Royal Automotive is the only place I take my jeep. Steve has been taking care of my vehicle and my family's vehicle. Honest and not over priced.

Steve has taken care of all my vehicles for more than a dozen years and gets to know his customers. He tells you exactly what's going on and gives you choices whenever possible. He regularly goes the extra mile to make sure he provides extra service and backs up his work!

Even though Steve is very very rude and wouldn't let me talk, however he talked over me the entire time, on more than one occasion, I am aware that he is a hard working business man and is trying his best. He could improve on his tendency to yell, but I think he has a great, local small company!

Had a fuel pump replaced. They had it done the same day I took it in and a great warranty.

I don't trust anyone but Steve and his crew. I have an older van and Steve has always been intentional about explaining what a problem may be and gives a fair estimate when I need one after a problem is identified. As a single women I don't worry about being ripped off. A friend of mine referred me here because they have always taken care of my friends vehicles.

We have taken our numerous cars to Steve and his crew for a long while now, as have our friends who referred us to him. They provide excellent service, explain the things that are wrong and help put your priority fixes in order. He always provides me with a quote and has never tried to charge more. We don't have new cars, so having a good mechanic is a huge blessing for our family. We wouldn't trust anyone else. We have been screwed by bad mechanics too many times who try to sell you everything you don't need. This won't happen at Royal!
