PUR Performance

20 mins after dropping my truck off for lift kit install Caleb calls me and says my control arm is seized up and needs to be cut out and replaced. He told it would be an additional $1000 and would take an extra day. The next day I get a call from Caleb saying the control was repaired and my truck was ready to pick up. Upon arrival I didn't receive any details or explanation concerning the control arm that mysteriously no longer needed to be replaced.

Not sure what kind of patch job if any they done to my truck but fingers crossed it was done right and nothing catastrophic happens. Whole experience was not very pleaseant and I would not recommend this place to a friend or foe.

After having multiple orders for Mickey Thompson drag radials canceled with SUmmit - JEgs, one call was all it took to PUR PERFORMANCE. They had my tires in 48 hrs. The store stocks a lot of performance parts, the staff is super friendly. Cant go wrong here.

Their is always a gentleman there that is very knowledgeable about many things always seems to help out in the troubleshooting arena. Parts seem to be on expensive side. But otherwise pretty good place for performance enthusiast.

They're completely disrespectful and inconsiderate of anyone that lives remotely close. They host car subwoofer competitions and car shows almost every Sunday. The walls and windows in my apartment rattle from 7am until 5pm almost every Sunday.

My brother was having work done on his suburban when he became ill and unable to drive anymore and had to be moved to a facility. I came from out of state and worked with Kevin and Shelby and they really went the extra mile to help me out. They didn't have to do any of what they did but they really got us out of a bind.

Looking for parts for my new Jeep and I got to do was listen to two employees competing with each other not very professional sorry to say

I arrived at this business looking for a cover for my truck bed. Not really sure what to look for and thinking the staff will live up to their name "Pur-performance" can assist me in finding what would work best for me and my truck, upon walking into the business I was not greeted by any of the four employees, talking amongst each other standing behind the counter as I stood standing directly in front of the counter, not wanting to be rude I didn't interrupt them, one of them eventually ask what I wanted, I said what I was looking for and he directed me to the rear of the store, where I found on my own bed covers, waiting for what seemed several minutes fof someone to assist, after a long while I eventually went back to the front of the store to get someone to help, where the same 4 employees were still conversing.

Finally the younger of the 4 walked to the back of the store, I expressed my annoyance of having to wait. My initial impression of this business is they lack the understanding of good customer service, it seemed their personal conversation between the 4 of them superceded any customer in close proximity. I did not feel welcome as a customer about to spend well over $1000.00, I didn't expect my butt to be kissed, but I did count on some type of customer service. I give 3 stars because once the work was eventually done I felt they did a good job.

I took my truck here to have some work done. They didn't repair the things they said they were. They had my truck for weeks and just let it sit. I had to drive back up there just to check on my truck while they had it. Had to take the truck back still didn't fix what they needed to and they bent my trucks frame. Denied it, then said they didn't feel comfortable making the necessary repairs. The owner is the problem and the staff is the worst. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! They should not be allowed to be in business.

The professionalism of this place is beyond horrible. The manager is rude when addressing customers issues even if it's their fault. I was newly transitioned from the US Airforce, scheduled to move to Texas at the end of September of 2020. I went into this establishment with no knowledge of window tint and asked for them to look up the Texas regulations for window tinting.

The lady looked them up and told me they would apply the tint according to the regulations. It's been about 8 months and it's about time for my vehicle inspection to be done. I went to get the vehicle inspection done and I was told the window tint is incorrect. When I informed Pur Performance the wrong tint was put on. they told me it's nothing they can do because I am here in Texas and they are in Missouri.

But if I drove 9 1/2 to 10 hours, to come back to Missouri they can redo it. So they would prefer I lose work. It is costing me $150 here to have my windows redone, because my registration renewal is in June. But they are choosing not to reimburse me as of right now. As of this moment I wouldn't this place to any military or anyone otherwise. Also I will be reporting them to the Better business bureau.

Was recommended by 2 places so decided to have a lift, tires and bumpers done here at PUR. After a delayed installation schedule the Jeep was picked up but had to make a separate return for the bumper work. WELL. they tires installed were NOT the correct size we agreed to get. The store insisted we were mistaken UNTIL they were shown the work order sheet with the tires we ordered in their own handwriting.

When correct tires came in there was no priority to correct their mistake, so the Jeep was parked until they could 'get it in'. booked. too busy. finally got the call and had AAA tow the 2021 Wrangler to not continue at all to ride on wrong tires. Very aggravating experience. Things happen, it's 30 days now after getting everything correct. and the right rear tire/wheel was badly knocking and stopped driving the Jeep again. TOWED again but this time to Lou Fusz Jeep Dealership service.

