I really appreciate this service center. They have been continuously reliable for decades. They have provided my family with trustworthy and timely help for a while now; this is where my grandparents took their cars & now that I live in the area they are my go-to. What they charge is exactly on the spot; parts aren't overpriced and labor is perfectly reasonable (especially on an Mazda! Just changing a headlight is a chore, much less replacing a water pump & tensioner belt!). Thanks for the wonderful service!

Reliable and trustworthy team! You can be assured that you will receive the best price and an honest opinion here. Recently we came in for what we thought was an auto issue and after a thorough inspection, Carl told us there's simply nothing out of the ordinary and the unusual sound was just due to the age of the car and should resolve itself after continuous use.

Not only was Carl right but he didn't charge us for the inspection / diagnostic exam either! This would've never happened elsewhere and we would've likely been charged an exorbitant amount to "fix" a non-existent problem.

Always a good experience, friendly employees and great service. Randy has been the friendly face we've gotten to know and trust over the years for oil changes and emission testing as well as other car care services for reasonable prices!

Carl and Robert were very professional and thorough with their work. Overall, they did a good job on my car.

I had to get my brakes fixed. They told me originally they were good, but after going back over they figured out the issue. They also looked at my tire and said they didn't see a nail. Took it to Walmart and I paid 15 bucks to fox the tire, there was a nail. I've always lived this auto center, but they fell behind this time.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Roswell Auto Center for about 20 years. They are always honest and transparent and their prices are reasonable, certainly better than taking your car back to the dealer for service and repairs. Take it to Randall in the front for oil changes, emissions inspection, battery testing/replacement. Take it to Robert and Karl in the back for bigger repairs. Overall, a great place to do business with.

Great price for the work done. Other shops quoted labor for each individual repair, however the belt needed removal for water pump replacement, so the the repairs could be combined and much less labor than other shops quoted.

Top-notch service! Very knowledgeable staff. Even gave me a follow up call! Awesome to find a business that still cares after the sale.

I've been bringing my cars to Roswell Auto Center for years. I recently used them for break replacement for my land rover. They finished ahead of time and budget. Excellent service. Great and trustworthy people who recommend the right repairs and service on your car, and do a thorough job on it.

They could have sold me the kitchen sink, but they didn't! In fact, it was quite the opposite. Here is my experience: I recently bought a Suburban with about a billion miles. The check engine light was on when I bought it giving me codes indicating that the air/fuel mixture is running lean. I changed various sensors myself hoping it would fix the problem, but had a strong suspicion it was the fuel pump.

After nothing I could do myself worked I took it in and spoke with Carl. Carl is very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Him and his team provided prompt service testing and confirming my fuel pump is bad. They replaced it quickly, setting realistic time expectations, and sticking to it.

I also asked them to look at some other areas of my truck, which they did, and said things are in tip top shape. That was the point at which he could have told me xyz needs replacing, but he didn't. Instead, Carl proceeded to explain little things I can do myself to prolong the life of my vehicle. It's never fun dishing out hundreds of dollars to fix a vehicle, but the team here made the experience very pleasant.

On top of that there was a very clear sense of honestly which is extremely rare these days, especially at almost any dealership. Thank you Roswell Auto Center, I will be back!

The gentlemen at Roswell saved me from getting stuck on a long holiday weekend. I can't say enough about how great they were to me. I was over heating and crippled into their shop around noon, Saturday of the 4th of July weekend - 600 miles from home. Instead of packing up and heading home to be with their families, they stayed behind and made sure I was safe and could at least return home to my personal mechanic. "I have been stuck before and know how it feels" he said, while refusing any type of payment. THANKS Carl & Robert!

Shout out to Roswell Auto for their honesty. My family (parents and now my husband and I) have been going to them since 1994 and we just love them. My husband brought his car in the other day and when they found the problem they opted to tell us where to get it fixed for free (there's a recall on the part) instead of fixing it themselves and charging us $400. If you ever need car service and live in the area, please consider using them.

Roswell Auto NEVER fails to provide superb Customer Service. I've had several family vehicles repaired by them, paying under the cost if original quote. Today I stopped in at 2:00 for an oil change, amazing service & always the best price. Carl is the owner, Randall runs the oil change & emissions department. Great personalities, family owned business & the ONLY mechanic I will ever use. I drive a Mercedes & I'm very particular about how my car is maintained. Roswell Auto is top notch in every way!
