Im having a 92 foxbody being custom built by the shop. An I mean custom, as in stroked motor, new driveline, suspension, the works! I've been to other so call shops, and hands down Brad's does it the right way! It's not a low cost shop! If you want that buy a Prius! If you want a badass muscle car, go to Brad!

Brad's Custom Auto is a local gem. They care about your vehicle as if it was there own. We should be happy to have such a great business in the neighborhood at a time where they are being mowed down to make room for more and more apartments. This area has been industrial for MUCH MUCH longer than the apartments have been there. We all must make sacrifices to co-exist :

Brad's installed an electric power brake unit on my E-M 1966 Cobra and it was a very clean installation with not much room to install. I'm very pleased with the performance. The only thing to be aware of is that you need to get in the queue early because it may take awhile to get in the shop. Other than that, Brad's is great. Service: Brakes

I'm a pretty competent mechanic but had to bring in my C6Z for a low rpm surge issue that I couldn't troubleshoot. Brad and his team were able to figure it out and get me on my way. They accidentally damaged one of my rockers getting the car on the lift but completely owned the mistake and pointed it out to me before I even noticed it. They deducted the entire cost of the part and the labor to install the replacement from my bill without me even having to ask.

They actually offered to order and replace the part but I declined because I didn't think it was that big a deal. These guys are honest and know what they are doing. What more can you ask for from a shop that will entrust to service your pride and joy? I know where to bring my car next time I have an issue I can't solve on my own.

Called for an appointment, they were booked 2 month out so I had to wait. Finally the day came to drop off my C6 corvette. Talked to Brad In person, I asked if the can check for a clunk noise when I let out my New mccloud Doubble clutch and to TUNE my car and Dyno it And do a pre inspection for a blower (pro charger ) That would add 200+ more Horse Power to my corvette.

I dropped car off Thursday the 20 th of August today is Saturday morning hoping to hear from them soon Never heard anything from the shop! ----------------------------------- So today is Wednesday and I haven't heard anything yet I will call today to see what's the estimated time of completion and final repair costs. Opens at 9:00am Called numerous times Wednesday morning Unable to communicate with Brad to see if they have done any repairs to my corvette.

I growing concern now due to the lack of communication. Finally at 12 noon I was able to talk to Brad! They have done absolutely nothing to my corvette NOTHING. Apparently I wasn't scheduled for repairs I was scheduled for an inspection. THIS IS KILLING ME. I told brad I need my car back he has had it 6 days. I asked him to please fix the under carriage of corvette And install steering wheel.

Give car back I need it ASAP I'll call Friday afternoon and see what the heck is done if anything! Very disappointed this is not what I expected. But I will hang in there be hopeful ----------------------------------------------- Today is Thursday, I called Brads early to let him know I am coming to get my car back, since there seems to be a lack of communication in what was scheduled to be performed.

I asked for a engine tune and inspect my car. All I got was a inspection and 6 days of my car sitting at there shop for absolutely nothing. I will take my car to jeffs auto repairing Lynnwood. To have my car repaired immediately. Wish Brads would have fixed my car but. they didn't. I cancelled the pro charger and any future reason to go to Brads.

Big waste of my and there time. I take my car to get worked on not sit for 7 days and nothing done. I will go to the auburn race shop & see if they will do work on my car.totally unsatisfied with all I went through to get my car into Brads custom auto, total waste of my time.

I recently took my mustang here to have it inspected. They found that it had a torn bypass valve diaphragm. Brad is awesome! You can tell these guys know their stuff. Oliver did a great job fixing my car! Brad's is the first place I'm going to call from now on. Definitely give theses guys a try.

The ONLY place I will touch my GT500. Brad was able to rectify a clutch issue I was having that Ford was unable to solve. He was also able to squeeze me in last second when I needed a Corvette inspected, and his very thorough inspection resulted in me walking away from the deal because the car was thrashed. Brad himself is the most honest and down to earth guy I've ever met and look forward to doing many years of business with him.

Brad didn't do any work for me but was very kind to take his time answering two phone calls and giving some key advice around an older model exhaust manifold issue I have. He provided ideas on how to fix the issue, including specific brand parts and a reputable local shop. I really appreciate this.

After attempting to contact three Ford dealers concerning a 60k mile service for my '08 Shelby Mustang GT and getting no response, decided to give Brad's a call. Low and behold if Brad didn't actually answer the phone himself. In spite of his crowded calendar he managed to find time on a Saturday to do the work himself. He called me several times that Saturday to discuss his findings and make recommendations.

Took my 2010 Mustang GT to Brad's after getting the recommendation from practically every car guy I talked to. They all said go to Brad's. I needed my gears replaced after living with A LOT of gear whine for way too long from a botched install from another *Mustang* shop. Brad and his team went above and beyond. The install was not straight forward, and the previous shop did some interesting things that made this install not super smooth.

End result is AMAZING. The gear whine used to be so bad above 40 it would drown out my loud exhaust. I don't trust many people with my car, but would take it to Brads again in a heartbeat. Plus I can walk home from his shop so an added bonus : Brad and his team are the real deal. There is a reason why they are so busy. They make you feel like you are a friend, not just a customer.

To celebrate my first anniversary of owning a 2017 Mustang GT, I was always thinking about to upgrade handling, exhaust system, etc. I was so glad to reach out to Brad's custom auto for its great services and reputation. Dane answered all my questions patiently and helped me to sort out the perfect combination of all the parts needed to bring my Mustang into next level based on my preferences and driving style. Brad was also really friendly and kind, and he showed me around the shop on the day when dropping off my car and answered lots of my questions as well.

