They can't even seem to deliver an ESTIMATE within a week- completely ridiculous, I will definitely explore my options. Service: Body & Trim

I experienced A-1 service from Crash Champions within the last month. From the beginning of the estimate to the finished product, their crew took the worry and concerns out of my hands on my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Workmanship was perfect and I personally thank the actually laborers, Jerry, who gave me the estimate and Kathy, at the front desk, who kept me informed about everything, for making this work so smoothly for me. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all. Kathy R.

Crash Champions/Racine Auto Body did a phenomenal job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Someone backed into me in a parking lot causing deep scratches, dings, & dents. They did the job quickly (even quicker than they estimated) and my Jeep looks wonderful. I got her back looking brand new and the inside looks and smells great too. The staff were helpful and friendly/easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!

I got too close to a shopping cart corral and scratched my car. Took it to RAB for an estimate. The estimator came out, took a look, grabbed a cloth and polish, buffed it out and smiled. He said the damage wasn't noticeable, but if I did notice something in brighter light to come back for a deeper buff. Told me to have a nice weekend. I've had other work done here. Absolutely fair and kind.

Reggie fans rejoice, for another installment of Reggie Reviews has appeared! Today I've got my sights set on Racine Auto Body in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin; a great car place for anyone looking for a fix up. The 2012 Ford Edge I was driving at the time needed some shop care only a true professional could provide, and I am very grateful that Racine was willing to take me in.

My windshield took a nasty beating during a wild Wisconsin thunderstorm the previous day, and I was serviced a new one. They didn't even seem to mind me pacing around the garage, humming the Kirby/Slim Jesus remix a friend had shown me on Youtube. One downside, however, is that I was chatting with one of the car guys and jokingly asked if I could get some zero-gravity wheels or maybe even a hang glider attached to the top of the car.

The car guy looked very puzzled and didn't seem even slightly amused. Clearly he didn't get my amazing, razor sharp Nintendo wit. That's a shame. Don't forget, Paper Mario: The Origami King comes to #NintendoSwitch July 17th! Thank you for reading this installment of Reggie Reviews and #SwitchOn! See you next time!

When a part has been completely replaced, I expect it to look like the newest shiniest piece on the vehicle. We had to bring the car back three times over three weeks to get a replacement for a damaged panel, and we were still left with unsatisfactory results. On the first visit, the driver's insurance paid for an after market panel, and Racine Auto Body said they did their best to make it fit.

The alignment was terrible and the paint job was disappointing. They contacted the insurance to order an official replacement panel and assured us the next time that the panel alignment would be much better along with the paint job. They gave us back the car with no decal (the item was backordered), and while the alignment was better, the paint job had several noticeable flaws.

They said they would solve the paint job problems when we brought it back to install the decal. When my husband picked up the car the final time, I asked if it was better, but as expected he was not pleased and didn't see a point in inconveniencing us with further appointments since it had already been 5 work days without the car (not including the extra arrangements we had to make due to the limitations of pick up and drop off times).

They just don't seem to be up to the job. As others have said, the office staff are very nice. It's unfortunate that their service staff lack attention to detail and come off as rude and dismissive if you have any criticism of their work. If they have lower personal standards for their own vehicles, as professionals, it should not affect how they treat and value mine.

Did a great job on the truck. I got sandwich between two semi's. Hopefully they will find my other part of the bed soon.

I was basically a walk in, I saw that they were a Allstate preferred shop and the closet by far to my house so that's awesome. Immediately staff was on it and asked for my claim num# to get the ball rolling. The owner came off and look it over and took pictures and I had an estimate in 10-15 minutes tops. I called AS Ins right then and advise them I had it at Racine AB and they were like cool, just tell them to schedule you in.

The staff was nice and had a sense of humor which I needed after the day before. My car is going to be repaired next week and I will post a follow up with another review of service. So if they keep this level up and they will get 5 stars in my book. Also they offered to have a rental come and get me which I thought was a really nice touch.

Do not use this shop. I took my 2008 Equinox for collision repair 3 years ago and just noticed that the hood they replaced was used from a 2005. Label on the hood indicates it was a used part. They charged my insurance for a new part. I also told them not to use any cleaner or fragrance in my car because of my asthma and they did. I had to use baking soda all over my seats to get rid of the smell, ruining the interior. Idiots!

When I got my car back it looked great. However, It did take three days longer than promised and when I tried to lock it while I was shopping the sensors didn't work. I was told to return to the shop, so I did. When I got there they told me I needed to go to the dealer to fix the problem. They said they would pay for the repair. The next week I has to missed a morning of work to have the dealer tell me they could have fixed it back at Racine Auto Body. I told Racine Auto Body I was very disappointing in their work. The owners did try to compensate me. I will go somewhere else next time.

Did a decent job, didn't have it right when I went to pick it up so had to leave it another day. Do NOT leave your spare change in your console, it won't be there when you pick up your car!

Worst experience ever! Minor damage on gf's car, these guys could not hang a panel to save their souls. Brought the car back to them 3 times because the job was not complete or done right. Door still does not shut right, it whistles at 35 mph, and the tint is still melted from them grinding or welding. Horrible service, terrible work, we took it to another shop and the guy laughed at it, said it looked like high school shop class work. Do not go here! Should be zero stars, but it made me select one. Boo RAB Booo!

Brought in our 4Runner for repairs from a rear-end collision and were given a quote. After much confusion with our truck and another customers my wife went to pick it up and it was not ready. When she went again to pick it the next day she found that all of the damage was not repaired. We were told it was missed in the estimate even though it was pointed out to the estimator and would cost an additional $340.00 to fix.

When talking to the president of the company about the situation I was hung up on and forced to talk to the office manager when I called back. This is not how professionals do business and they will never get any of mine again!
