Dirty work. Bring car in for one problem leave with ten more due to their lack of knowledge and attention. Sent my niece in to save myself time now I'm backtracking all their work and redoing everything myself. They have no sense of urgency for anything and will have you waiting all day for a task that should be done in an hour. If you want to get taken advantage of and waste your money this is the top place in town to do so.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This place has contracts with government entities. tax payer dollars going toward repairing mail trucks, police vehicles and I'm sure those invoices are inflated. Half of the reviews on here look fake and I want to tell my story here. Do not trust this place. The dirtiest schemiest place to come.

Literally took this place to get some gaskets changed, simple enough. Some power steering fluid leaking, not a real issue that was causing any concern but I wanted to address it eventually. There were sensors replaced 250 bucks racked up. Bring the car in a week later, have the car there all day to change the gasket assembly for the power steering. Weird, they asked me to bring it in the morning then I get it back when the shop closes at five.

They break a bolt and charge me for a new one, tell me it's fine to drive the car with a different sized bolt in until the one they ordered and charged me for comes in. Then I drive the car for less than 100 miles (two days later)and now I have a flashing check engine light. Never had that before, luckily I was close to home, 30 seconds away and was able to park the car.

I call the shop on the following Monday morning because this happened to me on a Friday evening and have no car all weekend. Cool, I like being stranded. It's fine because I just bought groceries that same day. The shop agrees to pick the car up because I explained to them that a flashing engine light means irreparable damage will happen if I drive with it.

They finally drive to pick up the bolt they ordered on Wednesday afternoon and swing by my place and tow my poor car back to the shop. Fast forward to the end of the day, they tell me the car has an ignition coil that needs replacing. Unrelated to my issue before, the are going to charge me $250 on top of the $90 for a new coil (you can get a coil at an auto parts store for $45) and the labor they are going to cut me a break on because of all the inconvenience.

If you have a Honda you would know how simple it is to replace a coil. Imagine replace the ink cartridge on your printer, you pop the old one out and drop the new one in. Thanks guys. Get that done and now I am $500 bucks in for the gasket replacement, $250 bucks on for the sensor replacement, $250 bucks for a tow, and 90 bucks for a ignition coil at double the retail price.

But remember, the two minute replacement, on the house. Wait it gets better. I am driving the car a few days later( next Friday now). On the highway and my check engine light back on. I call the shop tell them I'm bringing it back in. The shop says okay and hangs up. Reade, was the main point of contact, was nice enough when I would get upset and that's when he seemed to perk up and show some urgency. Calls me back and tells me that these issues can't be related, it's all a freak coincidence and that shit happens.

But that maybe it's a spark plug. So I end up deciding. Let me just bring it to an AutoZone or O'Reilley's have them tell me what the error code is. I figure out the error code is for valve pause system stuck off. P3497 error code. So now I'm looking at replacing my front cylinder head oil pressure switch and vetec solenoid assembly replacement.

Those are my trouble shooting options. I get an oil change my lights of and come back, I figure out it's not the switch, so it must be that the vetec solenoid assembly is all dirtied up with particulate from when the shop got to replacing my gaskets for the power steering. All my issues that have arrisen are directly correlated with this shop being careless and dirty when working on my car.

They won't take responsibility and seem to either not know that it is all interconnected because they lack the experience or they just don't care. I have pasted a URL about someone who went through the same exact issues that were interconnected from replacing his gaskets. You be the judge, doesn't take a lot to figure out when someone took advantage of you and doesn't take responsibility for their recklessness. https://www.justanswer.com/honda/gj4iq-2010-honda-accord-crosstour-v6-p3497-first-leaking.html Running total:$1,000+ Car in worse condition than when I brought it in. Do yourself a favor and consumer beware.

Worst outcome I've ever had at an auto repair shop. Damage done to my car due to improper work done by their mechanics and worst part is I now have to pay another shop to fix all the damage they caused because I have zero trust in having any further work done at this shop. You can learn more by talking to the people at auto zone than you can dealing with these unqualified "professionals"

We are in an rv and hit a curb, tore off the muffler, and in quite a spot. These guys fit us in and fixed the issue plus another issue they saw! They are awesome! Without a doubt these people were kind, considerate, and did not take advantage of our situation. It makes you believe that there are still good, honest people in the world. THANK YOU! On a final note, they called a few days later to make sure everything was ok. Who does that anymore? God bless them!

I needed new tires. I bought them online & made an appt. I brought it in at my scheduled time of 8 am. And it was done and on my way at 9 am. Customer for life.

On a trip from Oklahoma, we suddenly had an issue with our brakes. Luckily our breakdown happened right at the intersection where Roger's is located. These people couldn't have been more kind. They got us right in and solved our problem in less than an hour.and brewed us a fresh pot of coffee to boot! They didn't charge us an arm and a leg either! Wow!

The people of Zion are very fortunate to have Roger Whitmore Automotive in their town! If you need a great mechanic, this is the place to go! Thank you, Roger's! You're the best!

Very rude and racist customer service towards minorities. Take advantage of people bu charging 300 bucks just to get your belongings. I'm on medicine that determines if I live and they didn't care it was in the car. No cash, no belongings

I recently bought out the lease on my Ford Explorer and I wanted to get setup with an established garage. I procrastinated making an appointment to get my oil changed. With only a few miles left before I needed a change, I called Rogers on Thursday and they had my Explorer in the next day. The service was excellent and the price was fair. They showed me a picture of the positive battery cable and how it was corroded.

