They go out of their way to give good service and have helped me many times with good advice. Rich and Jim are two of the hardest working people I know. I have been going there for 40 years and they are always looking out for my best interests. I trust them and there opinions and I have never been disappointed. They deliver excellent quality at a fair and reasonable price. When I go there, I am confident that I will receive an excellent end result from a small business that has high integrity. They are simply the best!

First time visitor. I stopped in because front turn signal light was out and hard to get at so Rich said let me take a look. He took the car in the shop and pulled it back around in 10 minutes fixed! The charge was $5.00 for the bulb and I asked him if I could pay him for his time or buy him a coffee and he said absolutely not! Good old fashioned customer service! Also, I was visiting with a gentleman that was also there and he said he had been taking his cars to Rouse's for 30 years! Tough to find that kind of customer loyalty today but after meeting Rich today I can understand why!

Rich quoted me a good price on the phone. The install didn't goes as planned (not his fault, and it happens sometimes). Rich ended up taking a lot more time than he quoted, but he still changed me the same price! Will use them again in a heart beat.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Rouse's Auto Repair. I called in for a quote to install a hitch on my Honda Civic. I was given a quote, told that all the items are in stock. We scheduled a day for me to drop off the car early in the morning (7:00 am). 1. Although the door was open, there was no-one at the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby before anyone talked to me. 2.

The person who talked to me over the phone earlier gave me a quote for an incorrect car model. He thought I was calling about a Honda CRV. 3. They did not have a hitch for Civic in stock, so they asked me to reschedule and asked to expect a call back with a new quote. I never received a follow-up call from them. 4. When I was leaving, I found that my car, which was parked in their lot, was boxed in by one of their employees.

I had to wait another 10 minutes or so just to be able to leave. One positive aspect of this encounter was that the person I talked to at the front desk was eager to discuss the structural differences between the 2" and 1.25" hitches. He seemed passionate and knowledgeable about the tech, but clearly lacking in organization skills.