The shock absorber had NO BOLT attached. It was either never attached or not tightened enough during installation. Had dealership fix it. and paid a few hundred. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Our experience speaks for itself based on their performance and not on words.

We order parts from here for our repair shop. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They really know what they are talking about and offer up great selections. They always greet everyone with enthusiasm (which sometimes is not the case when I go to retrieve parts from other places) and really take care of you. The store is always super clean and organized. They offer competitive pricing and we will keep doing business with them.

Fast, friendly & knowledgeable staff. They've taken care of all my performance and accessories for all my vehicles.

Old guy with glasses and a beard, straight face lied to me twice about the same thing. Guy needs to stop stuffing his face when dealing with customers. Not sure how this guy still has a job. Glorified AutoZone employee needs to learn what he's talking about, and stop lying to customers. All their prices can be beat online, and their service is lacking in professionalism. I will never buy anything from these guys ever again, and I'm absolutely amazed they a still in business.

I friend of mine came in and they could not add part. then they just sent him on his way and now he is out a lot of money just to fix what they tore up. Smart people though, they gave him no receipt or any way of showing that he was there to keep them from getting sued. Amazingly horrible service

Great price on 4x4 tires. Very educated, nice atmosphere. Had a issue, they were professional, made it right, very courteous. Highly recommend and will do more business with them in the future.

Se friends of mine from work recommended I go here last year. They put new shocks and struts on my Jeep, I bought new tires, got my inspection done and an alignment. Fast forward to this year. This little thingy was stuck in my tire. I called Paul at Pur Performance who made an appointment for me and got me in and out of there in about an hour. Got a new tire and great service as usual. 10/10 would recommend anyone go there to get work done on their Jeep.

I had these guys do a 3 lift on my new Tacoma. I was very pleased how it was handled, both in and out of the shop. In my case, they came in a little under on prices bid elsewhere. Work was scheduled and performed exactly as quoted. Result has been excellent.

Just picked up my ford Raptor that Pur Performance did new wheels, tires and leveling lift. They did an awesome job and great to work with. Thank you Paul!

Bought a new truck and had them install a level kit, new wheels and tires, tint the windows, spray on n bed liner, and a cover for the bed. wasn't sure how the wheels and tires would look but man did they help me give the best freaking upgrade to my truck! Sales. Service. Delivery. and even the price crushed it! Nice work and shout out to Paul and his group. Thanks for the assist!

Awful Awful Awful. Paul Perez will try to fast talk you and sell you anything he can. No quality service here. I had these guys put on "new" tires that they sold me (ended up being used and the WORST tires i've EVER had) and his "techs" (if that's what you want to call them) DAMAGED my wheels, all four of them! It was the heavier set guy that works in the back.

He got mad because i asked him to put black weights on so he mounted the tires on very poorly resulting in obvious damage. apparently they don't even order the black weights, they actually spray them with black paint from a can. Privately owned so good luck with any dispute. Paul Perez also profiled me because i am young and was wearing a hoodie. he treated the older people with wayyyyyy more respect than he did me.

He also claimed that there is no such thing as Lifetime Alignment at other stores, however if you go to Plaza Tires they DO offer lifetime alignment and in fact i have gotten my truck aligned twice w/out being charged again. DO NOT GO HERE! Paul Perez is an awful manager and a SCAMMER!

Awful customer service by a guy named David. Never sets expectations on when the vehicle is going to be worked on or when is the vehicle going to be done. Very expensive and since they keep the vehicle for weeks, you never really know if the hours worked are true. Never taking the vehicle back.

Bottom line. Pur Performance does good work, however, you are paying for it and in fact you are over paying for it. I had them perform a lift on my 2015 Jeep and I paid way more than I needed to. You can easily compare prices for services and after market mods.which I didn't do. I merely went with the referral I was given. My advice, check their quote against Axle Boy and Hellbent.both these companies do just as good a work, but at a much more reasonable price. If you have money to burn then Pur Performance is right up your alley. If you want value, look elsewhere. Best of luck.

Selection selection selection. I will admit, I did find a cheaper price elsewhere but it was competitive. I spent 3k on wheels and tires for my truck. Found another for $2850, but when it comes down to it pur performance helped with the correct offset for the look I wanted. They spent a lot of time helping me choose a style that jumped out to me not what they wanted to flip.

They ordered a custom set of Fuel wheels and worked with my time standards for install. Paul even put off his lunch to get them done. I did feel bad he had to eat cold Jack n the Box but the customer service is unparalleled. When your investing $$$ into your ride I'd not hesitate to use them again. Knowledgeable staff

Eh pricey! The dude I talked to never gave me a firm estimate, Just ball parked me to see if I would flinch. I did and took it somewhere else where the price was about half.