They let me know that my battery was low, which my wife had suspected. They did not try and pressure me into replacing the battery, which I appreciated. I did have the battery cable cleaned and a new battery installed. All of this was done in less than 45 minutes. Rogers has a new customer.

The most unhelpful, money hungry towing service I've used! This company works directly with Zion PD, they take cars that have been stolen or wrecked here. My car was stolen over the weekend and unfortunately ended up here. The police told me my vehicle had been crashed. Once I got to the towing company I asked to see my car to determine the damage.

They wanted to charge me $250 this is separate from the $590 charge they were charging for the 2 day stay, just to look at my own car, I also use this car to work. I had very expensive equipment in the car, they wouldn't even let me grab my belongings without paying $259 just to LOOK at the car. Very unfortunate to know there is people who want to take advantage of every situation. Even after my car was stolen I still had to pay just to look at my car. If you are a minority beware of the rude and Racist service.

The team at Roger's is phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about them. They are happy to go the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using them for the foreseeable future for our vehicles. Service: Oil change

I have mastered the art of the review and I use them wisely. Unfortunately I had to use Rogers twice this year. First when I swerved to avoid hitting 3 deer on Russell Road in my 2013 BMW X3. That car was totaled and dealing with their professionals was exactly that, they were very honest and professional. The second time I ordered a new Goodyear Run-flat tire for my brand used 2016 BMW X3. Northwest Auto where I had always used in the past when ordering through Tire Rack did not have the capability to do Run-Flats so I went with Roger's.

They were very congenial and the technician brought it to my attention that the rim was bent. I will definitely use their services in the future and refer others to their quality establishment.

Great asset to the area. Very reasonable and great work. Alignment on my truck and tire mount on large tires/rims was spot on. They did great work! The owner is very engaged. Anyone complaining about tow prices, doesnt understand the amount of money it takes to operate that equipment!

Winter is coming. No.wait, winter is here. The cold, the ice, and the dangerous work commutes. I drove carefully to work after a winter storm this week, but still somehow a piece of metal got wedged into my tire. So after work, 30 miles from home I called Rogers for help putting on a spare tire. I suppose if it'd been more than zero degrees out and it wasn't night time, I might have attempted it.

But I'm a girl yo. So I was relieved to have them come out to remove my very flat tire and put on the spare. The business owner, who took my call, was careful to ask if I had a warm place to wait (I was at a gas station so yes), took my credit card information and sent out Mike to put on the spare. Mike was friendly and professional and efficient.

He had to work a bit to get the rusty tire off but was able to to get it done by whacking the rim a bit, like you do to a jelly jar lid when it's sealed on tight. Now that's my jam. He then put on the spare on-in a jiffy-and I was on my way. Really appreciate Mike and Roger's automotive and towing.

At first had a good experience. Until i got home and realized that they put a hole in my tire and scratched up the rim. And im sure since i have already left they will either blame me or say that it was already there even tho they are brand new 400$ tires not even a month old. Not to mention the ridiculous pricing of storage fees

We were driving north on 94 when we heard a rattling noise start under our car. We pulled off and found Roger's. They got our car in to look at in 10 mins and fixed a few loose screws immediately. We had a 2 year old with us and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. Thanks for helping us fast!

I went in for an alignment check figuring that I needed an alignment done on my SUV. I've used Roger's in the past with my previous car, Civic. I trust Roger's with my car. Feb.2018, I had an issue with my caliper failing on my 2012 Dodge Journey. It caused A LOT of break dust on my rim. As soon as I walked in for my appt, one of the guys noticed the break dust and asked me how long it was like that.

I told him the issue & situation. He said he'd see what they could do to clean that up. I am VERY pleased with how they took it upon themselves without me asking to see if they could do anything about it. Whatever they did was amazing as it looked SO much better than what it did when I brought it in for service. They truly care about their customers!

With a little elbow grease and some paper towels this morning I was able to clean it up even more and it's much closer to being back to normal thanks to whatever Rogers did to help clean it up.

Good work from some decent guys. I work for a property management company and just recently we stayed taking our vehicles to Rogers. Very friendly staff and helpful every time I've gone in and called on the phone. They are quiet quick with their work with everything usually getting done by the next day or day after of bringing it in.

I've had a couple of my vehicles fixed here, and while the work gets done I often (like every time) find myself going thru and fixing their fix. Example, I had a power steering hose replaced on my Cadillac. I get the car back and I'm hearing a light "ting ting ting" like something rattling. I dig around and find they didn't route the hose thro the mount and it was hitting the frame.

I also had a leak at the power steering pump that turned out to be the hose lose and I had to tighten it. I called them and they said I could drop it to get it fixed and they'd "try" to fit it in. There's other shops around, if try them first before Rogers anytime.

Great service, quick turnaround on the service as well. They were upfront, and we're able to diagnose the problem. I compared the estimate at two other places and they were cheaper than one and within $25 (1,200 bill) of the other. Also gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off. I appreciated that gesture. Not all mechanics do that these days.

SCHEMERS! They kept telling us more and more things were wrong with the car and kept pushing back the date they would work on it. Probably kicking half the money that they charged us DOUBLE for when we got an estimate from another shop. TERRIBLE place.
