I needed ONE headlight, fender and bumper fixed (all VERY minor damages) and they have had my car for TWO MONTHS. I have called at least 3 times a week for the past month and every time was told my car would be ready that week yet I am still without a car. I was lied to multiple times about the status of my car. They are taking their time just to milk my insurance company instead of actually DOING THEIR JOB.

I have spent AT LEAST a grand on Ubers and gas money for friends and I am still paying my car insurance. So, thanks to Auto Collision, I am currently spending my hard earned money from two jobs working 7 days a week to not have a car. They told me they were having trouble finding a headlight so my brother and I looked for not even ten minutes and found FIVE.

I 100% do not recommend using Auto Collision for any reason. They are unreliable and give you little information and the information they do give you has about a 50/50 chance of being correct/true.

Absolutely terrible. Registers is now under new ownership and their customer service has gone down tremendously. Their estimates are way off, and they will keep your car two weeks longer than they originally tell you. They offer no compensation after they had originally said they would, the front desk staff lied about my car status. Registers used to be great, but I will never take my car back there again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We cannot say enough positive things about the service provided by Registers on Carolina Beach Road. Everyone on staff is very courteous and they always took plenty of time to explain what was happening and what to expect going forward. Throughout the process of having extensive damage to our car evaluated, we always had the sense that they truly care about each and every client. We hope to never need their service again, but if we ever do, we can rest assured knowing we will be in good hands.

Critical: Quality Dent removed from hood and repainted. Dent was professionally removed, however paint job is poor. Several "10 to 14" spots where air bubbles in wet paint popped while drying. Value of car decreased with repaint and lost more value with poor quality paint. Recommend you get your vehicle painted elsewhere. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is where i work we do automotive, showers and windows, store front glass, and also calibrate windshield cameras.

Matched my paint perfectly and dealt with my very rude insurance adjuster and a very angry me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the time it took them to repair my vehicle. It was a 6 day projection and turns out 6 days is really 3.5 weeks. They were wonderful in deesclation and if I didn't use my car to travel for work I would use them again for sure.

They will go above and beyond to get all issues corrected, even if it's an issue insurance adjuster and no one had spotted till I went to pick my car up. My second time having a vehicle fixed there.

They finished my car after I was told that the paint didn't match and they had kept it another 5 days to fix it. When I picked it up they told me that the paint did match, actually it didn't. They did get me back in a fixed it properly, but I am very disappointed that they tried to pull one over on me. Clearly, this color had more pink in it

I recently brought my car in for a semi major repair and am very satisfied with the service that I received. Brian and his team were very accommodating, detail oriented, and transparent to make sure I was involved and updated through all the steps in getting it repaired. When I received my car back it had been cleaned and I received it in better condition as when I left it. This is my second time giving Registers my business and I will continue in the future.

I recently got hit by someone and took my car to Registers. Not only did they go above and beyond with the repair of my car, but they paid special attention to detail. I received my car back today and it looked amazing. On top of all of that, they detailed it perfectly and filled it up with gas. That is something I definitely was not expecting. I'm so happy with the decision that I made to take my car there. They are extremely professional and all smiles.
