In the past 30 days two of my units have been to the shop. The first with an electrical issue at the starter. The second and AC issue. On the first truck they couldn't find anything wrong. Even though the driver explained to him it had to be a wire. We paid the bill left and the following week we had to go into Indianapolis to the carrier and it took them all of 20 minutes to fix the problem.
The second issue was the driver did not have AC working on his carrier. He showed up sometime after 5:00 p.m. and just after 11:00 p.m. he was told to work was completed. The bill was paid to the tune of just over $2,300 and when the driver turned on the APU there was no AC. He went in and spoke with the mechanic the mechanic then looked at the unit then called his boss and stated we can continue working on this unit but now we're going to have to charge you after hours charges. I believe quality is in the name only here.

These guys are great. My reefer gave out on a very hot day which also happened to be the 4th of July. They were able to get it running almost as soon as I pulled into their shop. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. They even allowed me to park in their lot for a 10 hour break and have a car for drivers to use to go grab a bite to eat while they do repairs. I'm thankful these guys were here working on a holiday.
