Update: They called and detailed the car again. This time, making sure no spots were missed and everything looked good. Top tier customer service! I called earlier in the week to schedule an 8 am Interior detail for my sedan. -I dropped the car off promptly at 8am, but didn't get it back until almost 5pm. The whole point of scheduling an early appointment was that I would get my car back sooner, -especially since it was an Interior only. -To make matters worse, it seemed like they rushed through it (Probably when I started calling 6 hours after drop off, asking about car's status).

In the photo attatched, you can see splatter from a spray bottle. Most likely indicating, they didn't actually shampoo the seats and just wiped them down because they were running out of time. In summary: Friendly staff, but very poor results, definitely not worth $125 for an Interior detail. Stick to their automatic car wash, but go elsewhere for an Interior detail.

Overall experience was excellent. Got car serviced and tire rotation and brakes.

If you already have your own oem parts that just need to be painted, they will REFUSE to paint them. Only "work" with insurances.

Well this is what 180.00$ detail will get you. Dirt still on all floor mats, trash still on floor, wheels don't look like they've been touched. If your going there for a detail. Save your money go give it to some 10 year old who could do equal to or a better job

Brought my car in to have driver's door repainted. John set up a time that was convenient and delivered the car when done. They did a fabulous job and even went the extra mile in fixing a piece of molding on the back door! Would highly recommend! Service: Painting

I needed my husband's car detailed so I could drive it. It was filled with dog hair and cigarette smoke. Dropped it off in the AM and by late afternoon all clean and smelling great. Jamie was very nice and accommodating. I'm bringing my other car over in the spring!

I have been going here for several years now. Jamie does an amazing job running the shop in an efficient manner--no excessive wait times. They do excellent work quickly, and they're highly honest--no upselling, unlike the dealership I used to go to. Labor rates are reasonable. Highly recommend. Stellar crew.

Best (self) car wash I've ever had. When I needed help with the equipment a very nice young man was so nice and kind and made sure that he put the time in that I lost trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. It was me.not the equipment. I continued to wash it with tons of warm soap suds, high powered rinse and a powerful drying machine afterwards. Highly suggest you try the self service one.my car looked brand new when I drove out. Best car wash I've ever been to.

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service these jokers think they deliver. Brought my truck in for service after an accident - through insurance - complained radio skipped and AC was intermittent. They told me they BANGED on the dashboard and couldn't get it to skip. Said they couldn't diagnose my AC yet they took it all apart. My truck has shut off 3 times in the first hour that I had it back due to low oil pressure. i don't know what they did but my truck came out WORSE than it went in! They will be surely hearing from my insurance and the BBB!

Was in an accident and used them threw insurance worst decision EVER! This place is TRASH they didn't realize there was an oil leak TRUCK SHUT DOWN AND OIL LIGHT CAME ON 2 mins after I picked it up smh, couldn't fix radio lol the idiot said I banged on the dash and it didn't mess up so I don't know they couldn't figure out why the Ac keeps going in and out. I wouldn't send my enemy to this Dump

I have used Auto Body Pros for about 20 years. I trust them completely with my vehicles. They always give a fair price and honest assessment of what needs to be done. The manager, Jamie, is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else!

Had my car detailed here. They did an amazing job. Very nice and honest staff. I've recommended them to everyone.

Brought my car over for a simple oil change. Called ahead and asked if they could do it when I got there last minute, they said yes they were very light on work. Showed up and the man said 20-30 minutes no problem. 40 minutes go by and they didn't even touch my car. When I asked for my keys back they couldn't have cared less. Only after I visited the main office did someone come out to check on me.

If you need a body shop this place is great! Oil change however seek elsewhere. Only giving this three stars because of how awesome the body shop people were. If not for them would give them 0 stars. Traci and her staff are simply awesome and I feel bad that one part of the business is bringing that down. Update: I spoke to the Manger of the shop and he could not have been nicer. Offered to make things right and I appreciate that greatly!

Jamie is awesome! I have an Acura ILX and always felt like I needed to have my car serviced at an Actual dealership. I first visited Auto Body Pro's for detailing as my car was hit with so much sap over the summer and when they were done my car looked brand new! I then found out they did other services too so now I get my oil changes there and will be getting my brakes done next week! I love it there because its a one stop shop, I even get my car washed there which always comes out nice. I highly recommend!

