Alright I gotta tell ya guys I love this shop. I called them the day prior to drop my car off in the morning the next day to get my brakes and bearings looked at just for them to identify the issue and call me half way trough my work day to explain what was wrong and if I'd like to continue with the work and I said yes. They guaranteed me they would get the job done and have my car out the door ready to go after I was done with work. keep in mind these guys are always busy, but they always make time for anyone when they can! They did a awesome job. I would definitely recommend anyone to this shop.

Spoke with Pete on the phone and let him know I'd be leaving town for a few days and wanted to leave my car for repairs to the fuel system. No problem. Got several calls while away keeping me updated on the situation. Car was ready for pickup on the way back in town. Had to put some miles on the car before re-testing for emissions and it passed yesterday! Thanks guys!

I brought my vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection because they accept the warranty I have. Pete was very accommodating with scheduling a time to drop off my car and he offered me a loaner for the day while they looked it over and had an alignment done. They gave me an honest breakdown of the things that needed to be addressed immediately and what can wait.

I returned a couple weeks later to tackle the issues they found. Andy did great work and got my car back to me in within a day. The team at Reliable Auto Repair went above and beyond my expectations. They were honest and do quality work. I will continue to bring my vehicle back there after the warranty expires.

This was my first time using Reliable auto repair, I called last minute and they managed to fit me in. Usually Interactions with mechanics can be so rough, especially as a young woman but they were so helpful and professional. The owner is very honest and explained which components were safety concerns and which ones can wait. I drive a BMW so finding a place that knows about my car so we'll is rare. Highly recommend

I was hesitant about trying a new auto shop because I've had some repair techs/companies try to take advantage of me in the past by recommending unnecessary services or repairs in order to make more money. My experiencing at Reliable Auto was the opposite. Pete is extremely honest and professional. With each visit, he provides a detailed report after their inspection, so I was able see what condition my car was in and understand any recommendations for service.

The prices are extremely fair and Pete has gone out of his way to accommodate my schedule and keep me updated as my car was being worked on. I'm so glad I took the chance on Reliable Auto Repair.

Fantastic experience all the way around! Don't be afraid to go to Pete and crew for your most challenging jobs. They know their stuff and are genuine in their customer service approach. Had Pete and team swap a new remanufactured engine into a vintage rover and the associated repair/replacement work in the engine bay. Also a new exhaust, etc. Pete was one of the few nearby willing to consider the job and was the most confident is his ability to handle it.

I believe Andy ended up doing the work under the hood. Anyway the work was top notch and is under warranty. Rover is running like a top. Pete and Andy treated it like it was their own project and no corners were cut. These guys will be my go to for all future builds and for issues with my dailies when possible!

My Toyota Highlander needed its' front struts replaced. Reliable Auto Repair gave me estimate within an hour of dropping off car with estimated completion date. Estimate for job was $200. less than estimate from other service station and completed on date promised. I plan on using Reliable for other required services in future. Very good craftsmanship and a can handle a variety of what you may want done. Had motorcycle painted and very pleased. Very nice to work with so highly recommend.

Reached out on a somewhat short notice. Pete was extremely helpful and communicative. Knowledgeable team and Management who will give you honesty and transparency with your issue. Difficult to find that in the industry now but this location has it! Definitely recommend and will continue to bring service needs here.

Pete and Paul are true pros and yes, they are really great guys as well. So are the guys who work for them. The thing that is so refreshing isn't just their knowledge. It's their honesty. They are not in business to make a quick buck. They are in business to do exceptional work and have lifelong, loyal customers. Could you find a cheaper price somewhere else? Maybe. However, I'm not a fan of places that promote the bottom of the barrel lowest price.

I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. In the automotive industry, unless you are a mechanic you are, for the most part, at the mercy of the mechanic. Pete and Paul always explain to me what is wrong before they fix anything. There is no pressure to fix things immediately, unless it is a safety issue. Their prices are an extremely good value because they do things right and they use quality parts.

I've been going to them for several years. I didn't know them at all and went to them the first time with fingers crossed because I read several positive reviews online. I lucked out because all of the positive reviews were true. Give Reliable a shot. These guys have experience working for major dealerships and they know their stuff. You will be happy you gave them an opportunity to earn your business. Every time I go to them they continue to earn my trust and business. I like these guys so much that over the years I'd say we've become friends.

Been going to these guys for almost six years now and Pete's been amazing to us. Work is outstanding; everything they've ever done for any of our vehicles has been top quality. Their excellent care is the reason why our two old cars are still running strong. Value is also fantastic. They do well because their customers keep coming back to them, not because they charge an arm and a leg.

After going to the dealership and being told my brakes were fine I knew I'd have to find someone reliable because I just didn't feel safe driving and that's exactly what I found at reliable auto repair. Not only did they show me that my pads were completely gone in the rear but my fronts were way below safe driving thickness. Thank you for the amazing customer service and great work. Everyone who's running a service like they do at Reliable Auto Repair should come and learn from Pete and the guys how to manage a shop, treat customers like family, be completely honest and straightforward and think positive. The name of the shop speaks for itself. The job was done successfully and the price was unbeatable. Also, you get a loaner car until your car is done.

I got the inner and outer tie rods done with alignment with lifetime warranty and it drives like new. I recommend this shop to everyone who wants peace of mind.
