I had the best experience at this place, I called every transmission shop around Youngstown to get my 2015 Nissan fixed and the guys at Redlich's are definitely the best option. They did a great job and were so nice throughout the whole process, I will always use them and recommend in the future! *Update one year and 50,000 miles later, transmission still works great!*

Wow! This place exceeded my expectations! Transaxle sheared off on my Honda on Thursday July 2. Had it towed that night to Redlich Transmissions. I had called Ron Redlich to let him know that it would be towed there. He advised me that they would be closed on Friday for Independence Day, but would reopen Monday. Then on Friday, when they were actually closed, Ron called me to let me know that he had stopped by the business to do some paperwork, and would get the vehicle inside the building so it would not sit outside during the weekend.
He then followed up with me on Monday with what I considered a very reasonable estimate, much less than I thought I was going to have to spend. I think this is a very honest business that does great work at a very reasonable price and I would recommend them to anyone who needs transmission-related work done.

We dealt with the one on market Street but they're owned by the same people. Originally was told that the work was only going to be $600 and then wow it changed to $1500. And by the way we needed entire new engine and that was another $3000. Took it to another place and we didn't need a new engine and the transmission just needed slight repair.
