Went to get a quote for some simple dent repair through my insurance. The tech that was evaluating my vehicle was not only rude but borderline demeaning. Then proceeded to drag his finger to draw a circle in the cinder on my hood to accentuate the dent for a picture (was highly unnecessary), leaving major scratches! I had not yet agreed to service through the shop and now have a giant circle scratched into my hood amidst the minor dent. I WILL NOT go back to this shop. The lady at the counter was nice, for whatever that's worth.

Had to grab car a little earlier than expected. They were happy to call and offer pickup at end of day or to wait till Monday. I had a meeting Monday after work so when I picked up car friday I could tell they were rushed to finish. My Monday meeting was cancelled and I was able to call the shop and swing by for a quick fix on a few items. They were happy to assist and more than understanding.
To be honest it seems most shops would send you on your way even though they did not complete the reassembly (through no fault of their own). Grateful that they were willing to let me come by after work to get the loose ends tied up that were really my own fault for not picking it up Monday in the first place.

Very unprofessional. They kept my vehicle a week longer than they had originally told me. I had to pay extra for a Vehicle rental because they didn't have the work done in time. My insurance did not cover that extra week. they said well too bad. I asked the manager if they could help pay for the rental since this was an insurance claim. They said no we cannot help you. very rude to me. Actually they were down right mean. The owners are jerks!

Self inflicted pain hurts the worst. I almost ripped the side of my beloved truck off, with no excuse for what I'd done. Took it to these people, they handled me with kid gloves and did a Flawless job in a timely and understandable manner. Kuddo's to the entire crew for what they've done. If that wasn't good enough, it was detailed, " inside and out". When I picked it up. My only complaint? No chocolate on the seat. Thank you to the professionals at professional auto body.

After someone hit our car we needed an auto body shop for repairs; Professional Auto Body was there for us in a time of need and was able to fix our family vehicle in a quick, professional manner. They kept us up to date throughout the process and went above and beyond & throughly detailed both the inside and out of our car. I know if I'm ever in a moment of need again, they will be the only auto body shop I will call for the job. Thank you for being there for us when we needed.

I just have to say. I rarely give bad reviews, but this place warrants it. My daughter had an accident with her car. The front end was damaged. Not only did they neglect her car for WEEKS. The only way we were able to get it done was by complaining to our insurance carrier so they called the shop, and the work was finally done. Well, low and behold, the did a piss-poor job, so the next time we had any issues they deemed the car a total loss due to the poor quality of work that was done by this place.
They let my teenager daughter drive away in a car where the frame wasn't safely secured. It could have been deadly. That isn't just poor service and workmanship.that is pure negligence. I should have taken them to court.

I don't write reviews often but I felt like this place deserved it. I side swiped my Subaru on a guard rail. Had severe damages on the driver side of the car. The repair was done FLAWLESS. All body lines were straight and even, I would have never guessed anything happened to it. Todd was very easy to work with. Super easy to communicate with, anytime I tried to contact them, they would answer right away and I would get a positive experience every time.
Everybody on the office was super welcoming and friendly as well. They went out of there way to go the extra step with my car, made sure everything was done right and cleaned it inside and out. It literally looked better then when it went it. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Everyone who I encountered who works that helped with my Jeep was absolutely incredible. I mostly dealt with Todd and he was always nice and really helpful. When I got my Jeep I realized they went above and beyond just fixing it. They vacuumed my car, cleaned the middle console area and buffed our my full headlight covers. I would highly recommend them.
