I went to Roberts for an oil change for my BMW. Staff were friendly and even replaced my key battery at cost (I told them my key wasn't working and gave permission to fix it). It's not always easy to find quality mechanics, especially ones who know BMWs, so I'll be going there again when I need to. The mechanic also looked over my car and let me know about any concerns.

They originally asked if I could drop my car off for the day but when I asked for a specific time and said I'd like to wait, they gave me a time and called me as soon as it was ready about an hour and a half later (just as they had estimated).

I rarely leave a negative review, but this is a case where the public needs to be aware and be warned. We took our classic 1986 Jeep Wagoneer to Roberts to have a rebuilt engine installed. After 11 months, we had to get legal help to get our vehicle back, and it was in shambles, even though the engine had been purchased and this should been a cut and dried deal. This business is absolutely unprofessional, untrustworthy and not recommended.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. Haven't had any problem since it was fixed. Very grateful, thank you very much.

The service is nothing extraordinary. Same thing you would get anywhere else. Prices are way more than other places. I'm pretty sure they overcharge. I'd say only come here if you're in a bind.

Normally I wouldn't let anyone work on any of my vehicle's as my dad but my dad has taken his trucks here when he was unable to fix or didn't have the time has never not liked the work they do and I now have experienced what he did truthful mechanics

I have been going to this shop for at least 30 years maybe longer. My whole family goes to Robert's. Pepe will always be my go to guy for all my families automotive needs. He's not the cheapest but he doesn't charger deal prices either. But he will get it done right at a fair price. He warranties his work and stands behind his work. I once took a vehicle to him he said "Delgado it's not worth fixing". I took it to another mechanic and had it fixed. I should have listened to Pepe.

Was greeted right when I walked in the door. ( professional ) And the worked done on my SUV was done in a timely manner and the price in my opinion was fair.

Critical: Quality I had them replace an ac compressor and a week later I found the plug that powers it broke off and oil all over it. I took it back and they played like they didn't know what happened. They don't even offer to fix without wanting to charge me $1400 bucks. So I just ordered the tools and did it myself for less then $900.

Love the customer service and minimal wait time. Definitely coming here again! Robert is super personable and has a lot of experience in the field. I feel very supported.

Don't go, you're being warned. Paid for 4 hours worth of labor just to replace a blown fuse, but when said and done did not find the problem. Sent me on my way with 4 extra fuses and a much lighter pocket. WHAT A RIP OFF! P.s I can understand 2 hrs but not 4 hrs. Will absolutely not recommend.

Very friendly and professional. Work was done quickly and accurately. The day after the service they even called to be sure the vehicle was running well and that I was satisfied with everything

Local mechanic that has always done a great job for our whole family. I love that he's local. And if you give him enough work and live in the neighborhood, he'll even go to your house to check out what the problem might be. overall good experience, but who ever likes to dish out money to fix a car, really, LOL.

Inexpensive! Workaholics! I take my vehicles here every time it needs an oil change or if any thing major happens like a water pump etc. The owner is down to earth, works with you as much as possible, ALL the technicians there are experienced and experts, I know this from the past 10 years I been returning to this shop. My favorite technician is Wilbert who gives me advice on what and what not to do. They have never charged me an outrages amount plus I get expert technicians. What more could you ask for?! I recommend this shop! Go find out for yourself! :

My mom paid this man $5000 to rebuild the motor in her truck, including 1 yr warranty. 1 month later it began to smoke and shake so she took it back. It has now been almost 4 months since returning it and he has not fixed it, every week he tells her maybe next week, but when we drive by its still in the same spot. The owner has now resorted to childish ways yelling "blah blah blah" at my mom when she calls to ask about the truck.

He is unprofessional and rude. We are now seeking legal help and I do not recommend this "place of business" to anyone. Hoping this review saves someone from this nightmare. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! He was quick to take the money but makes a lot of excuses as to why he has not done his job yet.

Very Disaapointed. About 2 weeks ago, I called to get a rough estimate for having front brake pads and rotors intalled on my Audi. The woman on the phone said they will get back to me. Never received a return call. I then left an email through their website requesting the same info and again received No reesponse. If they did not want to do the work, at least a response would have been appreciated. Guess I will still be looking for a service provider for my Audi and Mercedes. Frank

I love this garage! They hurried my repairs through when I was in a jam and my car broke down. They hurried me in for a quick oil change before work and they send out frequent specials/discounts. They do a routine check of your car and keep those notes on record to remind you when you need something done to your car to keep it in good maintenance. The only draw back at all and the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is they are a little more pricey than some of the other garages around the area.
