My family has been dealing with Ravenna Auto Body for so long they're basically family. I don't even mind getting the occasional boo boo on my car so I have an excuse to shoot the breeze with Rick, the owner. He is also president of the Kent Garden Club and he is into roses as I am. Here's what I love the most about RAB: they are humans and they treat you like you are human, too.

If you need an estimate, you will call or stop by and talk to Rick, who will sit there and prepare an estimate with you like a human while the cat walks across the keyboard. If you are looking for slick, RAB is not slick. RAB is exactly what a body shop should be. Guys fixing cars. Their prices are always way better than the competition plus you get treated like a human and not like a chicken to pluck.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Had appointment for body work.took off work for appt. To find out parts not painted and some not recieved. Never got a call. I'm a college kid and have helped me out a lot. I got hit in the McDonald's drive thru and they took care of dealing with the insurance company. I recently have had issues with my coolant leaking and helped me get it to the mechanic they recommended. Rick also took me to work and picked me up. Amazing people and they do amazing work.

If your looking for a great price, quality work and parts and proffesional on time services this is your place! They know exactly what they are doing and its the best price! They dont overcharge like most of the places if you live in portage county or surrounding and need body repair this is the place. I think it's a rule when an office has a cat inside, it's an awesome place to spend your money! I have been going here since I was barely behind the wheel. These fellas are amazing! We took our work truck in yesterday, expecting to pay a small fortune for all the work that needed done. My husband was practically skipping when we received the invoice!

So affordable! These people are honest, dependable, kind, and affordable. I send everyone I know there when they are looking for diagnostics or maintenance. Highly recommend, won't go anywhere else.

These guys are a great outfit that provides the best body work I've ever seen. It's great to support private and local companies that provide such great service. They are exceptional not only in the work they perform but also in communication with the insurance company and the insured. A top notch company that you will not regret sending your car to for body repairs!

They were kind and gave me the upmost service. He explained everything leaving me without a question. I'm glad that my vehicle is getting repaired by them.

Honest. That's the best word to describe this place. They do more than just collision repair. Been going to them since I had my first car accident, and now I still go there whenever I need ANYTHING fixed on my vehicles. If they can't find anything wrong, they will tell you and won't charge you a dime. And if they do find a problem, they are still cheaper than any other shop in the area.

It can sometimes take a couple days for them to get to your car, so make sure you have other transportation available. But to me it is well worth the wait knowing you'll get an honest report.

Our family has been going here for at least 40 years. They are and always have been honest, affordable, do good work and will go outta their way to work with you. Highly recommend!
