Rick Broussard and Richard(and their crew) did a fantastic job. We have an old truck and needed the A/C repaired. They ordered parts that day and called said parts were in. Our vehicle was repaired the next day. They always work with you. Only 2 days without A/C and we are on the road again! Service: A/C installation & repair

On May 10th, my engine warning light came on. I took my 2013 Cadillac CTS4 to a O'Reilly's Auto Parts and they did a free diagnosis showing it was an evap purge valve (code p0496) and I needed to replace my Vapor Canister Purge Valve. I made the mistake of calling RPM Autoworx based on a recommendation from the guy at O'Reilly's.

The diagnostics took three minutes. When I called RPM they advised me that they were busy today (May 10) but if I could bring it in early on Thursday (May 12) they could get it fixed. I even told them the diagnostic code and what was wrong with it. I dropped my car off at 830 am on 5/12, and was told to wait for a call to confirm the needed repair and the estimate.

No call that day, and no call on Friday. I called Friday afternoon and was told they hadn't looked at my car yet. I called Monday afternoon and asked what the estimate was and was told that they didn't have an estimate, Richard said "estimates stack up here and take a while", I reminded Richard my car had been there since Thursday and Richard said he'd call me back in 30 minutes. That's the only call I ever received from that shop, when he called Richard told me it would be $216.00 parts and labor and it would be ready Thursday.

I called Thursday afternoon and they were 'waiting for the part' and it 'would arrive Friday am and my car would be ready that afternoon'. I told Richard I had to work and that I'd pick it up at 8 am Monday May 23rd. I arrived at 8 am Monday, as promised, and my car HAD NOT BEEN FIXED YET. I said I'd wait as I'd been dropped off and Richard promised it would take under an hour.

I started my stopwatch when the mechanic pulled my car out of its spot 3 minutes later and stopped the timer when he pulled my car around front NINE MINUTES LATER. It was complete and I was charged $70.00 for the part (online the part goes for $23.00-$53.00 dependent upon source) and $125 for labor. I'm assuming that's 1 hour labor charge at $125/hour for a 9 minute repair.

I was given my keys and charged $216.00 for the repair, no apology, no offer of a discount because they'd had my car so long (12 days) and been so unreliable regarding contact and customer service. Richard was well aware of my frustrations so it was a denial of relief, not a lack of knowledge they'd screwed up. The owner wasn't in or I'd have talked to him about the whole process and lack of communication from his staff. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE UNLIMITED TIME AND PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH THEIR POOR COMMUNICATION AND LACK OF TIMELY REPAIRS! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

I had my tires rotated and my oil changed today at RPM Autoworx. The team had in and in under an hour. The thing is when you are at RPM, you don't really care about the wait. They have the NICEST waiting room I've ever been in! Also, Rick (Owner) and Richard (front desk) both retired from where I work. Both guys are great guys and your vehicle is in excellent care with these two.

Rick and his crew are amazing! My husband had my car last weekend when it starting acting up. Check engine light was coming on and he could feel a shudder. Called Rick and he got us in and out! These guys are top notch. I've had issues for years with my 1986 mustang, these guys solved all my issues with ample communication and always beyond fair pricing. I cannot possibly say enough. Sean has been the tech providing service to my vehicles for the last year+. He's incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Beyond this he exemplifies professionalism and is sure to address all issues as if it were his own vehicle. I suggest these guys to anyone who will listen! Can't ask for anything more from a shop!

Best auto repair in town I'll call first thing in the morning we have a check engine light and my car was running terrible they were able to take my car and find the problem and fix it and while I was there were able to install my lights and put my new wheels on I will always use them for now on. My tires, wheels and lug nuts were drop shipped from a third party. There were several arrival dates which caused rescheduling several times. Rick was always flexible. When all thing the next products arrived, Rick was pleased t schedule the instillation for first thing the next morning. I arrived the next morning and one hour later every thing was completed. Rick's staff was courteous and competent. It was a pleasure doing business with RPM Autoworx. I will use the for additional services.

I have always taken my car to the local Lexus dealership. When I received a "suggested maintenance" quote of $2000 after just going for an oil change I decided it was time to look elsewhere for service since my warranty was up. RPM was honest about necessary work and was less expensive on suggested maintenance with the same quality parts. I'm sold. Shop local!

Dropped my car off on Sunday (23 Oct 21) because of a knocking noise. I received a phone call saying that the lower ball joints and sway bar link needs to be replaced, parts was ordered and then put on the car. I picked my car up on Wednesday (28 Oct 21) drove the car home.to find out that my car is still making that same knocking noise. I called back the same day and I was told to bring my car back and a mechanic will ride with me to see if he here's that knocking noise.

