Rob Pfoh assisted me shortly after I arrived on a Wednesday to bring my older vehicle in for an inspection following up on some grinding noises and feeling unsafe to drive. my vehicle of 6 -years originally purchased at Nimey's with Matt Adams as my salesman 6 years ago, had many safety concerns post the inspection this being due to my not following through with maintenance at Nimey's post purchasing.

Will never do that again! Therefore after being given the report (very detailed loved it!) and seeing the cost to fix. I made the decision in that moment to start new! I can now be in the market for a new vehicle! Once I mentioned I was ready for something new I was assisted immediately! Rob was also training a new recruit and listened to my needs and was very helpful and efficient throughout even while training, he was also personable with my children as all of the staff at Nimey's are and have been throughout the years! Joe gave my boy a T-shirt and hot wheels cars which he loved!

I had my new car "SUBARU OUTBACK 2018" in less than three business days and although I wasn't crazy about the color I love how it handles, I can now feel safe again with traveling with my children and I and they LOVE IT! I love how over the years Nimey's not only has grown so much but has kept that small town comfortable welcoming vibe!
