I worked here for a very brief time. The owner promised me a wage and then did not keep his word. No honor. I would say this is all you would want to know about how they do things at provo car doctors. Nate was the owner and his manager was Clint at the time I worked for them. I can provide proof of this lie by email and payroll check stubbs. Provo car doctors is not listed as an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau.

My truck had a bad vibration at high speeds, it was an ongoing issue for over two years, that other shops could not solve. Thankfully the Car Doctor found the issue and fixed it. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I really love Provo Car Doctors! I feel like they really take care of their customers and are extremely helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I really appreciate how they only use quality parts and really go the extra mile to ensure that your car is getting a long-lasting repair. The head-gasket repair I had done did take a few weeks as it was a bigger repair but I had a lot of confidence knowing they did a great job and it was for a fair price as well.

The other repair was very quick, they had it in and out in basically one day. I really appreciate the work they do here and I also really appreciate Michelle, she is so helpful and kind!

I brought in my truck for a brake inspection. They called me a couple hours later saying that my brakes had 50% life on them, so nothing needed to be changed. That's all you gotta know. Mechanics are honest and won't take advantage of you. Will be returning for future repairs.

They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, provided a plan to make the repairs, explained the issues so I understood the problem, and offered good advice if I decided to make the repair myself. He always remembers my name, talks to me respectfully and as a peer, and takes the time to show me exactly what he has found and/or what he is doing on my vehicle. My wife and I asked them how much it would be to fix my car's outlet and they told us it wasn't a blown fuse, so they'd have to look into it further and it would cost a few hundred bucks. Luckily we said no, I took my car to a friend who's barely a mechanic and it turns out that it actually was just a blown fuse. He literally fixed it in 5 minutes and it's worked great ever since.

We also just had them replace the coolant tank in our other car, but a couple of weeks later the light started coming on again so we took it in for them to re-fix the issue and even though we had the receipt from when they fixed it before, there was apparently a different issue that it had and they charged us another few hundred dollars for a job that we had previously paid them to do.

They really seem like nice people but it's just frustrating. I get that it's a business and they have to make money but it seems impossible to find a mechanic with honesty and integrity. We've been going here for awhile for business but we'll be looking elsewhere now for issues with our cars.