More to follow. Update: Yeah. I got my car back and she's running smoothly now. No more knocking noise! Thank you Rick for insuring me that you and your mechanics will get to the bottom of what was making that noise and you did! Rick, you're the best! Keep up the good work! Thanks again!

Rick and his team took care of me and my car once again. They honored their 2 year warranty and replaced my radiator fan and got my car back to me within a day. Mr. Rick was kind and up front that he had a wait for service! Unfortunately, I was unable to have my car repaired at his facility! I was quoted a price for what he felt needed to be done but had to wait about two weeks and used rude share to get to work, which took all funds I had! I was informed his work is good but unable to find out. I had to pick my car up and take a cheaper route! All in all, he and his staff seem to be sincere with trying to help!

The first time I took my car in they did a fantastic job it was prepared and returned to me within 2 days, but I was only planning on giving them a three score on Google but I decided to talk to Rick first and see if I can get some issues resolved. And resolve them he did on the second trip that I took my car in for regular maintenance at $160,000 MI. Rick explained to me at the time that they were short-handed, but they will get to my car as soon as possible.

I was okay with that. I let him do what they did because I am looking for a shop and I will return back to them. They did a fantastic job within about a week I have my car is running great thank you guys for the great work.

I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready right after lunch at 1:30pm. Location: It is located right off of 17 on Chatham Parkway going toward 16 on the right hand side. In between a KFC (CHICKEN!) and a Midwife Birth Center. There isn't much parking at all so you will end up having to park in the Birthing center lot (which I felt a little bad about, but I wasn't there long). Shop: The front Shop/office area was dimly light and clean and the A/C was a plus with the summer heat we have been having.

There is a display of awards off to the side, with some comfy seating and restrooms toward the back. And windows along the back wall looking into the garage. Which was empty at the time other then a oldies car. Customer Service: I didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes before I was greeted by Rick who I could hear was on a phone call in the office.

We exchanged greetings. He walked out with me to see my car and check my old tires to see if I needed to also have a alignment done. Which lucky for me I didn't need! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and at no point made me feel like he was pressuring me into getting more then I was comfortable with. I decided to use RPM because I had heard good reviews from previous clients and I wanted to know that I was leaving my car baby in good hands.

I didn't need anything crazy done this visit. Just needed to have my old tires removed and the new ones added with a balancing. Overall: I'm very happy with the service I received and I will be using them again in the future even if it's just a oil change.

It's been about 6 years since my first review of RPM. Just moved back into the area and. Nothing has changed. Rick and the desk staff are upfront, friendly and honest, Nate is still there doing what he does best, and the new guy (forget his name. Always has a pen light clipped to his hat) is just like all the other employees. Beyond upstanding.

New guy did some suspension work and replaced an engine mount in my Volvo, and took me out to the shop floor twice to explain the issue, and how they'd fix it. Price for repairs came in considerably less than what I had expected. The waiting area is the same. Spotless, comfortable, and with free coffee and drinks. Casual banter with Rick and his awesome service writer are free too! :)

My family and I have used RPM for years. I'm an aircraft mechanic but had surgery so I needed some help with a few things on my F150. I also use them for all our alignments as they absolutely understand vehicles with modified suspensions and get the alignments spot on every time. Always polite, always accommodating, and nice shop and waiting area.

I bought my tires elsewhere because that tire shop owed me due to issues I've had with them, but I pay to have rotate and balance done at RPM because I know it's done right the first time. to top it off, this is a locally owned business and that makes a huge difference to me and my family. Great job team! Thanks for all the support!

Had my Audi taken here a few months ago to get it fixed before I moved. From the research I did it was the torque converter to which they immediately said that was the issue with the car when I told them that's what I thought it was. First they said to change the tranny fluid which said could fix it. Nope, 400$ down the drain. They then replaced the torque converter and after a week it started to do the same thing. Took it back to them said they couldn't handle the problem and to go to a transmission specialist. Took it to one and they said no way it was the torque converter and that RPM ripped me off.

Keep in mind this job cost 2200$! I had it looked at by a local Audi guy from a facebook page and he said it was the intake motor flap. He had a spare one laying around. Swapped it out and car was fine. Bottom line: do not take it to this terrible shop. Can not be trusted. Just like the other guy who had the Audi with the crack in the windshield. The owner is going through a divorce he told me so my guess he is trying to rip off as many people as he can to help pay for that. It's unfortunate, but to rip off customers isn't right.

I also keep gettting their terrible emails which you can't unsubscribe from. Also, their points program is a joke. When I had all that work done they never put the points on the card and even after I brought it up they still never did. Just my two cents. Do not take your car here!

