Rolando's Car Care

I ended up with a long list of repairs needing to be done by a different service station totalling more than the car was worth, and brought my 16 y/o toyota to Rolando's on recommendation from co-workers. Not only did the cut the original quote in half, but found other items that would have been costly down the road. Repairs are done quickly with care for your schedule and done well.

As things go with old cars, after the scheduled repairs were done more things started to fail. They've been taking good care of me and my poor exhaust system. Incredibly grateful to these folks.

I went here a couple of days ago for the first time and it was a great experience! The employees are very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back should the need arise!

I brought my Lexus in after hearing the brakes grind and noticing that I couldn't accelerate over 40 MPH. The owner was nice enough to meet me 30 minutes prior to opening, because I did have to go to work. I was constantly updated throughout the few days my car was in the shop, and they ended up catching things that needed to be repaired that would've ended up costing me several hundred, if not thousands of dollars down the line. Rachel was so wonderful to me, and had the BEST customer service skills, she understood my situation, and really helped me a lot. They did an amazing job fixing my car, and I will be returning and recommending them to friends/family. Thank you all so much!

Excellent job on my 2014 Chevy Sonic rear bumper worked with Steve Franklin spoke with him last week Wednesday got me a quote with in a couple hours dropped it off Sunday night they began work Monday and they were done by Tuesday afternoon. Fair price excellent work and a pleasure to work with and great communication! I highly recommend for any body work needs they even detailed the inside of my car and trunk as well!

Ronaldo's Car Care is top notch. I brought my Tesla Model 3 to replace 2 rims that were damaged. They were professional, friendly, on time and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

This is THE BEST experience I have ever had with a car care center. Upon leaving my garage, I discovered I had 2 FLAT as a pancake tires. Not only did Suburban towing respond in 10 minutes, they took me to Rolandos who then gave me lift home. They had to order my tires, within a couple of hours my car was ready. They picked me up, charged and extremely fair price. Rachel who works the front counter is a delight to deal with.

They were very busy and she spoke with respect, knowledge and humor to EVERYONE in the shop and on the phone. I recommend them to everyone! They helped what started out as a horrible day into one that had me smiling when I left. The owner and all employees were smiling and polite to everyone. It's been along time since I've been in a local business that truly does it right! You guys ROCK!

New to the area and needed an auto mechanic to diagnose a few problems. Rolando's took me as a walk in, they communicated every step of the way and were honest about all the concerns as well as what was a priority and what wasn't. Honest place and love doing business with them. They always try and fit our car in especially when we have issues with the car that only allow us to give short notices when bringing car in. Thanks for your honesty and glad to find a mechanic that is worth going to.

So here I am in Elk Grove. Stop at a Burger King for breakfast, get in my truck and it cranks BUT WONT START! So I do a google search and Rolando's comes up (had good reviews) so I call and tell them my problem. They tell me they will call a tow and it would be about a half hour.they were there in 10 minutes. Long story short, good work, good service, go there!

First time visit to Rolando's this past week. My Infiniti needed its steering gear assembly and outer tie-rods replaced. A GREAT experience. From scheduling an appointment to working with Rachel, R.J., and Anish, everyone was courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the work done, and also had an oil change completed. I used the coupon that had come with a mailer I had recently received, which drew me to the shop in the first place. No problems at all. And a courtesy lift from the shop back to my home was much appreciated. Highly recommended. My new "go-to" auto shop near me in Elk Grove Village.

My 2006 Toyota 4-runner 102, 000 miles decided not to start this morning. Rolando's is close to the house and came highly recommended. I got my truck jump started and off I went to Rolando's. I had called ahead of time and talked with Rachel.she was super informative and friendly. When I arrived, despite how busy the the shop was, she orchestrated speedy and efficient service.

A mechanic named Anish worked on my truck. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Luckily for me it was just the battery that needed to be replaced. I was literally in and out in 45 minutes and it didn't even break the bank. I was beyond impressed with Rolando's, from the first call to the shop and everything that followed.thank you so much for taking such good care of me and helping me out when I was in such a pinch!

A+++ service and Ronnie made the experience amazing. I would recommend this shop for auto body and any other mechanical service. They pride themselves as providing great service as an independent shop and they go above and beyond to get your car perfect in a time efficient manner.

This place was a breath of fresh air on a frustrating day. My brakes went out, I got there in the morning and they had fixed the whole thing by 2pm. And didn't brake the bank. Would definitely recommend and will be going back there in the future. Great customer service. Everything was explained in a timely manner and easy to understand.

Absolutely amazing customer service that I didn't think existed anymore. Very reasonable prices too. Ordered a set of tires from TireBuyer.com and they were delivered directly to this shop the very next day. I was able to schedule an appointment for the day after. The shop is close to my work so I dropped off my car at lunchtime and one of the guys drove me back to work.

I told them that I need the car ready by a certain time and they brought it back to me exactly as agreed! The job was done well and the added personal touch will definitely make me come back and recommend them to my friends. Thank you.

These folks are the very definition of honesty and forthrightness. I dropped my car with them for a check engine light, broken power door lock, and an estimate on new shocks, since the ride in my new-to-me used car seemed rough. The next day I received a quote by email for an evap control canister assembly and lock actuator; I figured they had forgotten about the suspension quote, and since it wasn't a priority, I didn't pursue it.

I called and authorized ordering parts, telling them "yes, let's do everything." When I went to pick the car up, I was told the struts were almost done. Wait - struts? We're doings struts today? Turns out I was sent an incomplete quote - when I said "do everything, " to them it meant an extra $1,000 of suspension work that I never saw a quote for and didn't authorize. When I showed RJ the quote I received and explained, he agreed it was their mistake and did not charge me for the additional work. These guys have integrity. Go see them.

Very nice staff - I've been here many times for oil changes, brakes and other issues. They're always willing to give me a ride to work while they have my car which is very helpful! The only issue I had were badly installed/warped rotors from them - I went back a few months later, they found the issue, admitted that they may have been improperly installed and replaced all parts free of charge.

It's so hard to find a trustworthy company that doesn't try to take advantage of their customers. Rolandos is far from those companies! Rolandos car care has definitely exceeded in their customer service, mechanics, knowledge and education of their employees! They treat their customers like family. This company should be recognized and considered the best of the best mechanic shops in the Chicagoland area! 5 star shop!

I got 2 flat tires at the same time on a Thursday @ 6pm, called a few places, they all were either closed or too busy to help me. I called Rolando's, and told them my problem and they said come right in. I've passed this place many times but never went in because it looks like it would be expensive. It's very clean inside and they are very honest and prices are extremely reasonable. The next time I need my vehicles serviced this is where I'm going. I like that it is family owned and operated. Support you local small businesses!

Rolando's is awesome! I needed my wheel to be looked at because I had a bent rim from a pothole. They took a look at it and confirmed that I had a bent wheel. I have wheel and tire insurance exactly for this reason. The process is sort of involved requiring me to contact insurance and have visual evidence as well as professional recommendation on estimated repairs. RJ helped me through the whole process providing the necessary pictures, quote, and sent an email to my insurance.

Once scheduled, the repair only took one day. I greatly appreciate Rolando's service considering the amount of legwork required by them with communications with my insurance. I am glad I found this shop and I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future service needs.
