They resurrected my 2000 Toyota Celica. It's been 2 weeks and her new owner reports that she's still running great. Had new battery and battery cables replaced. Prior to that had catalytic converter and a coil replaced, plus oil change. They even gave the car a wash. Because she had been sitting for awhile under a tree prior to bringing her in and was covered in pollen. Thank y'all for the great work provided!

I had to return to Ron's after my engine repair because my a/C wasn't working. It was fine prior to them fixing my engine. well oddly it turned out that the condenser had a leak. Odd.worked fine before well it's another $900+ to fix that. I asked for a discount since I had just given them $7000+ For the engine NOPE Wow not even 10% nope. not impressed and not their problem.

This is the BEST auto repair place I've ever been! Friendly, professional, worked with my goofy schedule, dropped me off and picked me up, explained what was happening and kept me up to date. The price was very fair. And, best of all, the issues are repaired with a guarantee! I will definitely be back! Stepping into the facility was a great first impression, All was clean and tidy with an attentive, professional and personable crew behind the counter. I left my 92 Ford Ranger in their hands for two consecutive visits (failed valve cover gasket, power steering pump, fuel pressure regulator, radiator hoses). Communication was timely as the techs discovered items needing attention.
Very pleased with the entire experience.my ol' Ranger feels like a new truck! Immediately following, my 2000 Ford Windstar needed work (blown head gasket and steering rack / pinion). I will be highly recommending Ron's Automotive!

I brought my car into Ron's Auto for a power steering pump fix and the next day it ran a thousand times worse than before the original issue. Unfortunately my car was at Ron's Auto for four days and they could not figure out what was going on. I understand if they don't have the equipment they need for a Volvo, but would have been much more appreciative if they would have told me that at the start as I have a timeline, which I told them about. Please take your business elsewhere.

A few years ago I brought my son's Volvo in to get checked and they gave me an honest opinion about the vehicle. As a result I didn't throw a bunch of money into a vehicle that wasn't worth the repair. Today they went above and beyond by checking on an urgent issue for a newly purchased vehicle. They were slammed but still took the few minutes to ease my mind. A big thank you to the team at Ron's.

Dropped car off on a Thursday. Checked in Friday around 4 to see if it was ready. It wasn't. They ordered parts on Thursday and they didn't get delivered until mid-day Friday. So new pick-up time sometime Monday. Hadn't heard from them by 4:00 Monday so called. Car still not done. Apologies for delay. Car done on Tuesday. Work was as expected. Better communication would have earned more stars. Overall a decent experience.

This place has some of the nicest people I've seen in the auto repair industry. They are honest with you about your vehicle and offer a fair price. They make sure you leave happy and they guarantee their work. They even do a complete inspection of the vehicle and keep you up to date on the status of repairs. Highly recommend if you need any work done on your vehicles.
