working with Chase!

Great place to take your car, I've been using Sallas for years. Had steering problems with my Malibu. Drop it off in the morning and it was done that afternoon. The guys at Sallas were great in helping us figure out an annoying noise on our Toyota Camry. Not only did they fix the noise they also performed a quick inspection and pointed out a few other needs on the vehicle. Great service and honest information. Highly recommend.

Y'ALL! i never leave reviews, but boy does this shop deserve a good one. after being the unfortunate owner of a lemon and getting in a few wrecks i am AFRAID of driving so i have a hard time finding mechanics i trust to not only do the repairs right, but to also be honest with me about the condition of my car. sallas auto repair has gone so far above and beyond my expectations already without even having to be asked! completed the repairs i brought it in for, went through a very detailed list of my cars overall health with me, and helped me make a plan for the rest of the repairs with safety being the main focus for what should be repaired when and etc. from now on, i wont go anywhere else. cannot recommend them enough!

The service and customer service is always great Noel, the service team, and technicians always treats me great. NEVER trying to swindle or make me pay for something I don't need in the moment. I took my car to the dealership on two separate occasions. Both times I don't believe they actually looked at the problem. Thankfully Sallas checked it thoroughly and told me what was necessary saving me half of what I would have paid the dealership. Service: Brake service & repair

I called Sallas because their reviews were so good. I found out those reviews were right! Sallas is a very professional and friendly business. They even directed me to the Belton license bureau as the best/quickest place to renew my tags. They were right. Sallas has a whole different "vibe" from your typical auto repair shop. Great service and expedient process to get me an appointment. They provide a shuttle service and that was a nice and an additional arrangement that saved me getting an Uber. The cost for an alignment was reasonable, just about the same that I would get from other places. Will bring my vehicles to them again for other work when/if needed.

I chose Sallas to get my new-to-me car inspected; they're close and convenient for me to get to. When I called, they were professional, pleasant and efficient. When I went in the next morning the place was clean and comfortable. I was greeted pleasantly, costs were quoted up front and I felt quite comfortable there. I was even offered a bottle of water The mechanic came back in and advised that there was a bulb out, asked if I wanted it changed and quoted the price. Everyone there was polite and pleasant and not at all condescending to a woman. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience and I will definitely return.

Nick Sallas didn't know that when I came into his shop I'd called three others and been to 3 more with various negative responses to what seemed like a simple fix. My new-ish (installed this summer) vented, cross drilled rotors maybe were warped and needed to be turned. Three shops said those rotors can't be turned. One shop said those rotors are "bad" and shouldn't be on cars.

Although many performance cars have them. He didn't know one shop just answered the phone and hung up. Yet he seemed to want my business and was super professional as was his front desk person. They sent pictures showing me what was broken and what fluids were low. Seriously this place is a class act and I'm bothered I've not used them sooner. I'm not some rich guy. Got an old car yet he treated me with respect.

This shop gets all my future automotive service business. Hoping I won't need them however I feel good knowing they are there. Referred my brother yesterday. Awesome shop!

Barry and team went above and beyond to fix the dash air in our old class B camper. We had a hard time finding someone to work on it and they accepted the challenge.

Great find - an auto repair shop close to home that does great work, has friendly and helpful people, and is easy and pleasant to work with. The prices are a bit on the high side but it's so worth it when you know your car is going to reliably get the service it needs without the endless "upselling" that so many auto shops engage in. They have done a great job on both of the repairs I've had done there. I'm so happy I found Sallas. Great, reliable auto mechanics are hard to find. I'm happy I've found one! I'm sure we'll be back many times in the coming years.

Zach was a HUGE help to me in having his crew diagnose my truck's problem. The Dealership (Stealership) quoted me an outlandish price ($2500) so that they would not have to try and fix it. I said NO and took it to Sallas. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it (ground wire problem). They also checked over the truck and Carfax to see what had been done to the truck and what I should consider fixing in time.

We collaborated and decided what could be done now and later, all for $1000 less than the Stealership plus they did much more than just fix the ground wire problem. Highly Recommended!

Absolutely horrible. Brought my perfectly running car in for a carpet shampoo and an oil change and when I picked it up it didn't make it down the street before breaking down. I brought it back to figure out why my car was running so rough after only having the oil changed and Barry tried to tell me it was "running that way before I brought it to them".

What a crazy coincidence. No compensation for breaking my car and costing me out of pocket to fix it. It took 2 more times of showing up and Nick Sallas *magically* not being there before I gave up. They quoted me $1500 for all the repairs that they inflicted and another shop said no more than $260. Don't bring your cars here unless you're ready to buy a new one when these scammers break yours.

I dropped my car off and got quoted $700 for a $200 job (actuator replacement). Then I was told that it "might" fix the issue and they'll go from there (as if the actuator replacement was a guess and they had to see if that would fix it). Then I got charged $115 for them to tell me that. I ended up paying another business $185 to replace the actuator and it resolved my heat issue.

Excellent service. Incredibly trustworthy. These guys have always taken fantastic care of my family. Highly recommend.

Not that great of an experience. The people are really nice, but you waste more money for them to address issues than to actually fix them. The pricing is a bit outrageous and matches the dealership's. I'd say just go to the dealer if you're gonna spend the money and also get a loaner car while you wait for free. Plus the dealer gives you a read-out of the codes that you paid them to read.whereas this place just says "yeah there's over 14 of codes." Cool.

I knew there were codes. It'd be nice to get a read-out of them instead of denying me what I paid for. Basically an independent shop with dealership prices and less convenience.

I have used Sallas Auto Repair for the last five years to service and repair all my vehicles. My vehicles range from classic to modern, suv to pickups and motorhome included. They always inform me of what needs to be serviced and what does not. Their service is excellent, price is fair, and customer relations are top notch. One of the best auto service facilities I have ever found.

Thanks for being an honest repair shop! I drove from California to KC to visit family. Check engine light came one but went back off. Me not knowing much about cars I thought I was going to have to come out of pocket for diagnostic and repairs. To my surprise after they took a look at it they told me my car just had a glitch and it was fine. They could have easily took advantage but didn't and I thank them for that. The cost to me $0.

Fast, thorough, honest, and reasonably priced with plenty of coupons available. They always call me with any updates or concerns they have during the work and are very low-pressure about getting extra work done beyond the quote. Happy to have found a go-to mechanic in KC.

Had some problems with my 99 Subaru Forester; Nick and Barry went over the top to make sure my car was up and running for a fair price. I'll certainly be back because of not only the work, but also the explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle.

I was quoted one price to repair my horns and was charged about $150 more when I arrived to pick it up. They wanted to do work that I had not requested. They told me things they "thought" were wrong with my vehicle, and they wanted to do every premium service that they could think of. Big red flags to me. I just noticed that they failed to replace the cover over my horns and now the work that they have done has been undone by mother nature. My horns now sound like a sick goose. I will not be going back to this place ever again.

The service you get from Sallas is always solid. They are generally priced slightly below dealer prices and will work with you to find ways to reduce the cost of the repair unless they know that it will end up hurting you in the long run. I highly recommend them.
