I have not been to this place yet but am highly likely to go there in the future, if need be. I was on my Costco site that led me to this. I went through 4 years of reviews and am highly impressed. Someone gave a 3 star before ever having any work done or being in the shop. I find that bogus and uncalled for. So please except my 5 stars to counter act, for general principles.
My wife and I have fairly new vehicles under warranty, but I will definitely be checking you out in the future. I did commercial driving in the past and have had a lot of experiences with different shops throughout Northeast Ohio. I am sorry I did not know about you a few years back.

I've used Ray's several times for heavy truck and trailer repairs, both shop repairs and mobile service calls. They have always been prompt and trustworthy. Work has always been completed quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend Services: Brake service & repair, General repairs & maintenance

A friend was telling me about her frustration with a business and felt poor service is becoming more prevalent. I had to tell her about my great experience with the quality of service at Ray's. Even though it had been five months since my oil change, they fixed a problem with an oil leak and did not charge for the fix. No wonder I hear about people who have had vehicles serviced there for many years! Thanks, Ray's!

My son had taken his 1999 Ford Explorer in for a visual inspection. He believes that the mechanic's name was Craig. Craig was very professional and polite. Not to mention very thorough with what he had found during his inspection of the vehicle. Craig was not looking to take my son's money. He offered to fix it, but suggested that my son scrap the vehicle instead.
My son was very satisfied with the service he had received and said he will be returning in the future with any future vehicles he owns. We will most definitely refer this business. Thank you Craig!

Mice had built a nest behind my cabin air filter and in spite of my best efforts to remove it, there was debris that I couldn't get to and it affected the blower. I was looking for an alternative to going to my dealership - where labor and parts are pretty pricey. I decided to give Ray's a try and I'm so glad I did. The service was fast, the price was fair and they are honest. I won't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

The MOST trustworthy, reliable, helpful, and honest auto shop I know! These guys helped in repairing my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, easily repairing some pesky engine codes I could never figure out! After getting my car back initially there were more codes that popped up and they happily took back the car and fixed all those codes at no extra cost! I will NEVER go to ANY OTHER SHOP other than Ray's Auto!

I'm not the Only bad review on here so please don't question my bad experience based on my location. Maybe I just dealt with Rays for a bad few months. Stay clear

There are times in life when you need an expert to help you, a lawyer, a doctor a good mechanic. Ray's Auto is better then good the are phenomenal. From those that work in the office and listen to your concerns to those that take care of your vehicle out in the garage. Rays are committed to the community they are located in too. If you are lucky to meet Ray or his son Mike, you will understand why you would not want to trust your vehicle with any one else but them.

I have been a customer here for years. As a woman, I appreciate that I have always been treated with respect, and all employees have had honest -- and not condescending -- conversations with me about my vehicle. This shop has always prioritized my safety over profits and has gone above and beyond in customer service. Any repairs and maintenance have been completed efficiently and competently. I now live about four hours away, but I still make the drive, when possible, to come to Ray's.

We had our truck to many other repair shops several times for the same issues. We were contemplating trading it in but then took it to Ray's with a long list of items that needed repaired. Our truck now runs like it did when it was new! Ray's Auto has since saved our family countless times. They have always taken great care of us and thinks get fixed correctly the 1st time. We would not even consider going anywhere else! Great Family owned business that we highly recommend.
