Sometimes being a Masshole surrounded by other Massholes on Boston roads comes with consequences - generally in the form of broken glass, leaking fluids and crushed metal.In the last five years I have both been a victim of and victimized a Masshole, and both times Sako took great care of me.

Jack and his father at Sako autobody in Medford mass did a fantastic job on my Lexus ES300H sedan. He pre ordered a oem rear bumper for me painting it black and put in a new absorber. I asked Lexus of Watertown Mass who they use and he was highly recommended. Thank you Sako ill be back if I ever need any autobody work done. Service: Painting

Jack is great. The shop did a great job They repaired our rear bumper after we were rear-ended and it looked better than new. They couldn't have been easier to work with or done better work. I won't have body work done anyplace else.

Grateful for the clear communication & surprisingly fast turnaround time, considering current circumstances & the holiday. The careful attention to detail given to my Honda Fit is undeniable; the work is seamless & the bonus of having it returned with a super clean interior is just the cherry on top. I got this car used, & thanks to the team at Sako, it's even more beautiful than when I got it. Very happy with their services & I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

It's never a fun day when you have to drop your car off for repairs but Sako Autobody make it as pleasant an experience as it could possibly be. I've been unlucky enough to have brought my vehicle to them twice this year (a sideswipe while parked and a hit and run) and each time they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Eric and the team running the office do an exceptional job managing communication and logistics with me as a customer and always go the extra mile.

As for their work, it is always world-class. The paint jobs are seamless and perfect and any panel work looks like it came right from the factory, always flush with no bad seams. 5 Stars! Bring them your ride, you won't regret it.

This was my first time having any body work done on any car. The work wasn't from a car accident just fixing paint damage and scratches on my 2011 Lexus RX. The people at Sako Auto body were extremely nice, they explained everything and helped me understand any questions I had. They are very fairly priced and their work is IMMACULATE. I have never seen my 9 year old car look better than after getting it back from them.

I will definitely return her for future work because the people here were friendly, caring and put a lot of hard work and time into their jobs, I'm amazed by my entire experience here. The quality of their work is unbeatable.

I have been working with this company for over 5 years. They have repaired both of my Honda cars. The quality of work is superb! Customer service is stellar. They are friendly and communicate clearly about the repairs needed and timeframe.

The people here are kind, considerate, super friendly, and very professional. I appreciate how communicative they were about the work being done on my vehicle, as well as keeping me informed about any status changes. They were extremely helpful and understanding of my schedule and time constraints too. The work that was done is immaculate and looks just like it did when it rolled off the lot. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

Great place. Progressive sent me here, after someone smashed my driver side mirror- hit and run style. I ended up cancelling the claim, bc/ my insurance deductible was high. They were very helpful in this process, and it ended up being half the price when I stripped the repair down to the essentials. They called to update me, and even offered to stay late for me to pick up the car, if I was running late and called ahead. They fixed the mirror with Mazda parts (it's a new Mazda). Exceptional service. The kindness and honesty does not go unnoticed!

This place is great! They were so friendly and so genuine. They explained everything and were very honest. Unfortunate my car was totaled and I do not plan on getting another car that needs auto body work but if I ever do I will come here!

Sako Auto Body did a fantastic repair job on my Lexus RX450h- which suffered a side-swipe accident due to a careless tow-truck driver (Phil's towing, in Cambridge). Wait time was significant, but it was worth it. They were extremely efficient and proficient - my car is indeed as good as new. Thank you!

They are great! Anytime i need my car repaired, i take it to them and I've always been pleased with the work they have done. They are professional, fast and reliable. I also enjoy the free car wash before i get my car back - nice touch!

Extremely happy with my experience here. They were very accommodating with my crazy work travel schedule to get me in, and kept me updated regularly throughout the process. Everything looks fabulous -- they even buffed out a large scratch from a previous incident! Great customer service and my car looks awesome.

I could not be happier. I have a brand new Lexus, 3,000 miles, white. I had a small front end collision after only having my car only two months. My Lexus is a pearl white. I can't believe the work that the men at this body shop did for me. I am extremely fussy and particular, and I have an eye for detail. My car looks amazing. I have had my share of bad body shop experiences and had to live through the heart ache of that. It is not enjoyable. You will not find anyone better. I thank God for Sacko Auto Body. Thank you.

5 star experience at Sako Auto Body! I brought in my GMC truck because I got a dent (and scratches) from a careless object/person in a shopping plaza war zone. I am meticulous with my parking spaces and locations, btw. Jack was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He also was the person who used his "paint-less dent removal" expertise to pop out the dent and buff out the scratches.

The results were very pleasing, and I could tell that he is a perfectionist when it comes to producing results. I certainly will return next time I get a dent that's too hard to ignore! I am glad I stumbled across their body shop. Also, they recently moved to a new facility and are certified by Lexus, Honda, and Acura dealers for body work and repairs.

One of my Highschool friends, Phillipe works at Sako autobody and he told me to come by after my accident - this was a fantastic choice of shop! Eric Hoffman, the manager, is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Going to them in my time of need after a rough accident and have them be straight shooters with me was exactly what I needed. The work that they did on my car was nothing less than amazing!

It looks like they did more than what was expected of them, and for that I'm super grateful. This team is worth every cent you spend on fixing your car - they were very good to me.

My car needed minor work. As Sako Autobody specializes in Lexus, I decided to take it there. I'm glad I did! They not only provide great customer service but fixed my car to perfection. 5 stars across the board.

