My car was taken by them between 12:40-12:45 today. I went by at 2:35 and nobody had touched my car. There seemed to be relatively no business at the place and yet they could not do a simple oil change. I took to jiffy lube and they are already working on my car. It is only 2:49 pm. This place is absolutely more interested in a 2 hour lunch break then helping customers. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

It was my first time going there and Willy was very helpful. I had called prior because I needed to do wheel alignment after changing my tires. I was told the process would take an hour to complete. The inside was very clean. I will definitely return back here. So glad I know this place and I recommend it. Service: Wheel alignment

The older gentleman at the counter is Racist. Very bad attitude towards me. The owner in the office stepped in to make things fair. From both times I visited here. Projected towards me from the over the counter guy, , I was on the receiving end of his bigotry. "UPDATE" The guy had the nerve to just message my phone "Directly". Very very unprofessional. The same guy you are bragging about is the same guy who had other bad reviews from minorities in the comments. I checked. "Denial" is a disease

I came for oil change and ask if can use my own brand oil they said ok and I saw the mechanic he is pouring a wrong brand oil into my car I complain and nothing happen never again to this place. Be careful the are not honest people.

When they said they fixe everything they mean it this place is very professional and clear with problem on you car. something i had problem with, in the past, i would go to a mecanic and they would told me "is the starter" then it was just a fuse or "we got a biger problem afther they fixed and wasted all that time and money it was very frustrating.

But now i jus go to this guys and tell them get it fixed please and pick up my car the nex day or the very same day if is nothing mayor. Definitely recomend this place to everyone.

He takes care of you like family would.see the smile he put on my daughter's face. Don't sleep on Quality Auto Centers service. Willy is the best.

Went to this location Bc it was close to work. But $85 to fix a slow leak in one tire and to check another tire? No thanks.

This place is great! Straight foward honest service. Had work done on my 2010 hyundai sonata. Brakes and rotors replaced. Oil change, w/ OEM filter. New rims and tyres. they installed tyres onto rims, balanced, mounted and ran wheel alignment. Overall great experience! Milton was the mechanic. Thank you for the professional and prompt work! Will be back for sure

They don't make me feel stupid by using technical language and are patient and not judgemental when I am confused. They are honest and the prices are reasonable. Was my first time there since moving to Roselle, took my car for inspection, from the moment I drove in, the guy was so nice and despite my car being lowered he quickly took my car without hesitation. I went to the office and the gentleman in the front desk was nice and as I was giving him my info my car was already being taken care of. was in and out and despite how much of a hassle a lowered car can be, they did a quick job. I know I will return for any mechanical issue. awesome place

Quality Auto in Roselle Park is a good honest mechanic with great service. We have an older Honda CRV (2007) car and they have been fabulous. We drive in from Jersey City because we trust them and they have helped us out without breaking our bank, which other mechanic have tried. The gentlemen at the front are professional and patient and just as importantly, knowledgeable.

After scouring Yelp for head light restoration, I received quotes ranging from $65-$75. So I decided to search Groupon and I found Quality Auto Center offering headlight restoration for around $34. Plus with the extra Groupon discount, I paid less. I made an appointment. Once I arrived, me car was serviced immediately. It took about an hour to finish and the outcome was great. I was pleased with the work that they did.

I came in here for a tire to hold me off until I bought all brand new ones. They had mine in stock, the wait always a bit more than I expected I was the only one there and there was no cars in the garage. Overall they did what I needed them to do.

I bought a living social deal for $17 oil change and tire rotation. I thought it was a good deal and didn't feel like changing the oil myself in the cold this time. I called to schedule an appointment and they told me they are open from 8 to 6 but only change oil from 8:30 to 10:30 Monday thru Friday. I take the morning off work and go. I was absolutely shocked to find out that the oil change is going to take over an hour.

To make matters worse in a half hour he calls me over in to the shop and tries to sell me tires and the mechanic refuses to do the tire rotation because my tires aren't evenly worn and he actually tells me its against the law for him to do so. I told them to just rotate the tires and I'll sign a waiver. Then they tried to sell me a brake job for little over $500.

When I refused the man at the counter became very irate and then proceeded to harass me for not accepting this ridiculous deal. He even said he was going to sue me in court if I hit his family with my car. I tried to keep my composure and politely refused. He then tried to push me to apply for their store credit card which I also refused. After all of this, They charged me an additional $5 for "waste handling".

I finally received the car, only to find out they didn't do the tire rotation. After complaining they ended up doing the rotation but only after more harassment. Luckily I have all of this recorded in audio. UPDATE: The next day I took the car to midas to inspect the brakes which was the reason the quality auto center guy was harassing me about.

Just as I thought, Midas told me that I have about 25k miles left on the brakes and even gave me a coupon for when they need to get done. Unbelievably horrible service. I honestly would have rather paid the extra $5 at reputable auto repair shop and saved myself the aggravation and harassment.

I started going to this location because of the coupon deals I received. The Indian man at the counter was always a little rude and seemed easily bothered. I dealt with it because of money I was saving. Now, a year and a half later, I don't think I'll be going back to this place. This last time that I went there was a white man at the counter and he was extremely disrespectful.

At first he was nice and kept trying to make conversation, even though I was reading while I waited for my car. But then when he was invoicing me he said "next time u wait too long to get the oil changed Im gonna give u a spanking.unless thats a good thing maybe you'll like it" and he and another male customer laughed. I didnt want to make a scene so I didnt say anything.

I also noticed when I got home that they didnt even fill the oil to where its supposed to be. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean that I enjoy being spoken to like that. It also doesnt mean that you shouldnt fill my engine oil to the line because you think I wont check.

This has to be the worse auto repair company in the world. There is not one certified tech in this place. The Manager hardly speaks english and they tack on everything they can to cost the consumer more than any original costs. I have been investigating many (over a dozen) complaints on how there repairs are not repairs and customers have to actualy take there cars to other facilities to get them fix afterwards.

I have been working in Auto Repair Fraud cases for ten years and this has to be the worse I've ever seen, so I decided to check on the rest of this companies shops. 1) At one shop (by the medowlands) the manager would not say what was wrong with my car but insisted I pay $980.00 to have it fixed, and on further questioning he really didn't know what was wrong with it, just that it would cost me this much to have it fixed. 2) At this location I found that the manager knew nothing at all about automobile repair in general, no certified tech's at all and the place was filthy.

What english the manager knew was not enough to even explain to me that my gas cap was not on my car, but it would cost me a total $770.00 to have the engine light turned off. This company has to be the worse I've seen ever. This Company has many locations in New Jersey area and I haven't been to, but the last four locations are just like the others. Avoid the scams and the ignoance of this kind of company by just avoiding this company. C. Main
