My family has been going to QCCC for decades now. They are prompt, fair and will go the extra mile for their customers. I was just recently home from Minneapolis when my tire pressure gauge light went off. It was extremely cold out, so I stopped in to the shop to see if they would be willing to put some air in my tires for me. Without hesitation, they got my tires aired up and sent me on my way.
This is just one small example of their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks to all the employees at QCCC for always taking care of our vehicles and ensuring we are safe on the road!

Great customer service. After checking several places for an oil change on my VW stopped at Quality Car Care Center. They didn't have the filter in stock so they asked to call back and schedule an appointment so they could order the part. Scheduled appointment online 2 days later, got in the next day to find out they had proactively ordered the filter for my car in anticipation of us scheduling the oil change. Now that's service!

Quality Car Care Center did a great job of helping us when we needed it. We were on a road trip through the UP, when we ran into car troubles. They were able to work us into their schedule the same day, and we were able to finish our trip thanks to them. We really appreciate how accommodating they were with us. My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Marquette, Michigan when my Jeep started to smell like burning rubber. We called around and Quality Car Care Center got us in on short notice as we were only going to be in town for a couple more days. We are so grateful because of them we were able to have a safe trip home. I would highly recommend using them for their quick, courteous, and affordable auto care.

Great service! I had a leaking tire and needed repaired ASAP. They told me to drop the car off and they would get to it same day. Done in several hours, they texted to let me know it was ready, and beyond reasonably priced, I was expecting it to be a lot more. Grateful to have such a great local service center!

First time taking my vehicle here. Needed a front end alignment extremly bad. I arrived and was greeted immediately by Mike and the vehicle was taken back within minutes! They were very friendly and speedy. They did a really great job! The mechanic answered ALL of my questions I had and explained everything he did. The waiting area had fresh coffee and local chanels on the tv. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Was able to make an appointment online which is really helpful since I work all day and cannot make phone calls. It took them a little longer than I would have liked to get the oil change done (about an hour) and they didn't give me any kind of run down of other work that may need to get done like other shops in town do. In fact, they didn't even ask what kind of oil I usually put in. The location is very nice, you can go get a donut or sandwhich at the bakery next door while you wait.
