So I had a wreck (scary) and the towing guy (wish I knew his name because he was so comforting and nice) arrived within minutes of my calling. He took the time to explain the procedure and even cleaned up all extra mini pieces off the road! When i went to the actually tow facility/yard, a girl named Beth greeted me and was super patient with my 1000's of questions and took care of me immediately.

I had "left" (dropped/lost under the middle console - the mysterious unknown/good luck finding it) my actual license in the car to which they were very understanding. A boy named Ben took me outside to my car and was more determined than I even was to fish it out from where it was hiding! Sure enough, he got it. I'm telling ya folks - I love these people and am definitely sticking with them through and through as long as I live in Roanoke and of course I'm telling everyone. Best experience EVER with a tow company - seriously. (Cmon now, who can actually say they had a good experience with "tow people"? This girl did tho!) God is good :-)

I'm new to this trucker life and the unexpected happened but Jason came and let me know he was going to do everything in his power to get me by on the road! I've been doing business with Robert Youngs Towing for approximately 12 years now as a former Owner Operator for Tate Transport LLC and as a company driver for Watsontown Trucking Company. Brian has done an exceptional job on my equipment as well as my company equipment and is a very knowledgeable and dependable road service mechanic. If you need an honest and reliable towing company to do the job right then Robert Youngs Towing is the place to go. They have the equipment and tools for every occasion.

My driveway to my garage is shared so it's an odd/tight space for a tow truck. I tried several tow companies and no one could get it. This morning I had one more service attempt to come out. I feel like they didn't even try. They told me "call Robert Young they got a wrecker for you". I called and they were to me almost within an hour of the other guys leaving.

I work from home and let me say Kody made this a seamless process. He took the time while I worked to figure how to get the car out. It was 30/40 minutes later, maybe a little longer, but he figured it out. I will definitely be using the service again, and I highly recommend. Fast, professional and friendly.

Just had my truck inspected today, my wife's car last month. Dusty does excellent work, I was in and out quickly. Have used them for 30+ years for repairs, inspections, towing and body work. Always professional and friendly, great family business.

I am extremely appreciative of Robert Young Towing. My mother was in an accident and they came to pick up her car. They were quick and very kind. When I went to file the collision report with the county they informed me they needed pictures of the car, which in the craziness of my mother's accident I had forgotten to take. I called Robert Young Towing and they had Cody go out to my mother's car, took pictures and sent them to me. Cody (who was extremely helpful) even called me to confirm I had received the pictures and told me to call him back if we needed anything else.

This was so helpful as getting out to their lot was difficult with my work schedule. Everyone I encountered during my experience was helpful, professional and extremely kind. I would definitely use their services again if I need a tow and I highly recommend them!

I was involved in an accident on I80S passing through Roanoke. The damage to my car rendered it inoperable. The State Trooper who came to the scene of the accident called for a tow truck. Codi, from Robert Young's Auto & Truck, Inc. arrived on the scene. He was polite and helpful. The facility where I wanted to have my car towed was closed. While in the truck with Codi, I called Enterprise about my rental as directed by my insurance company.

They had no cars available but said that they would have one in the morning. Codi stated that I could leave my car Robert Young's and have it towed after I was able to remove the items from my car. He also said that there a new Holiday Inn nearby. After making arrangements with my insurance company and Robert Young's, which was closing, Codi drove me to the Holiday Inn. Thank you Codi for your kindness and assistance to this traveler who was far away from home.

I had a wheel and tire come of my trailer today and Codi came and helped us get off the interstate and to our destination. The response time was very fast from the time of my call until he arrived, he was very polite, professional and great at handling the situation. All around great experience and I will be a customer for life, Thank You for the help. Pastor Chuck Miller
