The building is clean and thoughtfully decorated, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their work was fast and precise! I really enjoyed my experience with Rotundas and I'm glad they're right around the corner! Hopefully it's a long time before I need any major body work but when I do need it I know who I'll call.

I brought my car there after reading all the wonderful reviews. I was on the interstate when I rounded a corner, just as a deer jumped the guardrail. The front bumper on drivers side was badly damaged. Rotundas worked endlessly with my insurance and kept in constant communication with me from start to finish. You would never know my car ever sustained any damage.

They are polite, helpful, attentive and very professional. Although I hope I don't have to use their services again, if I ever need my vehicle repaired again they will be the first ones I call. I cannot say enough good things about them! You won't regret using this amazing local and family owned business I promise you!

Bad the person who give estimates Chris horrible I don't know what his issue was came up wit all type of nonsense problems n was unwilling to work on his quote wit the insurance was rude n disrespectful blamed everything on insurance but when I went bmw n they referred me to one of there shops I had no problem smooth as melted butter it must be a if ur white ur right places im good never will think of going there again or ever referrer someone to them if they black cause I don't know what the problem was

I recently had some work done on my vehicle ( damage from hitting a deer!). Rotunda''s did a great job! The front end looks like new! I am so impressed that they were able to get the work done promptly and in the time promised, in spite of the virus challenges. They even arranged for a rental and it was waiting at the shop when I dropped off my car.

Everything was handled in accordance with virus protocols, so no worries there! A nice extra surprise was the gift card to a local restaurant that they gave me from their drawing. What a nice way to support other local businesses. Top marks all around!

We just received BOTH of our vehicles back from Rotunda's as they were in need of repair. Our experience was outstanding! From the onset they were helpful and efficient in working with insurance and car rental companies. The work they did on our vehicles was top notch and our vehicles were returned to us sparkling clean. This is a very reliable outfit if you are looking to have body work done. Fantastic folks doing fantastic work. Highly recommended.

These folks do quality work, as noted in the before and after pics of my vehicle posted along with this review. They were excellent working with my insurance company for additional costs, and thorough. I can't tell it was ever damaged. Why 3 stars you ask? Their staff when dealing with them in person were less than friendly. Whenever I showed up to check on the status of my vehicle it seemed like they were annoyed with me for having to go and check on it. Today, when I arrived to pick it up my transaction declined because it was over my daily spending limit for my debit card so I needed to call my credit union and sit in their lobby for a bit while my credit union made adjustments to my spending limit to authorize the charge. Again, staff seemed annoyed by my presence and my trying to make small conversation to pass the time. So, 5 stars for their technicians, 1 star for thier counter staff equals 6, divided by 2 is 3.
