New to PA and experiencing a terrible setback with my accident, I felt very comfortable with these guys. They kept in constant communication which is key. Everyone is super friendly. Tho my repairs were lengthy, I am super satisfied as Rob made sure everything was good. I would totally recommend these guys

Took my vehicle here after another collision shop did shoddy work. This place the people were very friendly. Unfortunately do to no parts being available my vehicle was a total loss. I would recommend this company. They are very thorough. I had noticed stuff the original collision center missed fixing and this place found even more. If you want the job done right go to Quality Collision Inc.

Had a minor accident went here had it looked at given very reasonable estimate, I was called for vehicular drop off after accepting the estimate was told it would take 1 week had it back following Monday. As Promised. I was very happy with the service personnel and office staff. Tracy made sure I was kept updated from start to finish. Work on vehicle is outstanding I will no longer go anywhere but Quality Collision. Thanks to all.

Repaired my vehicle following collision. They performed an excellent job restoring my car. I was kept updated from beginning to end. Staff was professional, courteous, helpful and patient. They had my vehicle completed ahead of schedule. This was a pleasant and painless experience. Should I ever need a body shop again, I would return. I have since been recommending Quality Collision to many people and will continue to do so.

They live up to the standard of their name "Quality". The work done was quality and timely as indicated/estimated. Customer service is great. It has only been few days since I took picked up my vehicle, if I have additional comment later, I will update this. Their work is excellent. I'm thinking I won't go any were else for body repairs in the future. Quality Collusion, Inc is the place to work.

I have had a number of vehicles over the years and had work done to some of them. In dealing with different places to have the work done, I haven't dealt with people like those at Quality Collision. They were all so friendly, curtious, and professional. I can't begin to explain how great the work that they did. It was well above and beyond what I expected.

Any vehicle that I may have in the future that would need work done will definitely be done at Quality Collision. Any one that needs any type of body work or painting done, this is the place to have it done.

Lee and all the staff were very accommodating, from drop off to pick up, directly worked with the rental car for me.dealt with insurance co. Very knowledgeable, professional and really looked for me. helped with everything, set up everything for me. Would def use Quality Collision again for any repairs needed.

They have to be the BEST because the whole rights side of my 2018 Rouge SUV was totally smashed in and when I got my SUV back I thought they went out and purchased me a New SUV. It only took 13 days and I was Blown away when I picked up my SUV. I Highly recommend to all if your car, truck or SUV gets in an accident to get it fixed at QUALITY COLLISION in Kingston, Pa. they are Super friendly and go out of there way to make sure your car will look better than brand new! If there were more Stars a would have checked them also.

I had my car repaired here after my car canopy collapsed on my car. I did not have a lot of damage. It was a couple of dents. I had to take my car back twice. The first time I picked it up there were little bubble like impressions in the paint job. So I called and made an appointment to have to redone. I gave them over a week to do the work (I was going on vacation and told them when I would be back and would need the car by then).

They actually called me to let me know it wasn't going to be done when I got back. I had to wait another day. I have noticed since I picked it up the second time that there is buff marks on the hood and the quarter panels that had to be redone. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants the work done right. I have to tell you my car is a 2016 so it is a newer car and now it has these marks in the paint job.

Took my car in for rear bumper damage, the staff took care of me and arranged a rental car. Very easy process and the car was done in 4 dsys. Nice job and they even detailed the car for me. Kudos to all!

I can not stress enough how impressed I am by this place. I just got my car back and they did an amazing job. PLUS my car was vacuumed and washed. AND they were great to deal with on the phone.
