I went to Rytek after i couldn't believe what the dealer was quoting me for repairs. I had an awesome experience with Rytek Auto. They diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs in a prompt and courteous manner. Affordable and professional. Even told me I didn't need a repair that the dealer tried to gouge me for $1,700 for. Joe was very honest, upfront, and helpful.

They were very professional and quick. They also let me know of other minor issues going on and made some recommendations but didn't pressure me to address them at the moment. They were very friendly and the place has a calm atmosphere. Also they were very transparent with costs and let me know what things would cost and they were affordable for me.

The RYTEK team is friendly, professional, highly skilled, affordable, and incredibly honest. My family has been using them since they first opened up shop and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If they say that your car needs a certain part/repair, you can trust that it needs to be done. If it's something that can probably wait another 3,000 miles, they will tell you and let you make the decision.

Excellent experience. Jim was very friendly and informative, and wore his mask whenever he was nearby. I took my car in for an inspection, and mentioned another maintenance concern which the dealer had charged over $1000 to fix on one side. They put it up on the lift and showed me exactly what was going on, and later quoted a bit over $400 to finish the job. I expect to return to Rytek in the future.

Over charged for new brakes and conned into needing a new battery. Other family members have had the same experience. Don't do it!

Have been bringing all my vehicles there for over 10 years. They have helped me and my whole family more than once to get our cars fixed quickly and back on the road. The are honest with what does and does not need to be done, fair and most importantly super friendly. Have recommended them multiple times to family and friends.

Always great service, dependable, and friendly. They monitor all areas of your car's performance, but never push you to "get it done immediately". Like that aspect of their business. Other auto repair shops I have been to tell you that you need to " get this done ASAP" and you wind up paying for a lot of "extra work" when all you needed was an oil change. Highly recommend them.

The Rytek team explains and prioritizes what needs to be done so I can make the best decisions. You can make appointments via email and they have reminder texts. Coupons for routine work come often as well. So thankful for a great mechanic that has such integrity!

I recently relocated to Rochester and I searched for a good auto repair shop that was run like the one I patronized for years back in Pittsburgh. I got a recommendation for Rytek and now a year later, I'm please to write an honest review attesting to their quality workmanship and honestly. Each time I've had my car there for routine maintenance and unexpected repairs, I've been treated kindly and professionally.

These folks will do you and your vehicle the right way, every time with no fear of being ripped off or lied to as is common at some of the better known chain shops. We had excellent service at Rytek. Our car was overheating and Rytek fit us in day of, immediately offered a complimentary loaner vehicle to get us to work. The car drives like it is brand new! I'm so grateful for an auto repair place we can trust.

The people are very friendly and so helpful! They are very honest with you about everything up front. They are extremely reasonable, only charged me $22 to put all my snow tires on and Munro muffler wanted to charge me $80 to do the same job. They are quick, efficient, and do great work. 10/10 would recommend taking your business here!

I had a coupon for an oil change and made it clear that was all I wanted, owner came out from the back multiple times to try to sell me more items. Even bringing me in the back to show me how "bad" under the car was. I felt so much pressure to by unnecessary items. I have a honest mechanic in Greece (who never felt the items Rytek tried to sell me was necessary) but I wanted one closer to home, and was disappointment when I found out it would not be this place. I won't be going back.