More impressively, the installation job was completed with a great time manner, wheels were aligned properly according to my weight, and the stock parts that I wanted to keep were well-packed in boxes and put in the trunk. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Brad's custom auto, and was thankful for the folks who had worked on my mustang. I'd like to recommend them to mustang owners and American muscle car owners who are looking for reliable and trustworthy auto custom shop. Definitely, I would look forward to working with Brad's custom auto for other future upgrades.

I have a GT500 that has had some trouble with clutches and was recommended to Brad by the SVT Owner's association. When my wife and I took the car to the shop, Brad personally hopped in and replicated the problem I was having. I expected the car needed a new clutch. What I didn't expect happening was making a new friend. When they were able to get my car up on the lift and take apart the clutch, he called me and let me come down to take pictures (warranty purposes). Then, he even helped me make the warranty claim to the manufacture. Saying he has great customer service is an understatement. If you are looking for the best speed shop in Western WA, this is it. I will be taking my Shelby here for all future matters now.

I own a 2007 Mustang GT and asked Brad and his team to install a new hot rod air intake and some inside door panels. WOW, Brad redefines what it means to have customer service. Not only did Brad do a great job, he worked on my car after hours in the shop after all his employees had gone home for the evening just to get my car done on time. Brad is also extraordinarily personable and chatty which is fun.

He gave me and my son a tour of all the hot rods he was working on and showed us the engines and bragged about the jobs. We did not ask for this tour, Brad just volunteered to show us and next thing we know we are getting a lesson on hot rod engines. My point, it is really fun to watch someone who is truly passionate about their work. Brad loves what he does and it shows, which makes doing business with him that much more fun.

It is my first time here but I already know I will come back to Brad's shop for future mods on my Mustang. He is an honest mechanic! He knows the Mustangs inside out. There was a tiny problem with the throttle body that I ordered online but Brad fixed it within minutes. I highly recommend Brad's shop! One of the best in the area!

I'm very happy with my whole experience with these guys. I had them do a header install and dyno tune on my Corvette. Everything from the initial questions and advice they gave me about what parts would work the best given my performance goals to the final tweaking went great. They even encouraged me to install the intake myself, which saved me a bit of money.

I setup the work several weeks in advance and they kept their schedule, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. I also like that I was able to see progress with pictures on their website and Facebook. Finally, they went out of their way to make adjustments after the fact. Can't say enough good things, I'll definitely be back.

Oh my, if u want the top of the line and the most honest work done to your mustang, this is the only place I would tell u to go. Very down to the earth people, very descent works. Since I'm still new to the entire mustang custom culture, they r extremely patient on whatever question I have. Other than putting parts on the cars, they really gave honest suggestions on further building my car rather than trying to make a profit from their customers, which I've seen in a few places. I definitely trust my car with them and I WILL come back to Brad's for any further modding that I will put on my little v6.

Like their business card says, those guys are your Mustang and Corvette experts. If you've ever dropped by the shop, you know they're the shop to work with just by looking at the cars parked back. Just on top of my head I've seen a 68 Mustang, a Boss 302, a Saleen Cobra, Saleen 281, and some very nice vettes. Can't be a coincidence all those folks with these gorgeous cars all trust Brad's can it? Brad and Dane have been helping me build up my GT and instead of making some quick money just slap on a blower on a 100k+ car they research and work with me to devise a plan for a 302 engine build which will be much stronger and more reliable in the long run while fitting into my budget and ET goal.

Best custom shop in all of Seattle! Brad definitely knows his stuff, he is very nice, patient, honest (no bait and switch tactics like other shops), helpful and will tell you straight forward if he thinks some parts are junk or are not worth. He will even cut you some nice deals on some work he does. All in all, he's got me as a lifetime customer due to the high level of professionalism! Recommend this spot to anybody that wants to get some actual quality work done on their car!

I am VERY particular about my car. These guys are the bomb. I bring my car here for everything. I have a Cadillac CTSV with aftermarket engine upgrades which I purchased from the East Coast. They know how to care for the care and work with the upgrades even though they didn't install them. When I brought my car in the first time and they parked it next to several BEAUTIFUL project cars, I knew my car had found its home. These guys race they aren't just mechanics. They are obsessed with motorized things. I am happy that my car gets the benefits of their passion.

Brad's is the best American performance shop in Seattle. Brad's provided custom work and maintenance to my truck from 2005-2013. They always have the best advice, do the best work, and the best bedside manner. When I moved from Seattle and my parts weren't in, they worked with UPS and Baer to have theme delivered right to my door in Phoenix.

They posted pics of my build for me to follow and a video of my dyno run. When I was on the road they called me to make sure the truck was running well and kept me informed about my parts. Really a pleasure to work with.

I wouldn't consider bringing my Mustang anywhere else. These guys are top notch.

I've been taking my 1991 Corvette to Brad's ever since I bought it back in '99 and continue to bring it to them for repairs/maintenance and a (very) occasional performance upgrade. Their specialization in vettes makes me feel better about trusting them with my car - even more so than I would with a Chevy dealership's shop. I'm glad that they have added services over the years such as tire mounting/installation and alignments - they're becoming a one-stop shop for all my car's needs (and it needs a lot, unfortunately).

Brad's has been doing work on all of my vehicles for several years. Everything from gear installs and performance tuning on my Mustangs, to oil changes and snow tire swaps on my daily drivers.
