I have been taking my vehicles to Mike and his team for the last few months after moving to Byron Center. The team at Pro Auto has done excellent work in a timely manor and at very reasonable pricing. They are honest people and have not recommended anything I have not needed done to my vehicle. I used to take my vehicles to the dealership for everything and Mike and I looked at a service plan from a Honda dealer and the dealerships plan was way overkill on the normal maintenance. I will continue to take all my vehicles here.

I've been a customer for 4 or 5 years, Mike and his team have never let me down. They are friendly, efficient and the pricing is reasonable. Most of all they are honest.

I recently had an estimate on my 2007 Cadillac Escalade of over $3,000 of repair items. I took it to Pro Services and they informed me that more than half of the items were not necessary at the time and informed me how to monitor these as the vehicle progressed. speaking with one of their employees, he informed me that their goal is to provide accurate and honest work so people will keep coming back.

I can't tell you how good it feels to have an honest repair shop so close to my house. I will be going back for any further needs and will highly recommend to anyone in the GR area to go to pro services before anywhere else! Also, they are timely and accurate with how long it will take. I had very little interruption in my day because they were right on it!

When my older Camry recently reached the end of its life, Mike steered me away from purchasing a vehicle that seemed like it might have costly maintenance and helped me choose a reliable vehicle within my budget. Decided to call this place after reading the only two reviews. I needed to have a pulley replaced on my 2008 Toyota Sienna and was leaving in two days to drive 1100 miles to Florida. I checked online to get pricing on what it should cost called and spoke to the manager and got their price and scheduled an appt for the next day. I couldn't have been happier with taking my car there.

They were friendly and low cost but NOT low quality. The price I saw online to fix the pulley local was between $118-$280. They only charged me $10 above the lowest cost with no haggling. After my great experience my parents have begun to take their vehicles here also. They have been nothing but honest and upfront with all of us. If your looking for that small town auto place who won't steal your money or take advantage of you this is the place!

I must say that Pro Auto has been my place to go for auto repairs for several years now. Owner Mike Holland has treated me fairly each time doing what needs to be done but not more than what needs doing. The quality of work is tops and pricing is competitive. He will often suggest various ways to address my situation. A great shop when you have vehicle problems.