I'd had RMP work on my Audi a few times. The last time it was taking back in for an overnight stay with RMP, I picked the car up a it had a cracked windshield, which it didn't have when it was dropped off. I informed staff and was told the Owner, Rick, would get in touch with me. That took two weeks to speak with him who denied any wrong doing but offered to split the cost of the replacement with me. Rick said he would get a price on the windshield but that never happened in waiting three more weeks on him. Finally, I called my self and had it replaced the next business day that I called.

I sent Rick a copy of the bill three weeks ago and he's never paid it, called or emailed. Really terrible experience. Not doing what they said, not making phones calls or keeping their word and not owing up to damage they caused to a customer's car while in their possession. Can't trust them.

In Savannah from Virginia and ended up getting a pretty nasty chunk of metal in my brand new truck tire. RPM was the closest to my location and I was highly impressed with the customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door. The guys were the epitome of southern charm and this will be the only place I bring my vehicle anytime I'm in the area. Keep up the awesome work RPM!

Super upset at this facility, Was referred to this company by a Fleet company and what a mistake this was. This place charges a $60.00 Diagnosis FEE and does not know how to diagnose at all. Poor Response: Took the vehicle in for Uneven wear on the front tires of my 2008 Dodge Ram and for a shaking coming from the front end. There Solution. 1. You need NEW SHOCKS. $435.00 later Problem still exists. Took it back 5 minutes later and Head Mechanic ( Nate checks it and says I need a new Wheel Hub Bearing Assembly ). 2.

New Wheel Hub Assembly installed $420.00 later Problem still Exists. Head Mechanic ( Nate Checks it and determines I need NEW TIRES Estimated cost $185.00 Each. Frustrated with how they just throw parts at it instead of actually DIAGNOSING IT I leave. Got to Harrison's in Richmond Hill explain to them everything that has just happened and They state We appreciate everything you just told us but lest us do a FREE DIAGNOSES on our own and we will tell you what is wrong.

After 15 minutes they take me into there bay and SHOW me that my front wheels would not turn and that my calibers were NOT RETRACTING and that the heat was so intense it warped the Rotors. I Told them how much and what all do I need. 2 new Rotors 2 New Calibers and all fluids Replacement for the breaks total cost?! $518.00 Great HONEST PEOPLE who do a FREE DIAGNOSES needless to say my buddy that referred me to RPM says they are not going to use them anymore and that they don't need guessing games on there Fleet! RPM you really should be ashamed of your self. All I asked for back was the $60.00 Diagnoses Fee Simply Because you made me Spend money on Shocks and a Wheel Bearing Hub that was not Needed. Shame on you.

Excellent service. Dropped my car overnight and Kyle called me with information the next morning. Then they picked me up when the car was done. In and out in a day. I even gave them an open door to add more expensive (but unneeded) services, and they recommended against it. I've never had an auto shop refuse the opportunity to add more services, needed or not! This review is for the waters location.

I live in the DFW area of Texas and my son goes to SCAD. Being a dad so far away, it is hard (aka worrisome) when you kid has car trouble. I called RPM because of the reviews. What else did I have to go on? Well, "Pleased" is too minor of a word to use for my experience with RPM. Kile (I cheated and saw your name spelled that way) was beyond FANTASTIC with me AND my son.

He was totally understanding of my situation as well as my panic. He provided pictures via email for me to understand the problem(s) with my son's car and then, talked me through the problems and ranked each one to their severity. Yeah, RPM may do this for all of their customers but, I didn't expect to get this quality, professional customer service like I did. Outstanding! Outstanding! And, the work was done AHEAD of schedule.

Go figure! Kile, I know I told you "THANKS" on the phone (several times) but, THANKS for calming the nerves of an anxious dad. Thanks for treating my son (the one with the overgrown head of hair) so well. He will be in Savannah for the next few years and he WILL come back to RPM when the need arises. When I visit lovely Savannah again, I would love to come by and shake your hand. You've earned my respect!

These guys helped me after I bought a used car from a relative. They knocked out a bunch of small issues and some large ones (no horn sound and noises coming from the axle) I went away on a 3 day trip and the car was ready to be picked up less than 2 days into my trip! I just moved to Savannah and have had some reoccuring issues with my car. I looked online and saw RPM autoworx had outstanding reviews on other websites and decided to give them a shot. I explained my issues and they took care of my issue. They had good recommendations and I called my family mechanic to cross-reference their prices and they said they agreed with their diagnosis and prices.

All in all I ended up spending a good bit of money but they fixed my car and explained to me exactly what the issue was and got me set up with their rewards program. I felt professionally cared for and would recommend this to anyone who wants hassle free help who is willing to pay to get it done right.
