Our Collision Consultants will greet you upon your first visit and get to know you, your vehicle, and your needs up front. They will answer your questions, and provide you with an accurate estimate on the spot.
In many cases we offer Direct Repair Procedures (DRP)-meaning we are a "preferred provider" simlar to a PPO physician. We pride ourselves on understanding the different procedures each insurance company uses to process its claims. S&W Expert Collision Repair knows that customers want prompt, efficient service.
S&W Expert Collision Repair is a high volume collision repair facility that is seeking a COLLISION REPAIR TECHNICIAN to add to our team. S&W Expert Collision Repair offers a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support for its team members. We are seeking candidates that have a high level of integrity that can align with our core values and commit to our mission statement.
Repair times may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Generally, a repair estimate is written and parts are ordered before your vehicle arrives at the shop. If an insurance company is involved, the company must accept liability before S&W will start repairs. At the time of drop-off, repairs begin on vehicles with insurance clearance and parts available.

Excellent workmanship and very fast service given the supply chain issues at the time of this review. Minus one star for the truly obnoxious broad at the reception desk. She was barely tolerant of me and overtly condescending to multiple black patrons during my two visits. False politeness in a 'sing-song' voice is easily recognized as passive aggression. Sickening.

I've dealt with them twice they seem reputable very busy maybe even a little small for the amount of traffic they see I can't really judge the quality of their work though because both cars I had go in there got totaled so I've never seen their repairs but on this last one I left some things in the vehicle that were left outside by the fence line and got rained on I'm not sure how I feel about that considering it needed to be returned in cracked up water logged boxes with dirt and sand all over them.
All the people seemed nice enough on the phone and in person very respectful and knowledgeable even offering advice on dealing with insurance. Id really like to rate 3.5 but google doesn't do half stars

Unfortunately they had my vehicle for a week and we got no where with it. The customer service/communication skills from Steve the manager needs improvement. Waited for a call back for a couple of days and didn't receive it until my claims adjuster called them directly. This caused 1 week of my car rental coverage to be used with no repairs made to my vehicle. We DO NOT recommend S & W.

S&W Collision is amazing! They did a wonderful job on my aluminum F-150. They even found damage that we didn't see & went overboard to correct it before I picked it up. Kudos to Chris & the S & W team that took care of everything and followed up completely. If your vehicle needs repair, they return it to you looking New!

Had a wonderful experience here! The girls are the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I was helped immediately by Kevin, and Israel did an incredible job on my headlights! Now they shine super brightly. Just fantastic customer service. I will be coming here for all my vehicle needs from now on.