Some kid decided to play a little basketball next to my Audi and left a pretty annoying dent. I was struggling to find a good paintless dent removal specialist in the area and stumbled upon Sako. Dropped the car off in the morning and took the subway to work and picked it up at the end of day. The dent was completely gone and the price was very reasonable. The staff was also very friendly. I highly recommend stopping by to get any dents removed.

Sako Autobody came at the recommendation of Lexus of Watertown and they did not disappoint. Professional class act from start to finish. After recently purchasing a 2015 Lexus someone drove into the back of my car and caused a fair amount of damage. You would never know looking at it now and the team did a great job communicating all the details to me. Really great group and beautiful work.

Larry was extremely helpful and professional in fixing my Lexus. It was done on time and all the repairs were explained clearly in advance and the car looks as good as new. I'm delighted with the experience and would gladly use them again (though certainly hope not to have to!).

One hopes their car never has to go to the body shop, but since that's not reality here in the Boston area, my new car has been there three times in the past 15 months as I've been rear-ended twice (by young drivers) and sideswiped by an older driver who was clearly agitated well before she hit me. Looking at my vehicle you would never know any of this -- it's pristine.

The crew at Sako has taken expert care of the car each time and kept in touch as they reviewed the damage and worked with the insurance appraisers to get to the real cost of damage to my vehicle. I was initially referred there by the Lexus dealership and it was the perfect reference because they are a dream to work with. You will not go wrong -- and they work on other makes, not just Lexii.

I really wish I could give more stars.things started out so well. I got rear ended in my Lexus IS350 and was referred to Sako by Lexus of Watertown. They were extremely helpful in the beginning, Tom in particular. Helped a lot with insurance questions, towing, etc. This was my first accident ever with a car I've cherished for 5+ years. Timing and everything was great, they communicated well, and got it back to me in about 6 weeks.

The car initially looked fantastic.it was only a few days later, the lack of attention to detail really became apparent. After a few days, here is what I noticed: 1. Cosmetic bumper screw covers missing from trunk 2. Replaced headlight not working (Not their fault, just bad luck) 3. Trunk light missing 4. My aftermarket amplifier wasn't working 5. Aftermarket amplifier no longer mounted nicely under trunk lid.lying on the trunk floor 6.

Car was completely covered in overspray 7. Slight shimmy between 50-60mph 8. Interior smelled of bondo I gave them the full list of items and had them take it back to address them. About a week later, this is how the items were/weren't addressed 1. Replaced 2. Headlight works now 3. Replaced and working 4. Still not working - they said they cant fix (understandable) but to call insurance to figure it out 5. mounted back up 6. they buffed, but did a terrible job.

They only used a stage 1 compound, resulting in terrible swirl marks in direct sunlight. I have a lot of experience reconditioning paint, so I know they skipped the glaze and polish steps with a dual action buffer. I'd have done it myself, but didn't want to spend 6 hours doing it.now I have to. 7. Was not addressed and did not bring it up. still there 8. Cleaned interior, smells fine now I am not typically an internet reviewer, but feel like I had to share my experience.

Would most people be happy with the results? Most likely. If you have a keen eye for details and know your car inside and out, you may want to seek out additional options. After all is said and done, I can definitely tell my car has been in an accident and its not the same :(

These guys are professional and reasonable. I got in a fender bender about a year ago and wasn't covered by my insurance. I was on a student budget back then; I explain to the guys at Sako that I wanted my car to be safe, but I didn't have the money to fix esthetics problems. They were super understanding and helpful and managed to keep the repairs within my budget.

As a woman I had a lot of auto-repair places try to BS me about the damages to my car; as a mechanical engineer I had a pretty good idea what was wrong and could see right through them. The guys at Sako were straight with me and didn't try to tack on more work, at least as far as I could tell, and I really appreciated that. Since then I've graduated and got a job.

I went back there to fix the esthetics problem (replace my bumper and re-do the pain). Again, they were super nice and reasonable. And my car looks great! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I hope not to have any more dents or bumps to my car, although living in Mass it is somewhat unavoidable! I will always bring my car to Sako Auto Body when it is in need of repair. Sometimes being a Masshole surrounded by other Massholes on Boston roads comes with consequences - generally in the form of broken glass, leaking fluids and crushed metal. In the last five years I have both been a victim of and victimized a Masshole, and both times Sako took great care of me. The first time that I worked with Sako was back in 2008 when I decided that I possessed super powers and tried to drive my SUV straight through a station wagon, that day I learned that I was still a mortal and that airbags hurt. being my first collision I knew nothing about the process, the dealership where I purchased my Lexus referred me to Sako and so that is where I went. Sako worked directly with my insurance company to get the damage assessed and over the month that it took to fix the car kept in good contact with me regarding when to expect it back.

While it did take a little longer than the initially quoted 3 weeks to fix, around 5 weeks by the end of it, they did find more damage once they tore the car down and had to order additional parts. Through the whole process Sako made sure that I knew exactly what was going on. When I got the car back it looked as good as the day I bought it, the paint was perfectly matched, the body panels lined up nicely and everything worked as it was expected to.

This past September I was victimized by another Masshole and sustained damage to the passenger side of my new car, having worked with Sako and being pleased with their work the first time around I didn't even have to question where I would be taking my new Lexus. While damages were not as extensive as they were in the first collision Sako did a fantastic job.

As was the case before, Jack kept me in the loop regarding the status of my repairs and when to expect the vehicle back. When I picked up the car it looked fantastic, the paintwork is impeccable and the car looks great. Sako takes great care of their customers and does fantastic work - I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their Lexus repaired.
