Had an awesome experience at Rockaway Service and highly recommend anyone in need of any kind of auto repair work done! I went to Dan for help with repairing my front bumper from a previous fender bender and he completely took care of it and made it look brand new! He was also very helpful and honest with other repairs that my car needed work on and fixed everything with in just a few days! The prices are very affordable and I will definitely be back again!

I had a mechanic in the past where the relationship was not good, the prices seemed as if he was guessing, I would get no paperwork, and twice my car came back worse than how I left it (literally my wheels were on fire). I decided to look for a bee mechanic in the area and CarShield recommended Rockaway Service. Everything was perfect from the service, the prices, and the communication from the team at Rockaway Service. This is a family owned and operated business and Dan was extremely patient and knowledgeable. They have gained a customer in me. I'm thankful.

Absolutely amazing Service. I am from out of town and was experiencing an engine overheat. It was a holiday weekend and Rockaway Service, despite a full workload was able to squeeze me in the same day. Pat stayed late on the Saturday of a holiday weekend so I would be able to get back on the road. The work was fast and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Rockaway Service.

I called after my check engine light came on. I already knew I had called the best place to get my car repaired because of the courteous, professional, helpful response I received when I explained the problem. When I got a call from the service department I was told what had to be done and what it would cost. I highly recommend taking your car here!

My car hit a road debris, a broken tire. The broken tire just chopped through the bottom of my car on the high way. It was terrifying! I did pull over and checked. The front fender was broken. However I could not check the bottom of my car. When I arrived home, I drove my car to the shop and was told to leave my phone number there, and they would call me when they have a slot open.

I got their call in a couple of hours, drove there. And they drove the car onto the ramp and thoroughly inspect the bottom, happily told me that the bottom is sound, no damage. When I asked for the charge for the inspection, I was told it is complimentary! The guy also guided me when I was backing out of their driveway. What a honest, professional and courteous service! Now I saved them as my car service provider in my phone, and definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

I've taken multiple vehicles to Rockaway Service. They always give me the best service at an exceptional and affordable price. I've relied on them for everything from intake installations, tire rotations, and oil changes to steering rod replacements. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!