KEEP YOUR MONEY! Went and got the showroom special detail at $214.95 you think paying that much money they woulda vacuumed the seats BEFORE polishing the leather and woulda vacuumed around the seat belts, they also didn't vacuum or shampoo the back part in my jeep, they took out the plastic rug protector that the dealer put down vacuumed and shampooed the carpet THEN put the DIRTY plastic back down also looks like some of the interior trim was polished and some not.windows didn't even look washed the car didn't even smell clean either. and on top of all that they took 7 HOURS I dropped my car off at 8 am and they didn't call me till 3:15 I'll never go to this place again and I suggest u save your hard earned money

I hate to leave a negative review but I just had a terrible customer service experience here. The group of high school kids working the car wash line we're just standing around doing nothing. I drove in and they all just stared blankly at me so I rolled down the window to ask if I was going in the correct lane I was very rudely told "there's a LITERAL sign right there".

I immediately left when down the street to another car wash where I was greeted with friendly faces and good customer service. You guys just lost my money. Get better employees.

I showed up after they had closed the vacuum line for the day. They stayed late to vacuum and wash my car. Quality customer service!

Its like paying $35 for someone to spray your car with a hose. Absolutely terrible. Bad service, terrible wash, and a bunch of HS kids that dont give a fuck. GO ELSEWHERE.

I had the highest level exterior package today and added vacuuming and interior window washing. I even bought a Febreze air freshener, and the whole cost was less than $45. This would easily have been $100-$200 in Boston. I am so happy my friend referred me here. I am ready to transport clients this week.

I used to love this place, but lately it's gone way down hill. Brought in both cars today to get vacuumed and washed. Vacuuming was half assed as it has been the past few visits, and while toweling Off my car, not only were there spots visibly missed but the two guys doing it took their time stopping to have a conversation while I stood waiting 5 feet away in the cold.

When they were done, they just kept talking on the opposite side of my car until I had to go around and ask if they were done. They just don't seem to care any more, and at $38 a car for the world wash and vacuuming it is not even close to the level of service it needs to be. I will be looking for a new car wash.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH! I made a huge mistake bringing my brand new 2017 SUV here for a wash yesterday. There are scratches all over the rims, I want to cry and regret going to this place. I assume the brushes must have been dirty full of sand and salt. I doubt they will do anything about the damage that's been done. If you care about your vehicle do not go here!

I've never felt so cheated out of my money. Come to think about it, I let these guys wash my car on one other occasion and felt the same way. I walked away feeling crappy because I practically flushed away almost $50 for a sedan. I've only considered getting serviced here because I live so near by. I'll stay loyal to Sunny's Carwash in Brockton. It's worth the 20 minute drive and I never feel cheated, if anything I feel like I under pay for the ultimate wash($25) Never again.

I decided today 12/13/16 to let to go have my car washed on my day off from work. I usually was my car myself but decided I would let someone else do it today. It turned out to be a very poor decision. I went to pros car wash in Mansfield and paid $46 for there best wash and Including the extra for mats being cleaned and interior dressing. They did an ok job at vacuuming. the rest was utterly atrocious.

There was foam on car still when exiting car wash which the gentleman were nice enough to smear around my car. Not one window is clean. There are white wax drips and spots everywhere on my car. The dressing is shiny? Who uses a gloss interior dressing? It's 2016 not 1989. That's my fault for not asking. But it would have been nice if it was at least applied well.

It was not. there are super shiny spots duller areas, runs and lint from the rag they applied it with everywhere. My car literally looks worse than before I paid $46 dollars to have them clean it. I could have saved my money! Oh my car mats are clean! Thanks for that! A complete waste of money. At that price point I expect 10000 times better than this.

This would be my very first one star review! Very disappointed at this place! We came here for full car wash package number 2 which costs $34 plus $5 interior wipe down. They DID NOT do a good job at all! Very mediocre! I mean for $40? We expect for the car to be looking sleek and interior clean and vacuumed! Well, that didn't happen! Will never come back here again! Don't waste your money at this place. They will nickel and dime you for a mediocre job!

I love a full-service car wash! When I first came to MA a little under a year ago, I had a really hard time finding a place that would wash my car for me. I kept finding all these stupid places where you drive it through and vacuum it yourself. I really, truly, honestly do not understand the point of that. If I wanted to wash my own car I'd pull it up to the hose and do it there for free. Anyways, I've been through here a couple of times, and they do a decent job for not a ton of cash. I've never had issues with rude employees or spots left dirty, but when it comes to my car, I do my best to keep it clean and know that it'll never be clean in the end. It's a metal box on wheels that spends half it's time hurdling through the highway getting covered in dead bugs, and the other half of the time in a parking lot where birds $hit on it. It's going to stay dirty much of the time!
