*updated, maybe the shop manager changed, maybe they don't need the work who knows but I was bummed on my last experience with them. I had a repaired diagnosed by a reputable mechanic and wanted to see how Roadmasters prices compared as I had a great experience before. but they "don't do estimates" which is odd since I still had an estimate in my glove box from them.
They said they could get me in with in a day and let me know how much it would be and if I felt it was too high they wont only charge my $165 too look at it. *used to feel this way. This shop is clean, professional and quick. I will be taking my truck here for all future work.

This guys are top shelf for repairs and maintenance The crew are honest, diligent and will help you strategize your repairs to conform to a tight budget. I have gone to these guys for the past 3 years and each time they have been kind, patient, helpful and most of all incredibly resourceful. They have connections throughout the area as well. I've gotten suggestions to: A glass crew (windshield break) A sound crew (fuzzed speakers and wanted an upgrade) A Tire crew (Blew out a tire) A towing company (Stolen wheel) These guys are fantastic. Give them a try!

Roadmasters has always been honest and upfront with what is needed to repair my only vehicle. I can leave my car with them, and they will give me a ride home, as soon as they know what is wrong and what it will take to repair it and how long it will take, I get a phone call with the details. When my car is fixed, Roadmasters calls me then picks me up and takes me to the shop where I get an itemized bill and an explanation of the work they did. There are never, I mean NEVER any surprises! The work they said they were going to do is what they did!

Took my Jeep in with a misfiring problem. After working on it for a day they said they couldn't diagnose the problem. I had it towed to a Jeep dealer. They wanted to rebuild the top end. Roadmasters called me back and said they had a Jeep specialist from out of state who wanted to take a crack at it. They flew him in and he determined the computer was faulty, not the engine. Problem solved and saved over a thousand bucks!

I took my vehicle in for tie rod and wheel baring replacement because they said thats what was wrong. They told me it would take a day so they can get in the parts. 2 hours later they called and said it was replaced. There is still rattling underneath, my car still sways when steering. $600 down the drain. What a con business. Guess they choose who they want to be honest with. They SHOULD BE HONEST WITH ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS.
